I tried to add Rs 4879 to my Mobikwik Account. The payment was deducted from my bank account and its not reflected in Mobikwik Wallet. I was asked to send scanned copy of my Identity. Even after sending the document i didn't get any reply from them. I posted on their facebook page and sent multiple emails. They dint reply to my complaint. Sir have transferred Rs. 1800 from my ICICI Bank account to mobikwik wallet on early morning 06/10/2014 for my mobikwik account id: [protected]@hotmail.com. But my wallet balance is still showing with that balance of Rs. 1800 not added to it . I have added a ticket for same to mobikwik but didnt get any response from them. Ticket no. 1329851. I have also checked my wallet transaction history which is showing as Rs. 200 (the same amount that was there in my Mobikwik wallet before I made the transaction of Rs. 1800). After the transaction of Rs. 1800 was debited from my bank account the payment gateway on Mobikwik showed that the payment has failed & please retry your payment. I received an automated call from the Mobikwik customer care number [protected] at around 3 pm today stating that this customer care number of Mobikwik has been closed down now. I am herewith attaching a screenshot of the failed payment & also for the support ticket I had created on the Mobikwik site. Mobikwik please credit my Mobikwik wallet with the amount of Rs. 1800.
