i had created an account using - [protected], but now i cant login. the email id i provide is not taken. please send me the mail id and password with which i can login. send it as a sms to the very same phone number - [protected]. i had 240rs in my wallet. if i dont get a response i will lodge a complaint.

I had made an account using the number - [protected]. i had made a transaction in that very account adding 120rs in my wallet n got 120 cashback. 240rs was in my wallet.Transaction ID[protected].existing ticket number - 1377225.Now i cannot login to that account. It says invalid mail id and password.please provide me the mail id by which i can login and also a password reset link on [protected].please resolve the problem. already two of my tickets are pending. the worst experience.

    Guys donot post your query and details regarding Mobikwik here as those collect those information and loot us from behind, so I request you guyz to please dont post here and complicate your situation. Because I observed that after I posted here for a refund issue, my account login was disabled and I get a message that all my money is transferred from my wallet to another account. Heres is my story: I purchased a product from ebay for 2500 and the transaction fails(which I feel is purposely designed), after that the comes to my wallet. I then request the support team to close my account and refund the money back to my account through several tickets but I get no response, then I post one complaint here I get a call from a guy wo claims to be a part of mobikwik team and asked all about my issue. Then he asks me for a OTP that I would receive to my mobile number to close my account, in the urge that my issue would resolve and without thinking twice I gave him the OTP and within minutes my money is transferred to another account and when I try calling back to the same number the mobile is switched off. I lost all my money I know I was a stupid to share my OTP but...mmm feels like we have to do something to nab these any one with same experince?

            This website is a fraud website. It claims to be a e-wallet but the amount transferred doesn't get updated also the recharge done through this website is never successful. I came to know about this after my recharge failed and I found many complaints over the web on this site. Serious action has to be taken on these fraudsters before they do further damage.

                i have made my online landline bill payment of mtnl delhi from mobikwik wallet.. an amount of rs 899 has been deducted from my wallet and the transaction id is [protected].. but bill payment was unsuccessful..i have to get it done by other means.. i have submitted also submitted 3 tickets on mobikwik regarding this but still got no response. and now i want my money back..

                    on[protected]:16pm I tried to purchase a product Item No: [protected] from ebay.in . For payment I preferred netabnking MOBIKWIK as gateway. I did netbanking and an amount of Rs. 5899.15/- deducted from myobcI a/c, but transaction got failed due to some error. Transaction ID is[protected] TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE. I wrote complaint to MOBIKWIK, AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE and ebay.in. Avenues India replied me that they has successfully completed the transaction and the amount send it to MOBIKWIK on[protected] itself. MOBIKWIK customer care replied me that I had successfully made the transaction and there is no problem with their side. But In my MOBIKWIK transaction history there is no such transaction on[protected] and wallet balance not get updated. Please verify my attached details and take necessary action to refund Rs. 5899.15/- to my obc a/c.

                    While paying Rs.611.82 to a merchant I choose mobikwik wallet, but there is only Rs.60 in my wallet so I add rest amount of Rs.551.82 in my wallet. The amount is successfully debited from my SBI account but is neither paid to merchant nor added in my mobikwik wallet. I created 2 tickets on the mobikwik site but they doesn't reply me. Please Refund my Rs.551.82.

                    My account on mobikwik is [protected]@gmail.com on mobiwik with mobile number [protected]. On 12th mach i qas buying something from ebay and choose the option to pay from mobikwik wallet. I had add rupees 142 on my mobikwik wallet through icici net banking but the page got refreshed and error occoured and the amount has been deducted from my account. Again i made the payment though icici dwbit card it was successful. Today when i check with icici customer care support they said the payment was successful both the time . They have given me the refrence number - ZP14C0EC95E94 .
                    I tried to recharge my phone 2 times on 1st June 2015 at 11:45pm and got message "Dear Customer, your request could not be processed. Please Try again.We regret to inconvenience. Thank you Reliance". My amount Rs 57 two times (Total Rs. 114) has been deducted from mobikwik wallet. Now they are refusing to refund and saying to contact Operator. I contacted operator, they says, deducted money will be back in that account from where it is deducted. I forward that message to Mobikwik but now not getting any response

