Mobikwik-Farud Site-Money deducted from account but not addedd in wallet

I have transferred amount 8550 to mobikwik wallet for online shopping, the money got debited from Cc account but not credited in Mobikwik wallet. I have done big mistake here, already many complaints raised by others for mobikwik about the payment issue. They do not have any contact number, and also not replied thorough mail, kindly take necessary action against them....
