    I was paying my zip due amount, money got deducted but zip due amt isn't clear.

    But now it's showing PG Transaction.

    After this I did the same process and zip due amt is clear now.

    Kindly look into it.

      I did a debit card transaction of 50000 to mobikwik wallet the amount got debited from hdfc bank debit card but not credited to mobikwik wallet and also it's not being shown in transaction history PLZZ help me out mobikwik

        I was debited twice for the same order and still haven't received refund for the failed transaction. The transaction was done via mobikwik and got stuck in middle. Today Myntra cancelled my order for no reason stating that it was due to internal error. Now the items are at much higher price than what I purchased. The customer care executive seemed least bothered and started singing songs - "kab khatam hoga ye dard" as if he was mocking me and making fun of my situation. I have not received any refund and Myntra is simply stating that refund initiated. For the failed transaction as well Myntra and mobikwik both have not responded properly regarding refund.
        As per RBI guidelines, 5 days after the transaction day, if money is not refunded, bank is liable to pay 100rs per day otherwise the complaint is forwarded to RBI ombudsman. I have now lost more than 8000rs because of these refund and stuck transaction. The company claims to have refunded but I have received nothing. Please help and provide refund.

            I have transferred 10000 rs on 15/12/2021 but the amount is not added tthe Balance in my Mobikwik Account even after my money got debited from my bank account.

            Earlier i did not face such issue with Mobikwik.
            Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            There is no provision to report this issue to seek help from MOBIKWIK.

            Please guide me through where i can contact MOBIKWIK directly regarding this issue

              I have paid amount of 11862 on through mobiwik app Nov 26th 2021 to place a order in myntra but order didn't placed..
              My money got debited from account.
              I have contacted myntra people but they are saying that they didn't received any money.
              I have tried to contact Mobiwik people also since one month but no one responded..
              It's a sure shot crime and cheating done by mobiwik
              Kindly take a strict action sir /madam.
              Many of mobiwik using people are facing same issue..
              Please take a necessary action..tq.

                  I paid Renewal amount Rs 20427 of Life insurance company ( Aegon life ) thru MobiKwik mobile application ( Transaction ID - MBK[protected] on 29th Nov 2021

                  Amount deduction from my credit card - 12427 + Wallet balance 8000

                  Hence total amount paid by me is 20427 /- but this payment is showing pending in Mobikwik application. I talked to Aegon life insurance multiple times but amount did not received to them .
                  Than I register complain to Mobikwik on 3rd Dec 21 but there is no satisfactory answer i got . They always said your complain is escalation on priority basis but there is no progress .

                  I think mobikwik is not willling to refund this money to me . Even there representetive cut the calls without listing my issue .

                  Please intervain this is looks like fraud done by mobikwik .

                      Today in the morning i did recharge to my vi sim. Numbe starting with 7056xxxxxx. But unfortunately the money was not reflected in my sim card. The amount was 79.
                      Pls do the recharge or cashback as soon as possible.

                        I have transferred of Rs 5000 from my bank account to Wazirx Account through Wazirx wallet. It got debited from my bank account but not got credited in wazirex

                        Correction-
                        I have made an attempt to transfer of Rs 5000 from my bank account to Wazirx Account through MOBIKWIK wallet. The transaction was unsuccessful and was showing an internal server error but money has been debited from my bank account. I m attaching my mobikwik payment screenshot for reference. Please do refund the money at the earliest

                          I have transferred 25000 rs through phone pay and amount was deducted but not transferred and not refunded yet then how much time it will take to refund because it happen on 26 th of Nov at 12:23 pm and the UTR no is[protected] please let me know the status. After several complaints my money was not refunded yet . Now I have to file court case if my money is not refunded within 48 hr and and I'll claim for compensation also.

                            I have complained about fraud/unauthorised transaction for Rs. 1277/- carried out on 3.12.21 from my mobikwik wallet for which i have reported on 5.12.21. Mobikwik has asked some questions as per attached questionnaire for which i have reverted immediately but despite regular follow up on mails, i am not getting any response from the Mobikwik team and also did not get any money back in the wallet or my bank account.

                            My account is disables for safety by them due to which i am not able to get any update related to this.

