I tried to add 2000 Inr to my wallet but it failed so I tried again and it failed again
Both times amount was debited but didn't get credited to wallet
Nor did the amount get credited to the bank account...

I have sent Rs 999 from my bank account to mobikwik, the transaction failed but Rs 999 got deducted from my bank account although I didn't receive in my mobikwik account...

I am Abhinay Harode regular user of mobikwik wallet. i was offered a shopping loan of 40000 from mobikwik, i did all procedure as asked by mobikwik finally i was offered loan which state that interest will be applicable only on drawn money and not on whole 40000. After i completed all process full 40000 amount drawn to my wallet. i only want 5000 but they send whole 12 month emi chart at a asking rate of 2.50% of principle and...

An amount has been deducted from my account which I have not made. It is a small amount of 20rs but I am not a MobiKwik user so I am worried that someone else might be using my account details...

I added an amount of 185 rs in my wallet.
Money was debited from account but it isn't added in wallet please help...

I made three transaction today tried to deposit ₹9999 three times to mobikwik wallet out of which money got deducted from my bank all 3 times but only got the amount in my wallet one time.. i need the money urgently

I've added money to my Mobikwik wallet amount through Upi an amount of Rs. 1000 /-. Money was deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the mobikwik wallet. On 06.09.2021 in the course of the recharge of my Airtel number [protected] by Rs79, the amount was deducted from my account but neither got recharge nor received the amount till now.
Please do the needful so that I could get it .

I have transferred money from wallet to bank 15000 but still I did not get the money to my bank account it's more than 8 days ... Should I compliant against the compnay or u will resolve my issues ... This is too much...

This is with reference to Ticket ID: 20745490 which I had initiated on Mobikwik yesterday. I initiated a transfer from my wallet to bank account yesterday and it still hasn't gone through. I was in a urgent need and now my money is stuck. No revert on the ticket raised as it's still in process and for the same reason I cannot even raise another ticket. Nobody answers the helpline and no other support from the customer service team....

My dhani account amount is deducted to mobikwik please check my issue...

I have transferred 29000/- from my ICICI credit card to my SBI saving account for which 30078/- was deducted from my card but not sent to the designated bank account. On approaching mobiKwik team via chat on their app they said that the transaction was successful at their end but is pending at the receiving bank end. Wrongly 2 times debited from my account...for the conversion of vodafone postpaid to vodafone prepaid number

On 18.01.2019 Rs 9998.65 credited and also on 19.02.2019 Rs 8325 credited to vodafone network for the conversion of vodafone postpaid number [protected] to vodafone prepaid number

I had taken a loan from mobikwik of rupees 75000 INR for 18 months EMI of rupees whichever in mobikwik wallet I can transfer money in my account even I can not pay Credit card bills. It is worst company. As per my monthly EMI 5300 but for first month they are charging 7001 I don't know why they are charging 1700 extra. I asked for pre closer of loan but they told me that pre closer of loan is not available.

Money debited during transition of IRCTC but transition failed and money
debited from wallet and not credited back to wallet even after IRCTC refunded money to Mobikwik. I have complained this issue to customers support but they promised to solve this issue within 48hrs, but still after 12 days issued not solved.
Complained 4 to 5 times.

I had done a merchant transaction on 20th Aug 2021 through mobikwik amex card but amount got debited from my mobikwik wallet but merchant transaction is failed.. As after I contacted to mobikwik they said that the transaction is successfully completed from our end..So no refund is initiated for you.. And merchant said the particular transaction is failed and should be refunded to original sources..No refund is received...

On 4 sep 2021 i had done 99 rs recharge on my fathers number using mobikwik. Amount has been deducted but recharge was not successfull.
Kindly, resolve the issue as soon as possible....

Recharged my mobile number to rs49 through Flipkart mobikwik the transaction showed failed but amount got deducted from account this happen on feb 2021 but stil now the amount was not refunded.such a fraud.....

On 01.09.21 i recharged from mobikwik Rs. 50.00 but recharge not complete and money debited already
