Mobikwik Complaints & Reviews

I was ordering on Myntra.com and successfully paid via Mobikwik wallet, money was debited, but the order was never confirmed. I emailed Mobikwik support but they are not responding since 2 days.

Kindly revert the transaction and refund my money.

I only have the following document of the transaction.

On 25/11/2021 around 12:58 PM, I have trying depositing the amount Rs.51, 000/- ( Rupees fifty one thousand) only from my Saving bank account to Mobikwik Wallet, but amount only deducted from my ICICI Saving account, amount not deposited to Mobikwik wallet.

Request reconcile your statement and refund me the said account at the earliest please.

I paid Rs.5000 via my bank account to Mobikwik on 24th Nov 2021, around 11 pm, the payment to Mobikwik was successful to Mobikwik but the amount is not deposited to coin dcx app.

Money dedected from my bank account but not received at merchant account and I hav attached a screenshot of the transaction as well I have transferred 4000, 2000 on 16th November and 2000 on 23. November and both of these has same issue that I have explained above...

When I have added money through mobikwik to COINDCX money has been successfully debited but not reflected till now in COINDCX, it shown pending in COINDCX, Worst service ever, you can see my screenshot.

Kindly resolve my issue,...

I am already discussed this issue to in cred private ltd. they told me we are a only lender partner of mobikwik they told me ask this reason to mobikwik why overdue shown in my cibil report when i have already paid my emi amount on time in every month. aand i have applied for only one loan from mobikwik which emi is timely auto debit from my bank account in every month but they show one other account in my cibil which is overdue in sept month...

I tried to transfer amount Rs.304 to my bank account from my wallet I tried to even complaint but it shows me only one ticket in 12h...

Money Deducted but not received in Mobikwik wallet.

I added Money Rs 200 from my bank account to Mobikwik Wallet on 12/11/2021 by the Time ( 10:50 AM). The money was deducted from my account but not received by Mobikwik wallet.

Please send back my refund of one transaction as soon as Possible.

I’m deeraj Kumar v salian, I have opened mobikwik application and deposited 48000 rupee to wallet for the transaction.. after sometime All the money has been deducted without knowing me..

Could you please look into it and lodge a complaint ..

I've placed an order on Myntra and paid it through Mobikwik via UPI. Amount got deducted from both MOBIKWIK wallet and Bank, but order is not placed on myntra.
I've tried multiple times to contact MOBIKWIK, but they don't respond

Myntra says they haven't received the amount

I need a refund of my amount.