                            Request M'kwik team to respond immediately and refund my wallet amount also.

                              Mobikwik has debited my credit card 2 times of same 1 transaction of ₹765 on 25th Oct, 2021.

                              And now after 45 days i still did not get the refund of the excess money which they debited from my credit card. And since last 20 days of continious calling to customer care i do not get proper response.

                                My name is rajesh rajpara i purchased medicine from pharm easy application on 19th nov 2021 while checking out for payment it was showing there i can pay from mobi kwik wallet so i choose that option with surprise payment directly done from wallet without asking any net banking or credit card details i log in to mobi kwik account where i found the real scam by mobi kwik they did trancastion through my zip account this zip account is pay later service of them without asking me weather i want to go for this pay later service or not also there was showing 99 rs activation charge for zip account so basically what they were asking me 99 rs for a service which i didn't want so immediately again i log in to pharm easy & cancel my transaction so pharm easy immediately cancel my transaction & they refunded money this money not deposited in mobi kwik zip account it went to my mobi kwik wallet & if i have to settle zip account process is i have to transfer wallet balance to zip account + rs 99 as activation charge which i refuse to pay from 1st dec 2021 i am receiving daily 4 to 5 msgs, mails, automated calls to pay my balance i try to contact on their custmoer care but every time they tell our all staff is busy on another call mobi kwik not bother to call back they always sends one side communication you can not speak with some one or present your point i finally opt for deactivate my account option with the thought that at least now i am able to speak with some one but they have deactivated with my account with current out standing so mobi kwik is dose not care about their customer care any way that not the concern real concern is not they are sending message that if i not pay my loan my cibil get affected how can rs 1162 transaction amount can be loan that to without asking to customer while customer immediately reverse the transaction you are asking 99 rs as your so called zip service which is useless for me now you are threatening me for cibil score ? mobi kwik has i guess so much time but i don't have time for such non sense mobi kwik is making fools to people & i will not gone pay rs 99 remaining balance is still their in my mobi kwik wallet so recover from their

                                  In my CIBIL It showing loan of Rs43143 and over due is showing Rs21177 from INCRED. Then I have call INCRED Customer care they told loan is taken by Mobikwik App when I asked to Customer care of mobikwik app from there side no response so it effecting by CIBIL and I am not able to my Car loan

                                    Hi, I started receiving sms from Mobikwik around 1st dec to pay some charges for zip services. Since I didnt know what a zip service is and I never requested for it, i raised issue on Mobikwik app but never got any call. Earlier also had requested for a call back in the app as I was not able to see and use my wallet balance but there was never any call. So I sent a DM on twitter finally and then the call came from customer care team. I explained the issue and he generated some request online and I received a couple of OTPs that he asked to share. After that he asked me to transfer these charges worth INR 2400+, while I was on call and that once I transfer these charges, my fee will be reversed. I asked him about why the service was activated in the first place while all I wanted to check was my balance from Myntra refunds. He said he cant see any amount in my wallet. He sounded fishy and so I asked him to send me the msg on twitter asking the same thing which I received. But I could not really understand why do I have to make payment for fee reversal and so have not made any payment so far. After the call, there was some transaction done from my account towards UPay and now I cant see any balance left in my account. I also shared this on twitter but there is no response et el. and everyday I am receiving threatening sms that my cibil score will be affected if i do not make the payment, The due amount has been increased from INR 2460 to 2660, without any explanation. Its total harassment

                                      I haven't receive any refund from mobikwik when my refund got initiated from myntra on 28/11/2021.Since it has been more than 10 days, still I haven't receive any refund from the mobikwik service.I paid through the mobikwik app through my credit card but the amount haven't been reflected since after 28/10/2021.I have contacted to them several times but they are not responding.I have also received my bank reference ID, to dispute my refund but they are not responding.My bank reference ID:[protected].My total amount of refund Rs:-1881, which includes Khadims Sandals of Rs:-899 Ether Joggers of Rs:-431, and the United colors of Benetton of Rs:-551, respectively.They have initiated the refund amount through myntra.Please help
                                      as my money haven't been receive from them for more than 10 days, as I didn't receive any single refund amount.Please check from my Bank reference ID.Thank you
