Hi, I tried to Pay My Reliance Light Bill with My HSBC Credit Card from your site but transaction got failed and you guys have already claimed my Amount of 1220 from HSBC Bank and Reliance Light Bill guys say me that they have not received the payment.         I had added Rs. 100 to my wallet under the 100PE100 coupon. On applying the coupon it said I am not eligible for cashback. I am a new user and so i am completely eligible for this offer. Mobikwik is one of the worst sites i have come across lately! 24 hours have passed and they have neither responded through Ticket no. 1297104 nor they have replied on facebook page. I cant even use my Wallet balance to make bill payments! they have blocked my wallet arbitrarily. They should either honour their commitment or should be ready to receive a legal notice from me.

          Sir, I had credited amount 10000 from my HDFC Credit card for online purchase on 26-Sep-2014. But till date I am waiting for this credit. I have generated many tickets for register my complaints but every time mobikwik close my tickets without credit my 10000 rupess. Please do something to prevent users from such kind of service provider. My register number is[protected]. Any one contact me if same kind of issue faced and resolved.

          Just complaints on facebook. Resolve query within hour. Many fake calls are asking for card details. So dont do this. Be careful
          i also have similar complaint. Mobikwik is beginning to cheat customers it seems.

                There was 149 Special Plan mentioned in the Mobikwik site (which had a 650 MB 2G for with 21 days validity - check the screen shot) But when i did this recharge.. it wiped out all my old balance. it was nearly 220Rs.. and the current recharge was done for 116 (rest of the amt deducted for tax or something) and there were no data plan added. When checking the Airtel site directly, i was not able to find the Special Plan for 149.. Then only i realized that I have been scammed by this Mobikwik site, the recharge for 149 has been done as a simple topup that swallowed all my money. With more 500Rs as my Wallet Balance, how can i get out of this Mobikwik scamming site ?

Amount has been deducted from bank account but not credited to mobikwik wallet.I got a msg from mobikwik that my transaction has been put on hold, please send scanned copy of voter id card.                                     yesterday I recharge this wallet with my bank transaction number (MEDR/MOBIKWIK /651984/ ) Rs. 33 and (MEDR/MOBIKWIK /599454/) Rs. 127, total Rs. 160 . I tried to recharge different-2 amount and number also using different browser different option like ebay, my mobile recharge, using OTP password, using mobile SMS but not successful. today when I try to login not successful. It's ask for otp and created new wallet showing Rs. 0 there. where is my money Rs. 160.
