My self vedant singh hajari mobile no. [[protected]] Money ( 5000 & then 3000) has been debited from my account on 16 November but that money has not been reflected in coindcx go inr wallet and the coindcx wallet shows your transaction has been rejected i need my refund i paid through debit card.

        I ordered products from jiomart on 23 Oct 2021, unfortunately the order got cancelled on 25th of October 2021. The jiomart iniated refund on 25th of October 2021.But I see in my mobikwik transaction statement mentioned as "Refund money Rollback". Instead of getting a refund in my Bank account the money is rolled back. Upi 454.09 rupees was to be refunded. I tried to reach customer care, but no success.         I have Transaction 1st December 2021 Flipkart on Amount 1798 but Technical issue my transaction is not Received Flipkart and still my Amount is on hold. i have Not Received my refund yet. I have Request and Complain many times but not any action about this issue. I Request you to please Refund my money as soon as possible.

          I had created a useless mobikwik account in 2013 with a mobile no wich i do not have the access anymore. And i have created a new mobikwik account with my new phone no and when i try to compelete the kyc everytime an error mesage comes up as USER IS LINKED WITH OTHER ACCOUNT. and doesnt let me use my new account.

          customer service says that they have no clue about it, , , ,

          they have most unprofessional customer service...

            Dear mobikwik, PG transaction from my debit card was deducted from my account but was not credited to merchant account. Please check the transaction and initiate the refund as soon as possible.

              Yesterday at 1 am I have made a transaction by my visa debit card
              Of 830 including all taxes and my got deducted from my visa debit card and not received in my bank account
              And they aren't refunding my money
              Please help me out

                          I added Money Rs 220 from my bank account to Mobikwik Wallet on 12/11/2021 by the Time ( 3:01 PM). The money was deducted from my account but not received by Mobikwik wallet and the transaction shown failed.
                          Then i again make the transaction of Rs 220 on 12/11/2021 by time (3:12 PM) but received only the amount of one transaction in my Mobikwik wallet.
                          Please send back my refund of one transaction as soon as Possible.

                              I wanted to add INR 700 in my mobikwik wallet. So I used my upi for adding balance. Mobikwik shown me transaction failed but my deducted after five minutes. They told me that I will get my money within 48 hours. But I'm waiting from 9th November and I didn't got my money back
