Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
For doing online shopping I have added Rs.5675.00 to my mobikwik wallet thru my SBI NatBanking on 01/10/2014, amount has been deducted from my bank, however my transaction has been flagged for verification and the amount was in hold with mobikwik, I even sent them scanned copy of my voter ID. Really very disappointed. BEWARE... My mobile [protected] and email [protected]@gmail.com

I raised two complaints. There has been no response from Mobikwik.

Please, solve this issue as soon as possible. This money has been claimed by Mobikwik from the Credit card already.

It is very unfortunate that I am using mobikwik for all my transaction, but I did not get the proper service.

I have added 150/- wallet balance and transactions was success on 24th Jan, 2015.

But in Wallet balance not updated.I have raised 2 tickets (2067730 and 2078224) and status is awaiting.

Transaction Type Credit to Wallet Transaction Id [protected] and Transaction Date 24th Jan 2015.

There is no proper customer service...

Cashback not received for foodpanda transaction

I have made a transaction
of 704 INR
from Mobikwik
on 11 June 2016
to "foodpanda"
Order # 534fbad88f90e
and was supposed to get 15 % cashback.
But no cashback has been debited to my account.
Hi Mobikwik team,

This is regarding the balance missing from mobikwik wallet. I have raised the tickets several times through the application but no success. I receive very generic response and the last response which I received on missing balance is that the amount is credited back to your bank account, however; on checking the bank statements and following up with bank there is no credit from Mobikwik. To make the matters worse I see that two credit transactions on 5th June and 5th July of Rs. 4900 and 5405 respectively are not reflected in the transaction report on Mobikwik. I can see the transaction in the bank statement (SBI credit card statement) but not sure why the amount is not credited. I am not at all satisfied with the services and response I received so far. I would appreciate if you get back to me with details and refund the money else I would be taking the matter to the legal authorities. Thanks

Today is 19th Feb 2022, and I paid 5000, it was deducted from my bank account ( I have the statement) and my wallet balance didn't update. PLEASE HELP

    I have a wrong transaction don e through MObikwik and wanted to cancel it within the 48 hour transaction waiting period. However when i try to submit my query, the 'Submit' button doesnt work. Is this a cheap trick to avoid customer complaints ???

          Once time I need to purchase some thing amount of 8000rs. So I am adding amount in my wallet 8200rs. From my Sbi Account with debit Card. After that 8200rs is deducted from my account but that amount is not submitted in my mobi wallet. And one thing I receive a massage from mobikwick company send a is proof for update your account I sending many time my is Voter card and pan card. But after that not update my mobi wallet. So its big scam for indian people. So that please don't believe such fake and bogus type of company only believe nationalized indain bank

                    i am a first time use mobikwik for recharge my airtel no.                             Dear Concern Person,
                            I was done the payment of my IDEA (Mobile number :- [protected]) Postpaid Mobile through Mobikwik.com on 30-Dec-2014, but the same still not received by IDEA and it is not showing in my account.

                            my point is, what is services by the mobikwik.

                            Request you please close this issue on urgent basis.

                              Respected, I have recharge for my Airtel no:[protected], from Indian bank on 9/22/2014 at 9.32.35 A.M, for SMS booster of 92 and payment has been made and amount also has been deducted from my account but still I didn't get any recharge i already sent an mail to customer support also but no response ..pls try to get me my money or else if can't please block this such fake website really ...[censored] experience ever had in mobile recharge.. a very strict action to be taken against them.

                                      Sir/Madam, I am very upset & dissatisfied with MOBIKWIK services..It Always use to harrass customers.. I have made an online recharge for my Videocon D2h through Mobikwik by online payment on 12th sep...Also the company gave me a message on my mobile that the recharge was done successfull..(Order No.- [protected]) But when I made contact with Videocon D2H with reference to recharge(Consumer id[protected].. They told me that problem is with mobikwik(The company have not paid the amount to videocon & thats y our account is not recharged).. Then the biggest problem I faced that there is no consumer contact no. for Mobikwik users so the users can contact the company... I mailed the problem to the comany by making a complaint ticket No.1194383 (which the comapny closed & told that it was the problem of videocon)...
