Amount deducted of 3299 from mobikwik wallet

I made a payment of 3299 through mobikwik wallet to fashionandyou. Though the transaction was unsuccessful but they have deducted the amount of 3299. It has been more than 48 hrs . Use only online netbanking. Do not use wallet.

This MobiKwik is fraud website. So never use wallet of MobiKwik.I would like to share. My Personal Experience. I had paid spectacles amount to Lenskart of my spectacles using MobiKwik wallet as 10% was cashback - A fraud scheme. I was in Trap unknowingly. From My bank account, I paid to MobiKwik wallet then from MobiKwik wallet to Lenskart. Lenskart didn't got money from MobiKwik wallet. while MobiKwik is not ready to accept that I had paid...

not able to open my account

unsuccessful recharge
