Havent got recharge done three times

Tried many attempts to pay BSES rajdhani bill of Rs 10000 by mobikwik.com but no luck everytime it says "Sorry! Recharge/Bill Payment Failed, Please Re-Try" and mobikwik added amount in wallet from my credit card but not crediting in BSES account because of above error. I tried to reach mobikwik.com by 3 incident tickets mentioned in subject but did received good response. Executives are resolving tickets without any information and communication...

Money deducted from wallet but transaction was unsuccessful
