Hi,
My name is Manish Verma and I'm a Mobikwik app user
Mobikwik seems to be a cheater here.
I made a payment on 18th September for credit card bill payment of Rs.36000/- and it has been 5 days already and the refund is not credited.
I tried calling them several times and all they say is it will be credited.
I've been patient for soo long now but they are not doing anything. The money is important to me and i need it urgent.
The RRN number is[protected].

    My refund was initiated by merchant but money didn't come to my account. I've been trying to connect with mobikwik customer service since many days but there is no progress. It's going to be a month I'm struggling for this issue. This is very inconvenient.

      I've paid the Due bill of 4868.67 in time (20.09.21) and the payment status said successful (Order Id[protected] yet my zip account hasn't been updated also I've got charged with rs/- 200 penalty. Also, in my transaction history there is now a transaction of the same amount as PG transaction Later I've received an email stating my bill payment was unsuccessful and now I'm locked out of my MobiKwik wallet app because of the Zip bill, I have raised a request for my situation but my ticket isn't solved yet and I can't use my wallet app if I not clear the bill again, please help me here because I didn't get my refund to the original bank account even after 24hrs of the incident.
      This is unexpected from MobiKwik and is frustrating, I need your assistance in this ASAP

      Do not share your OTP or any credentials to any one over the phone, I've been tried out by 5 different calls pretending to be a MobiKwik customer support team member, only raise tickets for your problems in MobiKwik app or website, they resolved my case within 48 hrs. Thanks.

      I made a payment to myntra from mobiwik directly from upi which was attached to my account but my money was deducted and myntra cancelled the order as they did not receive the payment. I need my refund now.

          Payment for extention of validity for MTNL number [protected] failed as I was using Mobikwik gateway available for the same.
          Validity amount did not go to MTNL but debited twice from my bank.
          Copy of Bank of India's message is pasted herewith.

              I have paid my Zip dues time to time but my zip is disabled, After I paid my dues today it's showing Zip is disabled, I need money urgently for medicine, please reactivate it

                        My MobiKwik debt card is not working. Show the massage card is blocked by zaakpay. Why showing this type of massage. . Some is working and some time the same is not working properly please solve the problem is blocked by you my MobiKwik debt card.

                          Respected MobiKwik
                          I had paid my room rent, but its failed but also money has debited from my dhani card.
                          Then after few minutes i had came a notification of refund of my transaction is successful.but I doesn’t got the money on my account or recipients bank account.
                          Kindly requesting to do the necessary thins as soon as possible

                              Rent Payment Success but not credited in my landlord account.

                              Dear Sir/Mam,

                              I paid my rent through mobikwik on 4th september 2021, money deducted from my credit card, but transaction at mobikwik was showing pending, on 8th september 2021 transaction got sucessfull at mobikwik but money is not received in my landlord Bank Account till now.

                              Zip payment automatically disabled.

                              My bill was generated on 15th sept 2021 of amount 5000. I paid on 16th sept 2021. After paying, it is now showing “payment via zip are currently disabled. I kept that 5000 for my medicines but now I am unable to use it. Kindly reactive my zip so that I can avail service. As my current health condition is not good. I need money on immediate basis so that I can purchase medicines for me....

                              While paying it used zip later automatically and I cleared it soon .then they charged activation charge without intimation and they added due fee again for activation charge and they are sending frightening customer to pay the dues or else cibil will reduce .such a fraud is happening where mobikwik is looting money by frightening of cibil score reduction

                                  I mistakenly use zip for pay to purple 179 rupees but later canceled it. purple refunded the money . I also added tge money to tge zip account but it showing 99 rupees due for activation fees. why should I give 99 rupees? I have not placed any activation request. and just because i ordered it doesn't mean I have to pay the other activation fees also. If I didn't canceled I would have no problem but I canceled the the order and tge refund has also been done. So It's none of my Business to pay extra to mobiwik. It's illegal. Mobiwik forcing me.
