I wanted to add funds to my wazirx account. I was asked to try it through mobikwik. I did not have enough money in my mobikwik wallet and hence used my debit card (SBI) to deduct the money. Mobikwik charged around 174 rupees for the transaction. I agredd and 9974 got deducted from my SBI bank account. But, this money never got transferred to Wazirx. Wazirx is showing transaction failure. Typically, for every transaction mobikwik gives an invoice. But for this transaction, though it is shown in my transactions page, I am not able to get the invoice. Looks like, Mobikwik is not able to manage these type of transactions. Have put a complaint with mobikwik portal.. but even after 24 hours there is no response.

Mobile wallets like mobikwik should quickly refund money for failed transactions... customer service should be quick, they are not picking up calls i have been in waiting from last one hour ... I gave a complaint in their portal and even after 14 days, there is no response...
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
