I made following payment to Shopclue using mobikwik under 20% cashback offer. 26/10/2014 23:20:58 hours Wallet Debit to shopclues Transaction Id 24852429 debit 484.0. I received an email confirming Rs 97 cashback (You've received cash back of Rs. 97.0 for the transaction: 24852429. Please click http://bit.ly/1nHpQro to confirm), but upon clicking the link, i m getting here is an error while processing the cashback. Reason for Failure/Success No Cashback applicable for merchant. Kindly process my cash back asap. Also I made an recharge of rs 50 upon receiving an promo code of EnterMobi to get 50 cashback. that is also not working.     Dear sir, I am in receipt of phone call from Suhas of your forum today morning @ about 8.30 am towards my complaints dtd.22nd & 24th Oct. 2014 for non addition my payment of Rs. 4210.0 of Reliance Energy Mumbai Bill payment : Bill dtd.16.09.2014 which was debited on 21.09.2014 by Mobikwik from my saving a\c no. [protected] of SBI Pedder Mumbai Branch. Subsequently I have received an sms on my mobile no. [protected] today @ 8.49 am which says that " Dear Mobikwik User, you've sent Rs. 4210.0 to [protected]. Ref id is[protected]. New Wallet balance is Rs. 0.0 & also trough email on my registered email address as "You have sent Rs. 4210.0 to [protected] . This money is transfer is in pending state & pending for receiver to accept " . Please clarify me immediately by calling me weather this amount is credited to my above metioned a|c or not . If not credit the same immidiately & also call me immidiately. Sorry state Of Mobikwik that. Nocontact no. is available Pl. start functioning contact no.\ Customer Care Toll free no. immidiately.       I have done transaction using mobikwik wallet on 22nd October, 2014 for Rs 499/ First time while doing transaction, as per mobikwik transaction was not processed due to error. Second time it was successful(Transaction Id[protected]. But from my credit card account money is deducted 2 times (499 + 499). Mobikwik is not responding for the tickets raised and email sent.         I have paid through my SBI credit card to TATA aia insurance premium, Ref No. 018071, dated 17.09.14 amount Rs. 3342/- and Ref No. 041451, dated 18.09.14 amount Rs. 5965/-. But the transaction showed unsuccessful. I verified at office of TATA aia, the merchant and they said that they have not received the amount. and paid the same amount in cash on dated 27.09.14. This amount is not yet refunded to my credit card yet. But when I verified with Credit Card, they said that the I must write with the ref. No. to Mobikwik.

        Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        My credit card alredy deducted the amount from my account. Mr. Subash of Mobikwik and Mr. Nitin of TATA AIA talked to me over phone. Mr. Nitin also shared that the amount is not recived by TATA AIA. They assured me to resolve the issue soon but nothing has been done so far either by Mobikwik or TATA AIA. I request you to resolve the issue soon so that the amount can be credited to my credit card by MOBIKWIK/TATA AIA.

            As a part of corrective measure, I have checked our system and we have found that you have already received the refund into your MobiKwik wallet.

            Hence I Hope that you are satisfied with the services used.

            Further, I request you to log in to your account and visit 'transaction history' on 'My account' page to get complete details regarding your transactions. )

If you can not resolve any issue then why you come up with any offer - like pay using wallet and get discount etc .. First you should hire resource who can reply and can understand the value of customer. We are not having much time as you have.

Mobikwik has mentioned on website that if payment is made using mobikwik wallet then customer will get 10% cashback . All time We do need to do follow up with mobikwik regarding cashback.                                   I have added 50 rs using coupan code MA7NWGU2 which i got in holi offers. i had contact them with ticket no 2278506. after some day they replied me with "We understand that you were not able to redeem the Coupon code.
