I am Ganpat Sah live in faridabad. I use mobikwik for idea mobile bill pay on dt.28.5.2014 time 18:12:40. Inr.1200/= debit from axis bank credit card but bill of mobile not paid from your sight. My amount debit against reference no.[protected].Transaction ID no. [protected],

I am very suffering few days from this problem.So please refund my amount 1200/= in my account of credit card axis bank. My mobile no. is [protected].

I got the money debited from my account but didnt recieved wallet balance id for recharge was MOBIKWIK35455. Pls add the money in my wallet balance. sir, i have added money in my mobikwik walllet through state bank of india internet banking with reference number IGW1775860.An amount of 300 has been debited from my bank account but it is not credited in my mobikwik wallet.sir pls do needful.

I had recharge my Tata Sky DTH TV ID-[protected] for Rs.320/- through Mobikwik Transaction Reference No.[protected] on 22/06/2014. The amount was deducted from my SBI Account and credit in Mobikwik Wallet, but till date it was not transfered to Tata Sky and my TV connection was disconnected. I therefore, request you kindly to look into and do the needful at the earliest.

Dear sir/ mam This is with reference to ticket no 860406, 848053, 854116, 846610 I had done a recharge of Rs 180 on my [protected] on 22nd june but the recharge was unsuccessful although the amount was deducted from my bank a/c. i added money twice in mobikwik.but money is not added in wallet but my bank a/c debited that amount. so where is my money now. transaction ref no-IGW0190003 AND IGW0205165. SO PLEASE ADD MONEY IMMEDIATELY OR REFUND IT BACK, BUT DO NOT DELAY.

I have add balance to my wallet, but the payment is stopped due to some security reason(said by mobikwik). 5 times i have send send copy of my voter id card to mobikwik. But they did not update my wallet balance. I initiated a bill payment on 23 June of Ndpl. I visited this website and tried to paid bill. They put my transaction on hold 2 days and did not pay my bill. Bill amount is Rs6980. They asked for the driving license proof to complete the transaction. I sent it 4 times, no body replied. I sent my email for any response, no body replied. Now I have plenty on bill. I don't have money to pay it. They are not replying. I don't know where is my money. What should I do now. Ndpl people can stop power supply at my home. Can someone help me please?

Rs 6640 deducted from my account but payment was unsuccessful after that used wallet balance for other payments. balance deducted from wallet and shows payment successfull but actually payments are not done. kindly resolve my problem its a very big amount

what the hell is going on if you guys are not be able to provide a service y you are giving all these option i have add a balance in wallet of rs 4400 today to make my electricity bill payment but i am not be able to pay giving me a eror that i am providing a incorrect ca no i don't know anything i want my balance refund in my card today only

Hello Team, I am varsha sehrawat would like to inform you that i had paid the electricity bill through mobikwik on 17 may 2014.I have all the details related to the payment. But NDPL has stated that the payment is not completed o they haven't received any amount. Please let me know where is the default. I have mailed to your team as well.

I made a recharge for rate cutter plan from Mobiwik, but i do not got the service which is displayed for that plan on their site. Later, I called customer care and found that they have no service available for rate cutter under that plans.Then, I contacted Mobiwik, but they does not show any interest in solving the query. So guys be very careful, Mobiwik is not a genuine site for recharge. They are just looting the public money.

Hello All If any one can help me then please assist I had created a new account on mobikwik using my mail id and added Rs. 100/- on second day when i tried to access my account they says dual account on same mobile number registered. They blocked my account. I created multiple tickets to unblock my account but they are not replying. Mobikwik are cheaters they have eaten my Rs. 100. If any one hane the resolution help. Thanks Sunny
