I have transferred 25000 rs through phone pay and the amount was deducted but not transferred and not refunded yet then how much time it will take to refund because it happen on 26 th of Nov at 12:23 pm and the UTR no is[protected] please let me know the status....

On 8 dec 2021 i booked gas cylinder through credit card of which amount get deducted but booking not showing...

Without my notice thy have called my relatives to collect amount of 4000...

On Sunday Dec 5 @ 2.15 pm we got a call from a fraudster in disguise of person from livingliquidz and he took order and insisited us to pay via credit card saying his machine is faulty. After doing so he immediately swiped our card fraudulently 10 times and within 10 mins chgd our account with Rs2.15 lacs (1.35 lacs on Flipkart +80k on Mobikwik)

The moment we realised there is something fishy we immediately...

An amount has been deducted from my wallet and the company has disabled my account. I registered a mail with them but have not got any resolution for over a week. This is urgent as my card details and ups is on MobiKwik platform and they are not responding in any manner. Please help....

On 2nd Dec 2021, someone hack my mobikwik and purchased Google play recharge Gift card from my wallet of Rs 27, 374. now mobikwik is not tracking that hacker, this is mobikwik low security i have lost my money, i was saved there for LIC payment, i didn't even received OTP or any notification for unauthorized login attempt. Mobikwik is responsible....

Amount 932.53 dated 20.11.2021 pay to Indane Gas but payment is not done and amount 932.53 not refund in my account.
so please refund 932.53 in my account....

Hi Re. 10000 debited from my account but not credited to wazirx .please check screenshot please refund my money it has been 4 days now no refund...

Money has been debited from my account but that money has not been reflected in coindcx go inr wallet and the coindcx wallet shows your transaction has been rejected from coindcx end and it was successful from bank and mobikiwik but where is my money 40472 i need my refund i paid through upi have references number and am adding attachments find it below...

On Saturday, 4 Dec, I used mobikwik to transfer fund to wazirx wallet. That day payment was failed and money was deducted from mobikwik wallet.
I didn't got any refund till now....

Rs. 5048.88/- Transaction has been completed and the money has been deducted from mobikwik wallet and sent to NEBLIO Technologies(Coindcx pro). But They have not received and show as REJECTED .The money and payment has been stuck somewhere in between.
Please look into this ASAP.

02 of my transaction on 04.12.2021 from mobikwick wallet to wazirx were money deducted but deposit rejected by wazirx. The money still not reflected in mobikwik wallet. Transactions were 9900 and 9300.

Hi MobiKwik team,

I made a transaction on 12th nov through MobiKwik to Myntra, due to technical issues myntra has initiated the refund and they have shared the transaction details too, and I have raised a request on MobiKwik on 26th nov till date I don’t see any update on my ticket.

Please find the below screenshots of Myntra and MobiKwik payment....

Money was deducted from Mobikwik wallet and transaction was rejected by merchant ..it has been 24 hours no response from Mobikwik...
