    Hello sir, I have ordered a mobile from Ebay.in using my mobikwik
    wallet with MOBIKWIK01 coupon. The transfer of 7199.10 Rs. was shown successful by mbikwik.
    Then it showed: Redirecting to Merchant...

    Then it proceeded to billdesk.com and stopped, didn't load further to
    ebay.in. This way, on ebay my item is not in purchase history. You
    think, I rightfully deserve the money. Here is the ORDER ID :
    MMBK[protected]

    Please mail back soon making the transaction done in ebay, ELSE JUST RETURN THE WHOLE AMOUNT TO MY MOBIKWIK WALLET. You have now tied up with ebay.in to offer as a payment gateway. That's why ordered
    with you.

    Sorry sir, On the Ebay-Mobikwik transaction page, as you said, it showed : Payment successful and a line below stating "Redirecting to merchant website... But in the mddle of the redirection, on billdesk.com site, it suddenly stopped loading. And that couldn't proceed to Ebay, thus the order of the item was not processed. So you think, if ebay.in has not received the money then I should get that back. My money should be either in th hands of you or Ebay. Ebay order was not succsful, so money should reflect back to my mobikwik wallet. Try to understand. Please I am honestly hopeful for that. Please reply soon. And sir, to prove that it was a Ebay transaction I have pic. Please investigate.

    I am about this Transaction id : MMBK[protected] and Ticket #917225. For more info, please read the mentioned ticket. Now ebay has refunded/transferred the amount of Rs. 7199.10/- from their end on 12/07/14. Now do your needful and quickly reflect back the amount to my Wallet. Please be honest as desired and help out. Thanks.
    After chatting with eBay, they transferred the amount within 2 days and Mobikwik reflected back in Mobikwik Wallet in another 5 days. Then I could use up all the amount to buy the desired Sony Xperia E1 Dual Purple smartphone from eBay.

    Very good job done. But mobikwik does not respond exectedly. Anyway, they credited the amount back.

            I have add 6470 rupees on mobikwik wallet, but money debited from my HDFC account and mobikiwk wallet showing zero balance. Transaction Id [protected] Email id: [protected]@gmail.com I got a mail from mobikwik like ''We have placed a temporary hold on your transaction of INR 6470.0 towards MobiKwik.Com bearing Transaction Id [protected] for security reasons..'' And they asked scanned copy of my Voter Id so i sent my Voter Id scanned copy. But I didn't get any response from them, please refund my money to my bank account . Please do this needful.                   I tried to recharge datacard in Mobikwik. They created User account and deducted Money from my account and then I tried 1. Online recharge of Data card - Not working 2. Tried to raise helpdesk ticket - 404 webpage not found 3. Tried to sent sms using "Via Phone option" - got reply tht transaction failed. Try after 10 mins 4. Tried calling Mumbai no - no Response 5. Tried calling Delhi no - Continous music after initial auto voice 6. I tried calling mobile no giving in this website - phone was disconnected What are you guys...Real pain in the ...

                  No Update from Mobikwik so far
                  I utilized the money for Aircel online recharge cash card.
                  But still no clue about this company what they are up to

                    I have recharged my idea post paid no:[protected] with 1650 rupees, recharge not successful but money debited from my HDFC account and mobikiwk wallet showing zero balance. transaction id:[protected], email id: [protected]@gmail. i got a mail from mobikwik like ''We have placed a temporary hold on your transaction of INR 1650.0 towards MobiKwik.Com bearing Transaction Id [protected] for security reasons.'' And they asked scanned copy of my passport so i sent my passport scanned copy. But I didn't get any response from them, please refund my money to my bank account or mobikwik wallet. Please do this needful.

                    mobikwik not responding to my mails and their service also not good, they are not giving quick response to the customer complaints . I didn't get any response from them on my unsuccessful recharge, i want my money back. Please help me to make it done.
                    Not yet. I have asked them refund my money back to my bank account, they are still saying that your refund request forward to concern department and they will update you, its almost more than one week but still they are saying same thing like "we will update you". So please help to get back my money to my bank account.

But not reach the balance my mobile but deducted money in my wallet.                                 I deposited Rs.5030/- with Mobikwik on 10.6.14 with a request to pay my Electricity bill. On demanding ID proof, I forwarded a copy of my Voter I Card to Mobikwik. Thereafter i was informed that the ticket created has been resolved. However, to my surprise I received notice of disconnection of my Electricity from BSES for non payment of bill for Rs.5030/-. I have requested Mobikwik to refund my Rs.5030/- on 3.7.14 but I am not informed if the needful has been done by Mobikwik or not. However, SMS is being sent to me that the Ticket No-892283 stands resolved. I need to get a clear answer that Rs.5030/- has been refunded to me. No call centre number is available of Mobikwik. Their Mob No-[protected] is not available as there is a message that this number is discontinued.
