    SIR I RECHARGED MY MOBIKWIK WALLET WITH MONEY (Rs.8500) THROUGH MY SBI INTERNET BANKING ON 16 OCT 14 AT 0215HRS, MONEY DEBITED FROM MY ACCOUNT BUT IN MOBIKWIK WALLET MONEY NOT CREDITED, I ALSO RAISED COMPLAINT ON MOBIKWIK(TICKET NO:1389903), THEY TOLD SEND A SCANNED COPY DOCUMENT OF DRVING LICENCE.       Dear Sir on 13/10/14 at 13:51:24 i had done a payment to Ebay.in through mobikwik.com of Rs 1401.65.at that it was shows your payment was success but no payment will be paid to ebay.in, therfore i have not make a successful purchase from ebay.in.My register ID in mobikwik.com is : [protected]@gmail.com, my transaction id is : AMBK[protected], my email id is : [protected]@gmail.com, cont no is : [protected]. my complain ticket no is : #1380256.(complained on[protected] at 14:56:42 ) .but my complaine is not resolve .So kindly help me & suggest what i will do for refund.

        I tried to add Rs 4890 to my Mobikwik Account on 14 oct 2014. The payment was deducted from my bank account and its not reflected in Mobikwik Wallet. I was asked to send scanned copy of my Identity. Even after sending the document i didn't get any reply from them. I posted on their facebook page and sent multiple emails. They dint reply to my complaint. I want the money back.I saw many similiar complaints lodged here.           THere has been no reply by the services of mobikwik for my blocked account since a week and them claiming to give the support to tickets in 24 hrs time. Any no to call onto to get the problem solved since my mobikwik wallet has money in it

            I have made payment of 6540 to recharge mobikwik account but my account amount is not updated and balance from my credit card is deducted. They are cheating and fooling the people.veryn worst online recharge website.I dont know why they put my amount as hold one.moreover there is no customer care number to check the status of payment and account balance in wallet.

Although my bank account hs been charged with the amount, its not showing into mobikwik account. what is the issue here. after reading all the reviews and complaints about mobikwik I am little worried about my money as its not a small amount.
