Sir, For Order ID Order ID: AMBK3547094, Today I chekced with Dominos Pizza and they told that they already refunded Rs 535/- to Mobiwik Wallet. They have also provided the proof.. Here are the refund status details.     My Mobikwik account was blocked on around 5th of Nov, 2014. I have created many tickets regarding that on Mobikwik website but not getting any reply from other side. I have even sent many mails regarding same. but again not getting any reply. My wallet balance was around rs.2500. I cannot use it now as my account is blocked for unknown reasons. Ticket Nos. have not been replied even in 10 days.

      My Mobikwik account was blocked on around 25th of oct, 2014. I have created many tickets regarding that on Mobikwik website but not getting any reply from other side. I have even sent many mails regarding same. but again not getting any reply. My wallet balance was around rs.3500. I cannot use it now as my account is blocked for unknown reasons. Ticket no. 1455854, 1474283, 1529271 have not been replied even in 10-15 days.

              My id is [protected]@gmail.com I participated in holiday q offer 10 times, as per the terms and conditions of the offer I was supposed to get Rs. 30 for each successfully published review of mine made on their site through your portal and with the same email id. It has been 25 days since my reviews got published and I have not got my cashback for that. This is really poor customer service.

                  i have opened an mobikwik account with user id [protected]@gmail.com and ph no [protected] and deposited money in it .after couple of days november 8 i found my account locked giving error message userid/password mismatch. so i resetted the password . still i am not able to log in .                         I have tried to add money in my mobikwik wallet yesterday around 11a.m but due to some reasons the transaction did not take place. But an amount of Rs. 132 was debited from my account. I have complained several times with complain IDs'- 1507088, 1510282 and 1511756 but haven't got any reply from their end, the issue has not been resolved yet.                           I wanted to pay for my shopping and therefore I recharged for Rs. 5937/-. I got page showing that transaction is declined in Mobikwik but I received SMS from Bank that the transaction is successful with id[protected] . Still that amount is not credited into my account and I sent emails but no one is responding. I will wait for few more hours and then I will file complaint in consumer court. I will also update here the next scene and I know very well how to deal with these kind of scams.

                                unauthorised purchasing have been done using my debit card details. the txn id are [protected] and[protected] on 04/11/2014 at around 13:30. I want to request once again for following problems. I am sorry to say that we could not get any response of my e-mail from your side. Due to some electronic problem or some other problem a message was presented on my screen "unable to process". My data card was not recharged successfully. In same time we get message from Citibank "Rs.5, 000/- was spent on your credit card 5546xxxxxxxxxxx4778 on 24-SEP at www.mobikwik.com." After more than 40 days your company had not return my amount. I appreciate IRCTC every unsuccessful transaction they returned amount to my account without any complain.
