I had added Rs. 65 to Mobikwik e-Wallet. Every time I try to make any valid recharge transaction, it says Transaction unsuccessful. I have also raised a ticket (TICKET #780730) but the mobikwik people simply donot respond. Please help me to get my money back safely.
Complaint marked as Resolved I had raised two tickets in the Mobikwik stating that I was not allowed to make any transactions even after having enough in the e-Wallet. I had also called up their customer care number but the operator said that Mobikwik customer care was non-functional. Then, I had raised a complaint in the Consumer complaint Forum, stating the problem I faced. Within 24 hours, I got my problem resolved!
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