Transaction ID is CCABJ2BQP692IG00CNQVO6 TRANSFER TO [protected] AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE. I wrote complaint to MOBIKWIK, AVENUES INDIA PRIVATE and ebay.in. Avenues India replied me that they has successfully completed the transaction and the amount send it to MOBIKWIK on[protected] itself. MOBIKWIK customer care replied me that I had successfully made the transaction and there is no problem with their side. But In my MOBIKWIK transaction history there is no such transaction on[protected] and wallet balance not get updated. Ebay.in forwarded the copmlaint to ther Paisa pay team and so far no action has been taken. After failing transaction on[protected] i again tried the same transaction on[protected] by adding Rs.6500/- to MOBIKWIK wallet from my father's SBI Bank a/c through Debit card transaction (attaching ATM mini statement) and I successfully purchased the same product from ebay.in for an amount of Rs. 6621.50 which is clearly shown in the MOBIKWIK transacton history. I reopened the complaint and asked them to check the transaction on[protected] once again. But they were not replying. Please verify my attached details and take necessary action to refund Rs. 6321.50/- to my SBI a/c.

                      Reference id given by AVENUES INDIA PVT LTD is [protected] and Ebay.in replied me that the payment has been rejected by the gateway so order is not get confirmed and the money is with Mobikwik.com, and the reference id is AMBK[protected]. Both these reference id's are not in my transaction history and i think the history is not get updated.

Please note the details: Transaction Type Credit to Wallet Transaction ID [protected] Transaction Date Thu Oct 23 12:59:44 IST 2014 Transaction Amount Rs. 249.0 Wallet Balance Rs. 249 Wallet Type Semi Closed But unfortunately, this amount has deducted from credit card and not net setter has not charged till date. I have tried their Delhi office to lodge complaint and speak to someone, but i got the information that customer care service has stopped. They can be contacted through mail only.                             I made following payment to Shopclue using mobikwik under 20% cashback offer. 26/10/2014 23:20:58 hours Wallet Debit to shopclues Transaction Id 24852429 debit 484.0. I received an email confirming Rs 97 cashback (You've received cash back of Rs. 97.0 for the transaction: 24852429.                               Dear sir, I am in receipt of phone call from Suhas of your forum today morning @ about 8.30 am towards my complaints dtd.22nd & 24th Oct. 2014 for non addition my payment of Rs. 4210.0 of Reliance Energy Mumbai Bill payment : Bill dtd.16.09.2014 which was debited on 21.09.2014 by Mobikwik from my saving a\c no. This money is transfer is in pending state & pending for receiver to accept " . Please clarify me immediately by calling me weather this amount is credited to my above metioned a|c or not .                                 I have done transaction using mobikwik wallet on 22nd October, 2014 for Rs 499/ First time while doing transaction, as per mobikwik transaction was not processed due to error. Second time it was successful(Transaction Id[protected]. But from my credit card account money is deducted 2 times (499 + 499). Mobikwik is not responding for the tickets raised and email sent.                                   I have paid through my SBI credit card to TATA aia insurance premium, Ref No. 018071, dated 17.09.14 amount Rs. 3342/- and Ref No. 041451, dated 18.09.14 amount Rs. 5965/-. But the transaction showed unsuccessful. I verified at office of TATA aia, the merchant and they said that they have not received the amount. and paid the same amount in cash on dated 27.09.14. This amount is not yet refunded to my credit card yet. But when I verified with Credit Card, they said that the I must write with the ref. No. to Mobikwik.

                                  My credit card alredy deducted the amount from my account. Mr. Subash of Mobikwik and Mr. Nitin of TATA AIA talked to me over phone. Mr. Nitin also shared that the amount is not recived by TATA AIA. They assured me to resolve the issue soon but nothing has been done so far either by Mobikwik or TATA AIA. I request you to resolve the issue soon so that the amount can be credited to my credit card by MOBIKWIK/TATA AIA.

But I cancel order and e bay refund me in mobikwik wallet but this company do not give me payment back ... In my personal bank account when I contact mobikwik ..Through e mail support (Because company not have any valid contact no) but copany give not responce back positivly

                                      company have only same answer when you want u r wallet balance back its (Namaste! I understand your annoyance this problem must have caused you.

                                        Dear sir, I had lodged complaint on 22.10.2014 regarding non addition of my payment by mobikwik of Rs. 4210/- towards payment of Reliance Energy Electricity bill dtd. 16.09.2014 which was already debited by mobikwik on 21.09.2014, but either no firm action of crediting the bill amt. to reliance energy mumbai nor refunding back the money to me in my SBI PEDDER MUMBAI BRANCH IN MY saving a\c no.[protected].
