The transaction succeed but money was not added to my mobikwik account. When i am trying to contact One Mobikwik Systems private limited, there is no response from that side. so please refund my money in to my account.

I tried to add Rs. 6950.00 to my Mobikwik Account. The payment was deducted from my bank account and its not reflected in Mobikwik Wallet. I was asked to send scanned copy of my Identity. Even after sending the document i didn't get any reply from them. I posted on their facebook page and sent multiple emails. They dint reply to my complaint. i would like to inform that i had paid vide snapdeal Rs.699 dt 31.12.14 through mobiwik site.However the amount denied by snap deal. I was intimated that refund has been processed through mobikwik (ticket no.1842075 dt 02.01.15).Regretful to intimate that till date refund have not been credit in my account .

    Hi, I have made an transaction of RS. 7141 on their website www.mobikwik.com. For security purpose they put their transaction on hold. They asked for my identity card which i sent them. I have opened up a support ticket to refund the blocked amount. They are not giving any reply. Their customer care number stopped the service as well.

      This are the Transactaction ID for the two recharges which got failed. 1. Order [protected] for amount- Special recharge of 108 2. Order [protected] for amount- Special recharge of 98 both recharge are done for number [protected] balance was deducted from debit card but unable to get both recharge. even mobikwik balance is showing zero.         Hi Guys,

        Mobikwik is fake company .I tried to recharge my mobile i dont know before that they are working in an urgency i did total 3 transactions which are not done .I have got emails, sms to my mobile that recharge successfully but i didnt get my balance.Transactions id are 1.[protected] recharge)2.[protected].[protected] and all these have not done .When i raise a complaint i got complaint number but they didnt respond to it from last 5 days .They dont have customer care number or any other contact information in their website.They are cheating people by this kind of acts.This website must block by goverment for cheating people .Please concern person must react on this because i dont know where to complaint against it .Thanks

          After the consumer complaint forum intervention into my problem of non-updation of my mobikwik balance, the support team of the company took fast steps to resolve my issue, earlier there was no any feedback..and after 5 days they resolved the issue.. Thanks to Consumer Complaints Forum.

                    Amount got reflected on monday and used it on ebay for order and got 10% cashback. Dont worry ppl mobikwik is safe. But because of so many complaints regarding mobikwik, even i had a doubt once.

No attempt of contact has been made by them till now when i was promised that my complaint will be resolved within 24 hours.                         On 17-5-14, I tried to recharge Idea Mobile No [protected] on line through mobikwik.com once at around 11.30AM and once more at 1:00PM each time for Rs 200 . Recharge done at 1:pm was successful and Rs200 was deduced from my Account Recharge done at 11:30AM was unsucessful and no information was displayed to take print and attach with but Rs200 was deduced from my Account. In this regard I tried to contact mobikwik. on their Ph No which is their customer care No [protected]as per their website adress around 100 times but no reply. Then I lodged complaint mobikwik.com two times(on 21-5-14 and on 23-5-14) and their acknowledgement numbers(Support ticket Nos) are 721506 and 729368 for which also no reply till date Please help me to get my money back.                                 I have transferred amount 8550 to mobikwik wallet for online shopping, the money got debited from Cc account but not credited in Mobikwik wallet. I have done big mistake here, already many complaints raised by others for mobikwik about the payment issue. They do not have any contact number, and also not replied thorough mail, kindly take necessary action against them.

                                Mobikwik team, i need money back hence it is not credited in my wallet in 24 hours, already i wating more then 30 hours, still no update and my money is in your pocket. THIS IS FIRST COMPANY NOT HAVING ANY CUSTOMER CARE.
                                Mobikwik, you have to learn from Paytm & Freecharge for how to run the business without major complaints. I have more then 100 transactions from the mentioned sites and not faced any failure transaction.
