Sad to say, this Indian company has no value for customers' money. I have made a transaction of 9000 through mobikwik, but the amount got deducted from my account and not got addwd to my walllet or the merchant wallet. Mobikwik has also not generated invoice for that transaction. Isnt this a fraud. Kindly look onto the issue....

I paid 3801 rupees to buy car insurance through mobiwik app on 23rd November, amount was deducted from my account but its showing pending till now. There is no proper platform or customer care to solve this....

My money has been deducted from account(Rs.10000) but it has not been recieved by the merchant who is coindcx. It's been more than 7 hours and still no confirmation. Moquik claims successfull transfer but coindcx claimes deposit stuck because money not revieved from mobiquik.
I need the Saud amount so please kindly see to my complaint...

Yesterday on 02.12.2021 I make a payment of appx 18000 from credit card to bank for rent payment, but still it is pending. I don't understand why it is delaying. This is my second issue in last 3 days....

I have done a transfer of RS 9991.54 to my coinswitch kuber account using mobiKwik (wallet to bank transfer) on 26th Nov 2021. But the amount is not reflected to my account. I tried to call then from 26th nov to tilldate many time but it is not getting connected. I have even registered a complaint in their help section, But still my problem is not resolved yet.

I am suffering due to their server down. My payment stuck and no fruitful solution is provided by them. Their customer care team is very poor. Will they pay me penalty charges for their fault?...

I purchased online games credits for 800 and the money was deducted from my account but I didn't receive my credits yet it's says the payment is still pending kindly look into it and clear this situation...

Initially I have recharged for 11 rupees from their Zip pay later balance, later I got to know I have to pay 11+99 compulsory otherwise my civilscore will be reduced they said. Why didn't they ask for 99 activation fee before I recharged?. However I have paid what they asked for intime but still it's showing bill is due pay now. I don't how these type of Apps are permitted to market of innocent people.

4000 rupees transaction on 23rd nov 2021 and without my notice. Now zip credit payment is due on my name. This transaction not even mentioned transaction history.
I had raised complaints but it is progress and all the time receive same response as auto generated reply.

Money has been debited from my Mobikwik zip pay later, but that money has not been reflected in the myntra, and the myntra shows your transaction has been rejected. I need my refund as I paid through Mobikwik Zip Pay Later.

This application is being used to fraudulent people and transfers their money to other accounts...

I did my payment to coindcx using mobikwik wallet of 50000 rupees on 29oct it showed rejected but it is still not refunded back it's been around month....

I had purchased a mobile through mobikwik on 1st nov I used zip limit from mobikwik of Rs 25000/- but it's failed and I got a notification that amount has paid on 4th Nov on same day I made a return payment to mobikwik of zip of Rs 25000/- amount debited from my account they are calling continuously to repay it I said them I paid they saying not paid pls file a case against mobikwik to making frauds to public, pls check 4th Nov in my statement...

On 25th nov, 2021, I transferred 4500 from my j&k bank account to my mobikwik wallet. But my mobikwik wallet balance is not updated. Please refund my money...
