Amount debit, but mobile bill not paid

Dear Sir / Madam,

I am Ganpat Sah live in faridabad. I use mobikwik for idea mobile bill pay on dt.28.5.2014 time 18:12:40. Inr.1200/= debit from axis bank credit card but bill of mobile not paid from your sight. My amount debit against reference no.[protected].Transaction ID no. [protected],

I am very suffering few days from this problem.So please refund my amount 1200/= in my account of credit card axis...

Regarding wallet balance not updated

sir, i have added money in my mobikwik walllet through state bank of india internet banking with reference number IGW1775860.An amount of 300 has been debited from my bank account but it is not credited in my mobikwik wallet.sir pls do needful....

Non-recharge of Tata Sky TV ID1128737606

I had recharge my Tata Sky DTH TV ID-[protected] for Rs.320/- through Mobikwik Transaction Reference No.[protected] on 22/06/2014. The amount was deducted from my SBI Account and credit in Mobikwik Wallet, but till date it was not transfered to Tata Sky and my TV connection was disconnected. I therefore, request you kindly to look into and do the needful at the earliest....

wrong deduction

I initiated a bill payment on 23 June of Ndpl. I visited this website and tried to paid bill. They put my transaction on hold 2 days and did not pay my bill. Bill amount is Rs6980. displaying wrong plans on their site

I made a recharge for rate cutter plan from Mobiwik, but i do not got the service which is displayed for that plan on their site. Later, I called customer care and found that they have no service available for rate cutter under that plans.Then, I contacted Mobiwik, but they does not show any interest in solving the query. So guys be very careful, Mobiwik is not a genuine site for recharge. They are just looting the public money....

Fraud Done
