I am Ganpat Sah live in faridabad. I use mobikwik for idea mobile bill pay on dt.28.5.2014 time 18:12:40. Inr.1200/= debit from axis bank credit card but bill of mobile not paid from your sight. My amount debit against reference no.[protected].Transaction ID no. [protected],
I am very suffering few days from this problem.So please refund my amount 1200/= in my account of credit card axis bank. My mobile no. is [protected].

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
As talked with the customer care executive, they cannot refund the amount in my debit card account. They asked for the credit card, which i donot have. At the end they refused to refund the amount in my account. Kindly help.
