I added Money of Rs 220 from my bank account to Mobikwik Wallet on 12/11/2021 by the Time (3:01 PM). The money was deducted from my bank account but not received by Mobikwik wallet and the transaction shown failed.
Please solve my issue as soon as possible.

    I wanted to add INR 700 in my mobikwik wallet. So I used my upi for adding balance. Mobikwik shown me transaction failed but my deducted after five minutes. They told me that I will get my money within 48 hours. But I'm waiting from 9th November and I didn't got my money back

        I have initiated transfer of 10000 rs from my MobiKwik wallet to MobiKwik linked bank account. The money got deducted from my wallet but it s in pending state and money is not credited to my bank account. Requesting your help here.

            I am one o[censored]r user mobikwik I settle my bill amount and penalty everything I should paid off at zip pay later app yesterday 3:15 pm onwards till now my account is not reactiveated, I chat on app also 24 hours after its activitate they said but till now can't reactivate in this mail I attached screenshot, am expecting from your kind response pls kindly solved it my issues.reactivated my zip pay app again.TILL NOW MOBIKWIK CAN'T REACTIVATED

                            Today I received two messages stating that amount has been deducted.
                            But I haven't done any transaction today on mobikwik.

                            Please check this unauthorised transaction.
                            I called customer care, as per precaution they disabled my account and asked to drop an email.

                                      I added 3695 rupees on my mobikwik wallet oon7 November 2021 and in history it shows money has been added successfully but the wallet balance is 3335. There's an transaction history of 'wallet debit against' 360 rupees. My Amount was debited under this transaction without any notification or my permission. I have also submitted the issue and tried them calling but no response. I request the higher authorities to credit back the amount.
