I have transferred 25000 rs through phone pay and the amount was deducted but not transferred and not refunded yet then how much time it will take to refund because it happen on 26 th of Nov at 12:23 pm and the UTR no is[protected] please let me know the status.

    Dear Sir / Madam,

    On March'2021 i have applied for a booster loan unknowingly, The loan which I applied for was to pay my family medical expenses. I'm Really sorry that at that critical condition when my parents were at ICU I didn't have time to read the terms & conditions because I was not in that stage .
    Moreover to this my main motive was to pay for Oxygen cylinder & medicine bills at that moment, I do not want to buy anything from any merchandiser nor local market which this loan was credited for to my mobikwik account.

    I have wrote 40-50mails to Mobikwik customer care tram to take back the money which i haven't used but no response from them .

    I request you to kindly support me in releasing this issue from my account .
    It will be grateful & helpful if you consider my application & resolve this matter at the earliest .

    Dear Sir, Immediate urgent attention is required . My money has been deducted from my account even though the payment has already been made after raising the complaint. Almost 8000 rs has been deducted from my account & I need this money urgently. The Loan is cleared but still my account is debited with 2954 Rs every month & there is no such response from MOBIKWIK TEAM after several mails sent to them. I request you to kindly treat this on a priority basis . Still getting abusive & threatening calls from the Mobikwik Customer Service team. I have saved the Audio Clip. I have already raised my complaint to MOBIKWIK ticket No - 24112255 on 04.03.2022, but still no response or call back from Mobikwik Team, Please resolve & relieve me from this problem . I request you to kindly consider this on top priority & relieve me from this situation . Hope you will understand my concern & will help me in getting out of this asap . Thanks in advance .           Hello,

          On Sunday Dec 5 @ 2.15 pm we got a call from a fraudster in disguise of person from livingliquidz and he took order and insisited us to pay via credit card saying his machine is faulty. After doing so he immediately swiped our card fraudulently 10 times and within 10 mins chgd our account with Rs2.15 lacs (1.35 lacs on Flipkart +80k on Mobikwik)

          The moment we realised there is something fishy we immediately blocked our card and raised a complaint with ICICI Bank and filed a report with local police station. We immediately called Flipkart intimating them of this and raised a complaint on Mobikwik portal as we were not able to reach their customer care.

          The Cyber police have already initiated the zonal officers of ICICI, Flipkart & Mobikwik. Flipkart was prompt in lodging this complaint and reversed the fraud swipes to our ICICI card on Tuesday Dec 7. However Mobikwik has not bothered to respond to any of the intimation sent by the bank or local police authority.

          Mobikwik is answerable on how it can register such ppl and how was the KYC complied of such fraud persons. What action has the firm taken and when would they reverse the 80000 chgd fraudulently to our account.

          Enrolling such fraud ppl in the their app can lead to money laundering and also conning innocent ppl of their harden money. We want Mobikwik to take action immediately block such people and ensure they return our money asap.

            An amount has been deducted from my wallet and the company has disabled my account. I registered a mail with them but have not got any resolution for over a week. This is urgent as my card details and ups is on MobiKwik platform and they are not responding in any manner. Please help.

              On 2nd Dec 2021, someone hack my mobikwik and purchased Google play recharge Gift card from my wallet of Rs 27, 374. now mobikwik is not tracking that hacker, this is mobikwik low security i have lost my money, i was saved there for LIC payment, i didn't even received OTP or any notification for unauthorized login attempt. Mobikwik is responsible.

                        Money has been debited from my account but that money has not been reflected in coindcx go inr wallet and the coindcx wallet shows your transaction has been rejected from coindcx end and it was successful from bank and mobikiwik but where is my money 40472 i need my refund i paid through upi have references number and am adding attachments find it below

                          On Saturday, 4 Dec, I used mobikwik to transfer fund to wazirx wallet. That day payment was failed and money was deducted from mobikwik wallet.

                            Rs. 5048.88/- Transaction has been completed and the money has been deducted from mobikwik wallet and sent to NEBLIO Technologies(Coindcx pro). But They have not received and show as REJECTED .The money and payment has been stuck somewhere in between.
                            Please look into this ASAP.

                              My Mobikwik wallet account has blocked by Mobikwik.when I'm trying to login it shows message as 'User is disabled'
                              Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                              I have not received any response from Mobikwik team. Seems, their support team is not capable to support their users. I have raised concern on emails many times but didn't receive any response.

                                  02 of my transaction on 04.12.2021 from mobikwick wallet to wazirx were money deducted but deposit rejected by wazirx. The money still not reflected in mobikwik wallet. Transactions were 9900 and 9300.
