The BSNL mobile recharge of Rs 797 that was done on 29th July through Mobikwik Mibile App, has not been activated on my number and the money was deducted from my account.
I contacted BSNL, and they clearly stated that there is no recharge that has been processed, and Mobikwik must cross check and revert this amount, so I can proceed with the recharge again.
Please respond and revert the money.
Mobikwik customer care does not connect ever, and nobody responds back on Mobikwik Android App Chat Support.
Please let me know how to escalate this to the management, and requesting consumer forum to support please.
