    Mobikwik team is not having control on there agent team they are continously calling and harrasing me alot i am facing thereat from them so its request to take action the attached number as they are not having any knowledge how to talk to the customer care team
    please do it immediately or else i will file Mental harrasment case on mobikwik team

      Dear mobikwik,

      Humble requesting you to deactivate my account I'm begging you i don't need your wallet it's cheating and deducted money for transferring to bank none payment apps are doing such loathe acts God is the judge he will punish you righteously. Your company will never Prosper.

      I really don't know why you given 3000 Rs wallet money.

      I didn't ask for that
      Y do you use cheap tricks to deduct money by the name of insurance.

      Shame on you for your existence..!

            I paid 3801 rupees for car insurance renewal through mobiwik on 23rd Nov but still showing pending. I complained on this platform on 5th Dec that also didnt work. What a pathetic service by mobiwik which cudnt solve simple prblm in one month. Cust care or help options are limited of no use, always prompt we are trying to solve wait for 24 to 48 hours.

              I was adding money 1200.84rs in mobikwik wallet, transaction was failed but money was deducted from bank account but not added in wallet, when i checked in mobikwik wallet it is showing transaction was successful, but in wallet it is not added yet and when i am clicking on transaction history of 1200.84rs it is saying "invoice is not available for this transaction ".
              i also complained on mobikwik but it's been more than 48hrs still no response from them

                    Mobikwik transaction id IMBK[protected]
                    PostPe virtual card id[protected]
                    I did a transaction on MobiKwik on 3rd December but due to some reason the transaction failed and balance was debited from my account.I spoke to MobiKwik customer service several times over calls and emailed complaints but till now no solution has been received.I had done Bharatpe transaction with PostPe card but balance is not reversed back to my PostPe account yet. I also talked to Postpe customer care on mail and call but they only said that your transaction is successful from us on MobiKwik.The people of PostPe said that you talk to the Mobikwik company.Now I have lost every hope that I will get my balance back or not.so help me please

                      I wanted to add funds to my wazirx account. I was asked to try it through mobikwik. I did not have enough money in my mobikwik wallet and hence used my debit card (SBI) to deduct the money. Mobikwik charged around 174 rupees for the transaction. I agredd and 9974 got deducted from my SBI bank account. But, this money never got transferred to Wazirx. Wazirx is showing transaction failure. Typically, for every transaction mobikwik gives an invoice. But for this transaction, though it is shown in my transactions page, I am not able to get the invoice. Looks like, Mobikwik is not able to manage these type of transactions. Have put a complaint with mobikwik portal.. but even after 24 hours there is no response.

                      Mobile wallets like mobikwik should quickly refund money for failed transactions... customer service should be quick, they are not picking up calls i have been in waiting from last one hour ... I gave a complaint in their portal and even after 14 days, there is no response...

                            Wanted to add funds to my wazirx account. I was asked to try it through mobikwik. I agredd and 25951 got deducted from my SBI bank account. But, this money never got transferred to Wazirx. Wazirx is showing transaction failure.                               I recharge my jio no.[protected] on 15.12.2021 with amount rupees 666. The amount was debited in my a/c., but not transferred to Jio recharge. Mobiwik order I'd 5e5d738db40. Kindly resolve this issue.

                                Hello sir on nov I have used the mobiwik pay later service of 5000 but maylny of transaction failed and 2000 returned to mobiwik also but they make the bill amount of 5000 and add intrest of 800 which is 16% to my account and calling to pay the money not only me they are calling to all my contacts and asking then to pay abusing me
                                As per rbi rule maximum intrest rate should be 20% p. A how this financial are charging this much intrest I don't know

                                  I am from a weak financial family and due to covid my husband's work was stopped and destroyed, he has joined new work on salary. I am not able to pay the zip loan and asking for time to repay as soon as possible but these phone calls by MOBIKWIK is torturing and harassing me and also giving me threats that they will destroy my reputation and all please look after this problem of mine amd help 🙏

                                    I did an imps transfer from wallet to my own Bank account on november 24th for 7330.40 still it is pending neither it was deposited in beneficiary account nor reverted back to wallet plzzz look in to this it's almost one month
