            on 5june2014 I have recharged my mobile number [protected] for Rs 120 thru mobikwik.com.my transaction ID is [protected]. but my recharge not done.on 6june 2014 I have opened a ticket by number 783686.I got a feedback saying there is a technical error and you well get your money back.idont get refund of money so on 10june2014 again I opened one more ticket by number 799439 to track my money.But till today I don't get any feedback or refund.so kindly do needful to me.                 This MobiKwik is fraud website. So never use wallet of MobiKwik.I would like to share. My Personal Experience. I had paid spectacles amount to Lenskart of my spectacles using MobiKwik wallet as 10% was cashback - A fraud scheme. I was in Trap unknowingly. From My bank account, I paid to MobiKwik wallet then from MobiKwik wallet to Lenskart. Lenskart didn't got money from MobiKwik wallet. while MobiKwik is not ready to accept that I had paid using MobiKwik wallet. I have all proofs and claiming for refund since more then two months... but none of MobiKwik or Lenskart ready to accept that they have my money. Lenskart Customer Support Team Telling that talk to MobiKwik and MobiKwik Customer Help Team is telling contact to Lenskart. I learned a lesson of not using The MobiKwik Wallet for any payment @ loss of 990 Rs.

Both these transaction id is for the mobile no (+91 [protected]) and both the time recharge done for rs 249/- was unsuccessful and the amount was deducted both the time from my credit card, these recharge were done on[protected] but till now the amount is not returned in my credit card.
                                I have also made complaints and ticket number are (#1998940) and ( #2027656) and I have got no response from them (Mobikwik)till now. Kindly return my money(rs 498/-) in my account and see to this problem as urgently as possible.As i am a registered regular customer of yours. my email id-([protected]@gmail.com).
                                I recharged for Rs.50 two days back. Still now I did'nt received that amount in my phone. I hate this mobikwik.
                                No refund, no message alert, I complaint three times in mobikwik help dest, no action taken.

                                Paytm is the best, mobikwik waste. First impression is the worst impresion for me against mobikwik.

Its been more then 5 days bt i didnot got refund back please do something.
                                I have been made a recharge of Rs 160 and Rs 20 and 20 respectively but the recharge not done and amount has been deducted all three times pls help me to refund my balance in my wallet

                                Around Rs. 225/- has been deducted from my wallet during recharge activity for my other mobile no. (uninor) [protected]. No transaction id received for these transactions and no recharge gotup.
                                I am unable to understand what should I do now??
                                I have also created two Ticket Id's (2143616, 2160131) on 7th and 9th Feb.2015 which are still pending.
