Mobikwik zip bill

I paid my zip bill on time amount deducted from my account but it didn't get updated to mobikwik account, the transaction was successful from my side, but they didn't update it now they charged penalty on it, but I have paid my bill already, talked to customer care they said balance will be transferred into bill and no penalty wlll be charged, they lied there's no update regarding this, in history it's showing that the payment is done but...

Waiver of Penalty Charges

The collection agent of Mobikwik called me and assured me on the call that if I pay my zip bill they will waive off the entire charges of penalty.

Now its been 2 weeks, Neither your collection agent is picking the call, Nor the charge has been taken off, I have a call recording and shared on [protected]@mobikwik.com via email and on twitter but no one responded till date...

Refund please

Dear sir/mam

Sir I had called the customer care in the beginning and told that when I activated this loan by mistake because I needed cash loan not shopping loan.
When Amy hadn't even started, I called and asked to be shut down but then or now no one listened. Sir I am very disappointed with all this.
I'm so upset, I didn't take any extra money from MobiKwik and didn't make any extra purchases, I get threatened...

Mobikwik My Aadhaar linked to another Account please help

My name is Ganesh Pruthviraj recently i downloaded mobikwik app and registered as new and when i doing KYC i got error message that "This aadhar Number is linked to another mobikwik account please enter new one" and i called Mobikwik customer care customer executive saying that in mobikwik side they cant do anything. On mobikwik there is pay later option so I very afraid of that if someone missued that account that linked my adhaar.so please...

Ordered on ecom merchant my using Mobikwik Wallet for the amount of 4248/- ( Order ID : [protected] ) . I cancelled that order to buy diffrent products. Refunded amount not credited .. for that I paid late fee too

Hi.. this is sabitha.. on june 30th i tried to place order on swiggy worth 541 using zip amount twice because 1st attempt order not accepted by the swiggy order got failed but here in history its showing successful.. but no invoice is there.. just its showing (#orderid:2033c5cfdf62) if i tried to open this transaction to see invoice its not opening.. i tried to talk with customer care about this they are saying that this amount refunded on...

Zip wallet payment

I had made a payment of 4513 through gpay on the 16 th of July which was unsuccessful and the amount was credited back to my account..so I tried making payment on 18th July again through gpay and the amount has been debited from my bank account but does not reflect on the mobikwik account nor the amount has been refunded back to my account..I will not be able to make the payment until the amount is refunded back as I’m in short of funds...

Amount deducted order not placed on myntra

I want to enquire about the transaction that was placed on[protected]. I had made a transaction of amount ₹2147 on myntra . The amount has been debited from my mobikwik wallet but order was not placed neither the amount has been credited back to me. This is not the type of service that is expected. I’m in utter confusion about this whole process. I contacted myntra but according to them they have not received the money. I want my refund...

Money paid but didn't didnt receive the order

Just today, 18th july, 2022, i made a payment on mobikwik to buy 1000 valorant points for INR800. After the payment was made it showed successful payment" and deducted INR800 from my personal fampay account, then i wanted to check if i had received my valorant points and ues i didn't. I had 0 valorant points. So i shouldn't i be refunded? or atleast give me the promised 1000vp whichni paid for......

1000 rupees deducted from my account but not added in extra earn 12

I used to transfer 1000 rupees to extra earn 12. The amount has been deducted from my account but not added in mobikwik extra earn 12. Please resolve the issue and give back My money or add in extra earn 12....

Not refunding my recharge money back

I had done recharge from mobikwik for the bsnk for 98 rupees but amount is deducted but the recharge is not done, i also contacted to the operator they also told me that the fund is not transfer so i want my money back....

Mobikwik wallet is debited but order not placed

We have paid 1598 to L51302_Myntra Designs Pvt Ltd, from Mobikwik wallet..on 13/07/2022.
But amount deducted and order not placed...not refunded also...no response from Mobikwik.. kindly refund the amount

Pending Money not refunded from 7 days

I transfer 100 rupees to my brother but it's gets pending but it's not refunded from 7 days . It's too late . They have also not a customer care service. It's have no any help line number. It's too worst app....
