On the 21st of March tickets were booked on the IRCTC website for Bangalore to Pune. and then while payment was being made the payment failed. Have been waiting for the refund to happen but it has not happened till date. Request you to please look into the matter and have the money refunded. I have attached the screenshot for your reference.

    Ordered Groceries from Flipkart but after entering the OTP Money Got Deducted from My Wallet (American Express Blue Card) but order not placed stated Payment confirmation Pending from Bank.
    After having conversation with Flipkart Team on 21st March They said payment still not reflected kindly contact Bank for same.
    I Called Mobiwik Team they said Payment from Wallet is Gone Through but Amount is stuck in process it will take 35 days to resolve.
    I can't wait till that time as your credit bill will be generated within 8 days to pay the due amount.
    Need this case to be resolved before my due date.

      Have a complain with Mobikwik.
      I was doing a recharge and for that I have added money in Mobikwik wallet and while doing the payment there was no any to pay from the wallet rather zip payment was the only option available . Also, for using ZIP they are charging 99 rs extra .
      When I tried to contact the customer care, noone was there to respond . I have very bad experience with Mobikwik.

        Three different transactions amounting to INR 30, 040 happened on my Mobikwik wallet account on 10.03.2022 at around 2 PM afternoon.
        I had already submitted request to close my account in the morning itself but fraudulent transactions happened afterwards. My account number is 91xxxx8637.
        Since these are unauthorized transactions, I request Mobikwik Team to kindly resolve the matter, close my Mobikwik account and issue me the No objection certificate at the earliest.

            Taken loan from mobikwik on 10th march and last date to pay 20th march if delay 750 extra charges added more for next 10 days. Now I had a time to pay upto 30th March with extra charges as per company norms but one of the person whatsapp me to pay amount by today and talking rude with me that don't show ur attitude pay now u r not my senior ur just a customer

                I have done one transaction worth close to 2000 Rs from MobiKwik to AJIO. There was close to 500 Rs reward was mentioned. I didn't get the same so I raised the ticket and it should have taken a max of 24 hours as per their policy. But I didn't get the response in a timely manner so I did mention that I won't pay dues in time if you don't clear the query on time.

                Now my query was not answered satisfactorily for almost or more than 2 weeks intentionally because I had a due date for payback within two weeks.

                Post two weeks they provided a ### response with 50 Rs as cashback and said it was 50 Rs only but now they charged me an unnecessary penalty may be from 50 to 150 rs for missing dues. I clearly mentioned that I will clear the dues only if you remove the penalty.

                They didn't remove it but instead started charging more on every 15th day or in a month and started calling and harassing for dues clearance. I asked the same thing every time that please remove the penalty and I will clear dues and will never use your service in the future.

                They also made my CIBIL score bad. Now I would like to raise a complaint about this malpractice and harassment and mental torcher and would request you to take strict action against the same so they cant do this kind of blackmail and bullying thing with anyone else.

                I am still ready to clear my dues without unnecessary penalties but I need confirmation that this was malpractice from their end and they need to improve my CIBIL score back to what it was before this transaction.

                  Pending transaction wallet to bank

                  I have done transaction wallet to bank 1922.42
                  But amount was deducted from wallet but amount not credit to bank stll it showing pending status.. Kindly check on priority.. It's too urgent...

                        I made the transaction of 4047.20 RS. on 11th March 2022. My transaction id is 5d9f14b0fc206. Also my ticket no. is 24247320. In this transaction, my money got deducted from my Mobiquick wallet but no refunded to me back I waited till 7 days as they told the refund time. I want my money back credited that's the complaint.Still its status is showing pending .

                            I have booked my gas on 09.03.2022 through transaction id MK[protected], but still my cylinder not delevered.

                                Hello my name is Tejas. My issue is they are charging me more amount than may outstanding and penalties which is more than 2000 rs and the reason for may delay in payment is mobikwik because i have been trying to contact them from feb but they don't have any customer care service . If you tried to call them they will say that their customer care is not available. I have been trying from 1 month now but still same response from mobikwik. One of their third party customer care call us and harras us to pay money which we never used and they affect our cibil

                                  117 Rupees automatically debited from MobiKwik account and there is no response from Support team. I don't know how to claim dispute transaction from MobiKwik. I never allowed any one to deduct 117 from my wallet.

                                    I ordered goods from flipkart for rs 813 on 8th march and paid via mobikiwik blue card with transaction id[protected], but after few hours flipkart notified me that the transaction has been failed and any amount debited will be refunded since from that day i'm waiting for my refund, nor my order placed neither i got my refund
                                    flipkart confirmed me that payment not received by them via email hence now its turn for mobikiwk to refund my amount
                                    even after several tweet complaint and tried calling nothing received, even the phone line is not working from past 1 week (number of mobikiwik i tried calling is [protected] and this is the only number written on their website)
                                    even the help section of the mobile application is asking me to wait forever and also not allowing me to reply any mesasage
                                    please help me

                                      Hello,

                                      I've made an transactions using my zip payment of ₹1220 on 10/03/2022 on ola money but unfortunately the amount was deducted from mobikwik zip payment but was not reflected in ola money wallet and when I've asked them they've informed that refund was initiated however it was still not reflected in mobikwik and infact the repayment bill was generated that says I've to pay this unsuccessful transaction of ₹1220 as well. Please do resolve the issue ASAP before deadline so that I'll not incur any fine for unsuccessful transaction.

                                      I've tried calling and sent emails however there're no platforms where i can get my issue resolved with ease.
