But on 5 oct 100₹ automatic added to my mobikwik wallet. Afterthat when i apply promocode then a message display that "coupon redemption can be done only valid transcations.             Sir have transferred Rs. 1800 from my ICICI Bank account to mobikwik wallet on early morning 06/10/2014 for my mobikwik account id: [protected]@hotmail.com. But my wallet balance is still showing with that balance of Rs. 1800 not added to it . I have added a ticket for same to mobikwik but didnt get any response from them. Ticket no. 1329851. I have also checked my wallet transaction history which is showing as Rs. 200 (the same amount that was there in my Mobikwik wallet before I made the transaction of Rs. 1800). After the transaction of Rs. 1800 was debited from my bank account the payment gateway on Mobikwik showed that the payment has failed & please retry your payment. I received an automated call from the Mobikwik customer care number [protected] at around 3 pm today stating that this customer care number of Mobikwik has been closed down now. I am herewith attaching a screenshot of the failed payment & also for the support ticket I had created on the Mobikwik site. Mobikwik please credit my Mobikwik wallet with the amount of Rs. 1800.

              This is with reference to my registered email id [protected]@gmail.com. This is with utter disappointment that i am writing this complaint. This has never ever happened with me in the past. In the last week of September, I recharged my Mobikwik balance with Rs 6570 to pay my electricity bill. But the transaction was unsuccessful due to some or the other reason. I generated a ticket but got no response. I tried a number of times to make the payment, but the payment was unsuccessful every time and on top of this, when I mailed these guys, they did not even pay heed to revert back. I was taken aback a couple of days ago when i saw that my Mobikwik balance is ZERO! Havent you guys crossed all the limits? I have mailed them several times and no response so far. My ticket numbers are 1258757, 1249825, 1252530 and 1293788 Please look into the matter at the earliest.

                Bank account debited but balance not showing in Mobikwik account

                I have transferred Rs. 788 from my Kotak Bank account to mobikwik wallet on 05/10/2014. But my wallet balance is still showing with Zero balance. I got message from mobikwik as well as from bank about successful transaction of money transfer. I have added two ticket for same to mobikwik but didnt get any response from them.                 They have blocked my wallet some days ago in which i have 900 balance and despite my repeated tickets and complains, they are not activating my account nor do they contact.The customer support number of mobikwik doesnot work and only way to communicate your problem is sending ticket but i am not getting any reponse of it.                 They called me and asking for my details of account ...i was ready to give my account no to do the refund...or i was giving them card no of my transaction ..they asked for expiry details and cvv i was also ready to give it to them..but then he asked for cvv ...which i denied how could i give cvv...I told them to provide alternate solution like credit into my different mobikwik wallet which they are denying.Please solve my problem at earliest and help me get my money from these fraud peoples.

                  I have recharged through your service mobikwik for 2 services.one is for vodafone net topup rs 195 and another is for tata sky rs 200.i want the mobikwik to kindly reverse my amount to my bank account .since the payment was not reached to the above mentioned services.and ref no for both the payments are for Dth Rs.200 ref: [protected] and for vodafone net top up is Rs.195 ref no:[protected]. I recharge on 2nd October Thursday.i wanted my amount to be reversed to my bank account within 24hours.

                    i had created mobikwik wallet on 5/10/2014 with Rs300 as balance . Then i ordered domino's pizza online using the mobikwik wallet on 5/10/2014 of Rs300. but domino's didnt receive that money. though Rs 300 has been debited from mobikwik wallet.Transaction id of mobikwik is AMBK[protected] . so my order was cancelled . So mobikwik please refund my money. my phone no is +91 [protected]

                    They ask for all the details of card from card no to pin to cvv everything...!!!
                    NEVER USE IT, THEY ARE CHEATERS !!

                        I made a payment of INR 4850 to my MOBIKWIK wallet from my HDFC bank account via netbanking, but it gave some error after successful payment. Amount got deducted from my account, but still wallet shows Rs 0. I have tried getting in touch with the customer care of MIBIKWIK but no response whatsoever. They have just given me a ticket number : 1312209. Kindly look into the matter and resolve it. Thanks!

                        My INR 4850 which were debited from my HDFC account got credited into my MOBIKWIK wallet..I am all happy now! :) Who ever going through this problem with MOBIKWIK, guys just be a lit bit patient, you will get your money eventually. Thanks MOBIKWIK...!!

                        Sorry your review is wrong, Mobikwik is fraudulent company with ill intentions they neither respond to the complaints nor remit the money. in my case its three weeks since they haven't remitted the payments to two operators and they did not even come back to me or to this portal.
                        I really hope that's the case!
                        Would really appreciate if that happens, its my first time I am dealing with this company and this happened!
                        And to my surprise I am not the only one it has happened to, there are many other complaints of the same kind.

                                  I had added Rs. 100 to my wallet under the 100PE100 coupon. On applying the coupon it said I am not eligible for cashback. I am a new user and so i am completely eligible for this offer. Mobikwik is one of the worst sites i have come across lately! 24 hours have passed and they have neither responded through Ticket no. 1297104 nor they have replied on facebook page. I cant even use my Wallet balance to make bill payments! they have blocked my wallet arbitrarily. They should either honour their commitment or should be ready to receive a legal notice from me.

                                    Sir, I had credited amount 10000 from my HDFC Credit card for online purchase on 26-Sep-2014. But till date I am waiting for this credit. I have generated many tickets for register my complaints but every time mobikwik close my tickets without credit my 10000 rupess. Please do something to prevent users from such kind of service provider. My register number is[protected]. Any one contact me if same kind of issue faced and resolved.

                                    Just complaints on facebook. Resolve query within hour. Many fake calls are asking for card details. So dont do this. Be careful
                                    i also have similar complaint. Mobikwik is beginning to cheat customers it seems.
