        While paying BSES Rajdhani Electricity Bill payment showing this error "Sorry! The transaction could not succeed." While creating a ticket card, it's showing no connection available while i have a strong working connection and same error showing on WEBSITE as well. I have already sent mails on [protected]@mobikwik.com, but there is no response from there side.

          Hi, I did the payment for my TATA AIA life insurance policy. Thought the amount get credited from my credit card. It's was not get paid to TATA AIA. I tried to do other payments using given numbers thru SMS, call and website. It's giving me unscessuflly message thought I have cash in my wallet. It's fraud website. Pls try to recover our amount.               I tried to recharge my mobile on 3rd june 2014. Transaction reference number is ccabf2wqj850igv0848960. Transfer to [protected] avenues india private. Transfer amount is rs.120. Registered email address is [protected]@yahoo.Co.In phone number tried to recharge is [protected]. Amount debited but not credited in my wallet. Request has been submitted already five times in the customer support form but no response i have got so far. Kindly do the needful as early as possible. Thanking you.

                I tried to pay my ndpl(tpddl) bill amounting to Rs. 3540 through mobikwik. after the payment gateway, they showed that the payment was unsuccessful but the amount was debited from my account and the amount has not being refunded back to my account or to the wallett.                   I surprised to see your mail contents.My Dear suppose any dacoity is happened in your bank then what will you do first you take help from Police and manage to arrest dacoits for refund bank money then you allow punishment.
                  Similarly in my case defrauders/cheaters/dacoits have to illegal transactions on my card on 7/5/2014.when I was surprised to see the message on my phone no.[protected] that under noted frauders have taken money out from My Choice Master Card No.[protected] without my consent at 10.30 to 10.35 A.M..
                  1-On 7/5/2014 10.30A.M. FREECHARGE PU.Gurgoan has taken out Rs.5000/- illegally from my credit card no.[protected].
                  2-On 7/5/2014 at 10.39A.M. Super_EBS Mumbai(BLU_TECHNOLOGIES_P.) has taken out Rs.8000/- illegally from my credit card no.[protected].
                  3-On 7/5/2014 at 10.34A.Super_ Pay TM has taken out Rs.4000/- illegally from my credit card no.[protected].
                  4-On 7/5/2014 at 10.35A.M.WWW MOBIKWIKCOM has taken out Rs.2000/- illegally from my credit card no.[protected]..
                  5-4-On 7/5/2014 at 10.35A.M.WWW MOBIKWIKCOM has taken out Rs.2000/- illegally from my credit card no.[protected]..
                  Thus amount Rs.21190.38/- were taken out by above frauders from my My Choice Master Card No.[protected] almost 1.30 hour before and now balance in My Choice Master Card No.[protected] is Rs, 19995.19(avbl cr lmt).
                  Sir, now help me to manage to arrest above defrauders/cheaters/dacoits as they will come to you for payment claims.I have submitted theCar dholder Dispute Forms of all transactions separately well in time on 8/5/2014.
                  Now please manage to arrest above defrauders/cheaters/dacoits at the earliest.I also attached police reporting of Rs.21227.34 vide no.56B time 3.20 P.M. dated 7/5/2014 IO Sub.Inspector Sunder Singh Dabri Police Station for above fraud transactions defrauders/cheaters/dacoits .

                  Please help me and mange to revert amount Rs. 21190.38 back from my Axis Bank Credit Card No.[protected] bill as early as possible.

                      I have added Rs. 7296 in mobikwik wallet account with email as ([protected]@gmail.com) on 5th June 2014 for buying some stuff on ebay via Axis bank Net banking. But they put the transaction on hold and request for submitting identity proof. I sent that documents (my driving license copy) with in 10 minutes of the transaction. Now 1 days passed, there is no response from Dumb Mobikwik team, Even i have raised 2 support ticket, sent 3 emails, but they are not responding. Peoples should avoid such a poor service.                         I had added Rs. 65 to Mobikwik e-Wallet. Every time I try to make any valid recharge transaction, it says Transaction unsuccessful. I have also raised a ticket (TICKET #780730) but the mobikwik people simply donot respond. Please help me to get my money back safely.

                        I had raised two tickets in the Mobikwik stating that I was not allowed to make any transactions even after having enough in the e-Wallet. I had also called up their customer care number but the operator said that Mobikwik customer care was non-functional. Then, I had raised a complaint in the Consumer complaint Forum, stating the problem I faced. Within 24 hours, I got my problem resolved!

                            Mobikwik has recently launched it wallet service through which we pay for our online shopping. Ebay as provided the option to make payment using mobikwik. I tried to purchase a product from ebay by paying through mobikwik but when I reached the mobikwik gateway it asked me to add money to my wallet. After doing so when I tried to make payment it said transaction cannot be completed and my money is now stuck with mobikwik. I have asked mobikwik...

                                Hi, I have made an transaction of RS. 7141 on their website www.mobikwik.com. For security purpose they put their transaction on hold. They asked for my identity card which i sent them. I have opened up a support ticket to refund the blocked amount. They are not giving any reply. Their customer care number stopped the service as well.

                                    Mobikwik is fake company .I tried to recharge my mobile i dont know before that they are working in an urgency i did total 3 transactions which are not done .I have got emails, sms to my mobile that recharge successfully but i didnt get my balance.Transactions id are 1.[protected] recharge)2.[protected].[protected] and all these have not done .When i raise a complaint i got complaint number but they didnt respond to it from last 5 days .They dont have customer care number or any other contact information in their website.They are cheating people by this kind of acts.This website must block by goverment for cheating people .Please concern person must react on this because i dont know where to complaint against it .Thanks
