My name is Raviteja.I recently i downloaded mobikwik app and registered as new and when i doing KYC i got error message that "This aadhar Number is linked to another mobikwik account please enter new one" and i called Mobikwik customer care Several times i got reply for that from mobikwik side they cant do anything. On mobikwik there is pay later option so I very afraid of that if someone missued that account that linked my adhaar.so please...

Recently i made payment with zomoto through mobikwik wallet, for some error with mobikwik app, twice transections were declined, and amount got deducted from the account both times for the same amount. I tried calling mobikwik customer care, they said, they don't don't any transections history with my current registered number. And asked me sent the screenshot of the transection which went through, i did that. But still no response....

First I added 8000 Rupees to my bank account linkedto my mobikwik wallet and then performed a transaction of Rupees 8150 to add the money in my wallet.
i have all the proofs and and records that amount of 8150 was deducted from my bank account but does not reflect in the statement of app neither in the balance tab of the app....

I have added 3000 to my wallet, when I tried to add money in coinswitch, it's asking money from mobikwik. After login there it's showing my wallet is having zero amount.

Hi i have made transaction to mobikwik for 59999rs on 11 june from citi credit card however mobikwik is telling they have not received the payment, however the amount is debited from citi credit card, attached statement.

Unauthorisilly my amount debited on 30th sep my SBI account no is [protected] . My MobiKwik phone is [protected]. On the day of 30th sep I send 5000/- to my MobiKwik account from my SBI account through UPI payment . But in addition 10000/- debited in my account trancection no is UPI/DR/[protected] for 5000/- UPI/DR/[protected] for 5000/- UPI/DR/[protected] for 5000/-

Mobikwik — Money deducted but not reached the merchant

I had made an online electricity bill payment for Noida Power Company Limited on 4th Oct 2021 using my debit card.
While the amount was deducted from my bank account but the same has not been credited into the merchants account i.e. NPCL .

I requested company to close my Zap account which was wrongly opened then the Mobikwik replied me that this account can not be closed but no activation charges will be recovered and even it is debited then it will be waived off. But when these charges were replied then I requested company to waive off this charge on 2nd Oct, 21 but the company did not reply till 18th Oct, 21 and even continued...

I paid MobiKwik pg 1117.22 as it was a option in the payments but later realized that the amount was not received by merchant. the shop confirmed of no payment received but it was debited from my account....

As on 7 October 2021 at 3:05pm I made a transection using dhani one pay card to transfer my rent through mobiwik and amount get debited and does not get credited I wated to long tried to call them but they didn't help my queries, as I talk to dhani customer care also they said it's mobiwik pblm.as I have not recieved any cancel msg from mobiwik..
As I have all the details regarding my payment bank status where you can clearly see...

My registered mobile number..i transaction to flipkart on 1 August the amount is 184 from mobikwik.
Thats transaction was unsuccessful but amount was debited...still am not get my refund, the flipkart say merchant not received the amount so contact the mobikwik American express card customer...but mobikwik still no response correctly..the flipkart send the mail about the amount was not get merchant...i attached the screenshot too......

Seterday to transfer money my secand account but not delivered 48 horsh not answer second account not credit so please arlyes my problem sol thenks to mobikwik...

Today I installed mobikwik and I told me to complete kyc after completing the kyc it told me to upload latest selfie then it said you are not eligible for for zip pay nither I applied the zip pay account nor I wanted zip pay account so please look into this because of it my cibil score should not get affected...
