    I was trying to recharge my VI account when I found that mobikwik has an offer of cashback on payment through its wallet. So I lonked my wallet through the VI app and as my wallet was low on balance I got a link to recharge my wallet balance and I did and the koney got deducted and the money was sent to Mobikwik Ecommerce account and nor the amount paid was reflected in my wallet account and neither did the recharge occour. Mobikwik has the worst customer care possible and they did not solve my problem amd it has been more than 72 hrs which I was told by when the issue will be resolved.

          I was making a payment to Myntra through Mobikwik wallet. But there was not enough balance in the wallet, so I tried to add money to wallet using my Hdfc debit card. Amount of Rs.4717.00 got debited from my HDFC account but no money is added to wallet. Transaction reference number is 556049.
          Please look into the issue.

            On june 19, transaction id[protected].failed at merchant(paytm)side.but amount 1739 deducted from mobikwik zip wallet.i used mobikwik american express card for the transaction.
            i raised a ticket on the same day with ticket id 25549496. even after one month my complaint is not solved.i contacted mobikwik team through mail also but nothing happend.Now i am repaying that un used 1739 rupees in every 15 day as zip bill repayment.i have contacted mobikwik team many times but nothing happend.
            dear mobikwik team kindly solve my complaint as fast as possible.i hope my issue will be solved through this platform.

                  My zip bill has been generated but my mobikwik account is deactivated. I cannot activate now as it is showing that user is disabled. Penalty is being added continuously but i am unable to pay. What can I do?

                        The BSNL mobile recharge of Rs 797 that was done on 29th July through Mobikwik Mibile App, has not been activated on my number and the money was deducted from my account.

                        I contacted BSNL, and they clearly stated that there is no recharge that has been processed, and Mobikwik must cross check and revert this amount, so I can proceed with the recharge again.

                        Please respond and revert the money.

                        Mobikwik customer care does not connect ever, and nobody responds back on Mobikwik Android App Chat Support.

                        Please let me know how to escalate this to the management, and requesting consumer forum to support please.

                                    I’ve ordered few things in Myntra through mobikwik wallet. After I change my mind to cancel those things. But Myntra refunded the amount instantly but in my mobikwik wallet it’s not showing any amount. the amount is very necessary and urgent. Please solve this issue as Soo as possible.

                                      On July 8th Rs 208.70 has been deducted from Zip surplus amount without any intimation and I keep on following with them since from July 21st and there is no response and ticket ID: 25989876 and I spoke with customer representative Aman Gupta who is not at all helpful and there is no hierarchy to speak with high level.

                                        I have been charged 2500 as bounce charges last month and I was told they will be adjusted in this month EMI and its not done and you guys keep calling me, I will not make any EMI till 2500 is taken of this month EMI.

                                        Rizwan Khan from your team said he will take care of this and thats when I paid last month EMI. I am sending my followup as screenshot with this mail and I want someone to fix this or else I will not make the payment and involve the regulators and RBI and Police if needed in future.
