I have more than 900 in my mobile wallet on mobikwik. I am not able to login to my account from months. I have trying to login from long time. I filed ticket and tried calling customer care, but no use. Please help me login to the account and use my wallet.

    There was 149 Special Plan mentioned in the Mobikwik site (which had a 650 MB 2G for with 21 days validity - check the screen shot) But when i did this recharge.. it wiped out all my old balance. it was nearly 220Rs.. and the current recharge was done for 116 (rest of the amt deducted for tax or something) and there were no data plan added. When checking the Airtel site directly, i was not able to find the Special Plan for 149.. Then only i realized that I have been scammed by this Mobikwik site, the recharge for 149 has been done as a simple topup that swallowed all my money. With more 500Rs as my Wallet Balance, how can i get out of this Mobikwik scamming site ?

        Hi Mobikwik account details: mob. no. [protected] mail id : [protected]@gmail.com Transaction id : [protected] Ticket No. : 1290545 On 28th of September, I recharge my wallet with 5000 Rs. Amount has been deducted from bank account but not credited to mobikwik wallet.I got a msg from mobikwik that my transaction has been put on hold, please send scanned copy of voter id card. I have sent them my passport and license scanned copy...but still no action taken yet...

              Hi I had made a transaction on mobikwik using my wallet for payment towards electricity bill. Despite the amount of Rs 1100 being deducted from my wallet, my bill status is still unpaid which means the merchant(MSEB) hasn't received the payment.                 I am a mobikwik user. i am paid my vodafone bill ( [protected] ) rs. 488 on 12.09.2014. The bill amount is rs 488 debit my RATNAKAR bank account in same day. At the same time wallet amount is rs.0. But still now my bill was not paid. And that date amount rs.488 is not refund for still date. kindly refund my money. .

                  i am mobikwik user, [protected]@gmail.com, on 26.09.2014 by 3.20pm, i done recharge for Rs.320 for Dish tv dth instead of airtel dth with customer id [protected] as viewing card no. of dish tv dth.Tranx ref:[protected].it came as transaction successful.amt of Rs.320 gone from mobikwik wallet. i called dish tv customer care they told no such viewing card no. is there, so not recharged to anyone.please help to solve this problem

                        yesterday I recharge this wallet with my bank transaction number (MEDR/MOBIKWIK /651984/ ) Rs. 33 and (MEDR/MOBIKWIK /599454/) Rs. 127, total Rs. 160 . I tried to recharge different-2 amount and number also using different browser different option like ebay, my mobile recharge, using OTP password, using mobile SMS but not successful. today when I try to login not successful. It's ask for otp and created new wallet showing Rs. 0 there. where is my money Rs. 160. Now I have two email ID email.[protected]@yahoo.com and [protected]@gmail.com, two number [protected] and [protected] but now I can open only one wallet and there is no money. yesterday I raised ticket also that is also not showing here with number [protected].They are not providing nay phone number also then how I contact them ? Such a pathetic site portal.

                            For doing online shopping I have added Rs.5675.00 to my mobikwik wallet thru my SBI NatBanking on 01/10/2014, amount has been deducted from my bank, however my transaction has been flagged for verification and the amount was in hold with mobikwik, I even sent them scanned copy of my voter ID.                             It is very unfortunate that I am using mobikwik for all my transaction, but I did not get the proper service.

                            I have added 150/- wallet balance and transactions was success on 24th Jan, 2015.

                            But in Wallet balance not updated.I have raised 2 tickets (2067730 and 2078224) and status is awaiting.

                            Transaction Type Credit to Wallet Transaction Id [protected] and Transaction Date 24th Jan 2015.

                            There is no proper customer service...

                            Cashback not received for foodpanda transaction

                            I have made a transaction
                            of 704 INR
                            from Mobikwik
                            on 11 June 2016
                            to "foodpanda"
                            Order # 534fbad88f90e
                            and was supposed to get 15 % cashback.
                            But no cashback has been debited to my account.
                            Hi Mobikwik team,

                            This is regarding the balance missing from mobikwik wallet. I have raised the tickets several times through the application but no success. I receive very generic response and the last response which I received on missing balance is that the amount is credited back to your bank account, however; on checking the bank statements and following up with bank there is no credit from Mobikwik. To make the matters worse I see that two credit transactions on 5th June and 5th July of Rs. 4900 and 5405 respectively are not reflected in the transaction report on Mobikwik. I can see the transaction in the bank statement (SBI credit card statement) but not sure why the amount is not credited. I am not at all satisfied with the services and response I received so far. I would appreciate if you get back to me with details and refund the money else I would be taking the matter to the legal authorities. Thanks

                            Today is 19th Feb 2022, and I paid 5000, it was deducted from my bank account ( I have the statement) and my wallet balance didn't update. PLEASE HELP

                              I have a wrong transaction don e through MObikwik and wanted to cancel it within the 48 hour transaction waiting period. However when i try to submit my query, the 'Submit' button doesnt work. Is this a cheap trick to avoid customer complaints ???

                                    Once time I need to purchase some thing amount of 8000rs. So I am adding amount in my wallet 8200rs. From my Sbi Account with debit Card. After that 8200rs is deducted from my account but that amount is not submitted in my mobi wallet. And one thing I receive a massage from mobikwick company send a is proof for update your account I sending many time my is Voter card and pan card. But after that not update my mobi wallet. So its big scam for indian people. So that please don't believe such fake and bogus type of company only believe nationalized indain bank

                                      On 11september 2014, at 7:00 am...i was added money from my bank account to my mobikwik wallet...my 200 rupees was debited from my bank account bt i did'nt get it in my wallet..it shows that"your money is safe with us..i want my money back to my bank account...thatsit..
