Hi,
I tried book a flight from Mumbai to Hyderabad in make my trip via mobikwik and my transaction got failed at the end with an error msg but amount was deducted from my account of rs 3411 and I can't find any transaction Id or details regarding booking in MMT and there are no details regarding this amount in mobikwik to

    Money deducted from sbi bank on Payment made via mobikwik while placing order on myntra app but neither the order is confirmed nor the payment processing etc is showing in mobikwik history. Please provide resolution as soon as possible.

        I cannot used money why iam pay since one year everyday calls and msg came first money 90rs after after penalty now 420 after jan52022 700rs what is this iam just installed not used at all I want remove penalty nonsense please consider

          Payment deducted, but not added in mobiquick wallet. As per chat with mobiquick support. They updated money received at my end and status is successful. Attaching screen shots. Please check on priority. Others now I am going to tweet abt it.

                  I made made a purchase of Google Play recharge code of 160 Rs in which 8 Rs was of supercash so total was 160 Rs. I have been waiting for 20 days but still the refund didn't come in my account...So please see to it and I hope you do the good 😇

                    I never applied for zip bill but one day I am going to recharge my mobile through my debit card from Mobikwik but when we click on recharge the recharge done automatically. I was confused that how recharge got successfully without giving debit card number but after one month I am receiving message from mobikwik that your zip bill is created for Rs 654 something (Don't know the exact amount right now) and receiving call also. I told to executive that I never opt for zip bill and I wanted to recharge my mobile through my debit card but recharge done automatically. I can pay Rs 555 the recharge amount but i will not pay the extra money. But they are torturing me and sending me many messages regarding bills. They do automated calls many times in a day. Now they are increasing my bill to 954/- and threatening me for further penalty. They are mentally torturing me though I am ready to pay Rs 555 the actual recharge amount. Please Help

                      The customer care service said to contact them after paying 99 rupees for activate the zip account as it is has charged without any information and without my permission. They also promised to refund me the money. So I request to refund the money as soon as possible. I have paid the due 99 rupees.

                        I have mistakenly activated zip service and i have not used it till now but they are charging the activation fee of Rs 99 but as per the terms and condition given for the zip service it is showing that Rs 99 fee has to be paid only if the zip services has been used and the first bill has been generated but they are saying that activation fees of Rs99 has to be paid compulsorily.

                          I dont understand how many times send reminder regarding callback. Very poor service...No one helping out... I have an issue regarding loan and zip wallet amount...ongoing case but still sending reminder regarding zip wallet bill and threaten me...please either arranging callback

                            Want to foreclose my loan but they can't provide me pre closer statement.

                              And I called today to the customer care they are saying it is going to take more 7-10 working days.

                              This is really giving me lot of pain to deal with MobiKwik .

                                  I made a 6106 rs payment to wazirx(cryptocurrency website ) using the payment gateway of Mobikwik. The money got deducted from my account and MobiKwik shows payment canceled.

                                  So I raise requests in both wazirx and MobiKwik. Wazirx is still with me to resolve this but Mobikwik is still put it resolves on its own there is no place to create a complaint request and even if you did at the time of submitting a request it will show something error.

                                  I was tired of trying please help me and get back my 6106 rs and help other customers to help to prevent this kind of scam from mobikwik
