yesterday I recharge this wallet with my bank transaction number (MEDR/MOBIKWIK /651984/ ) Rs. 33 and (MEDR/MOBIKWIK /599454/) Rs. 127, total Rs. 160 . I tried to recharge different-2 amount and number also using different browser different option like ebay, my mobile recharge, using OTP password, using mobile SMS but not successful. today when I try to login not successful. It's ask for otp and created new wallet showing Rs. 0 there. where is my money Rs. 160. Now I have two email ID email.[protected]@yahoo.com and [protected]@gmail.com, two number [protected] and [protected] but now I can open only one wallet and there is no money. yesterday I raised ticket also that is also not showing here with number [protected].They are not providing nay phone number also then how I contact them ? Such a pathetic site portal.
