Hi, I started receiving sms from Mobikwik around 1st dec to pay some charges for zip services. Since I didnt know what a zip service is and I never requested for it, i raised issue on Mobikwik app but never got any call. Earlier also had requested for a call back in the app as I was not able to see and use my wallet balance but there was never any call. So I sent a DM on twitter finally and then the call came from customer care team. I explained the issue and he generated some request online and I received a couple of OTPs that he asked to share. After that he asked me to transfer these charges worth INR 2400+, while I was on call and that once I transfer these charges, my fee will be reversed. I asked him about why the service was activated in the first place while all I wanted to check was my balance from Myntra refunds. He said he cant see any amount in my wallet. He sounded fishy and so I asked him to send me the msg on twitter asking the same thing which I received. But I could not really understand why do I have to make payment for fee reversal and so have not made any payment so far. After the call, there was some transaction done from my account towards UPay and now I cant see any balance left in my account. I also shared this on twitter but there is no response et el. and everyday I am receiving threatening sms that my cibil score will be affected if i do not make the payment, The due amount has been increased from INR 2460 to 2660, without any explanation. Its total harassment
