I am very upset & dissatisfied with MOBIKWIK services..It Always use to harrass customers..
I have made an online recharge for my Videocon D2h through Mobikwik by online payment on 12th sep...Also the company gave me a message on my mobile that the recharge was done successfull..(Order No.- [protected])
But when I made contact with Videocon D2H with reference to recharge(Consumer id[protected].. They told me that problem is with mobikwik(The company have not paid the amount to videocon & thats y our account is not recharged)..
Then the biggest problem I faced that there is no consumer contact no. for Mobikwik users so the users can contact the company...
I mailed the problem to the comany by making a complaint ticket No.1194383 (which the comapny closed & told that it was the problem of videocon)...
Also company tol to remitt Rs. 230 for the recharge which is not been received by me up till now...

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
Transaction date 14/01/2015 time 19:53:39 hours But my wallet Balance
not update so kindly my wallet balance return me.
07:57:39 hours Transaction Id [protected] to
mobikwik.com but it did not reflect in the wallet balance.
Wallet Balance did not got updated with the money deposited.

I raised two complaints. There has been no response from Mobikwik.
Please, solve this issue as soon as possible. This money has been claimed by Mobikwik from the Credit card already.

It is very unfortunate that I am using mobikwik for all my transaction, but I did not get the proper service.
I have added 150/- wallet balance and transactions was success on 24th Jan, 2015.
But in Wallet balance not updated.I have raised 2 tickets (2067730 and 2078224) and status is awaiting.
Transaction Type Credit to Wallet Transaction Id [protected] and Transaction Date 24th Jan 2015.
There is no proper customer service...
Please do the refund of 78

I did a recharge of Rs 399, but then recharge was unsuccesful, but the amount has been charged.Cashback not received for foodpanda transaction
I have made a transactionof 704 INR
from Mobikwik
on 11 June 2016
to "foodpanda"
Order # 534fbad88f90e
and was supposed to get 15 % cashback.
But no cashback has been debited to my account.
This is regarding the balance missing from mobikwik wallet. I have raised the tickets several times through the application but no success. I receive very generic response and the last response which I received on missing balance is that the amount is credited back to your bank account, however; on checking the bank statements and following up with bank there is no credit from Mobikwik. To make the matters worse I see that two credit transactions on 5th June and 5th July of Rs. 4900 and 5405 respectively are not reflected in the transaction report on Mobikwik. I can see the transaction in the bank statement (SBI credit card statement) but not sure why the amount is not credited. I am not at all satisfied with the services and response I received so far. I would appreciate if you get back to me with details and refund the money else I would be taking the matter to the legal authorities. Thanks
