    I made made a purchase of Google Play recharge code of 160 Rs in which 8 Rs was of supercash so total was 160 Rs. I have been waiting for 20 days but still the refund didn't come in my account...So please see to it and I hope you do the good 😇

      I never applied for zip bill but one day I am going to recharge my mobile through my debit card from Mobikwik but when we click on recharge the recharge done automatically. I was confused that how recharge got successfully without giving debit card number but after one month I am receiving message from mobikwik that your zip bill is created for Rs 654 something (Don't know the exact amount right now) and receiving call also. I told to executive that I never opt for zip bill and I wanted to recharge my mobile through my debit card but recharge done automatically. I can pay Rs 555 the recharge amount but i will not pay the extra money. But they are torturing me and sending me many messages regarding bills. They do automated calls many times in a day. Now they are increasing my bill to 954/- and threatening me for further penalty. They are mentally torturing me though I am ready to pay Rs 555 the actual recharge amount. Please Help

        The customer care service said to contact them after paying 99 rupees for activate the zip account as it is has charged without any information and without my permission. They also promised to refund me the money. So I request to refund the money as soon as possible. I have paid the due 99 rupees.

          I have mistakenly activated zip service and i have not used it till now but they are charging the activation fee of Rs 99 but as per the terms and condition given for the zip service it is showing that Rs 99 fee has to be paid only if the zip services has been used and the first bill has been generated but they are saying that activation fees of Rs99 has to be paid compulsorily.

            I dont understand how many times send reminder regarding callback. Very poor service...No one helping out... I have an issue regarding loan and zip wallet amount...ongoing case but still sending reminder regarding zip wallet bill and threaten me...please either arranging callback

              Want to foreclose my loan but they can't provide me pre closer statement.
              I have tried to reach them through e mail but still even they can't reply on mail. very frustrated with their support.

                Again I reached out to the customer care they said it’ will be done with in one day but not happend.

                Again I called the customer service they said it takes more 3 days but nothing happend .

                And I called today to the customer care they are saying it is going to take more 7-10 working days.

                This is really giving me lot of pain to deal with MobiKwik .

                Hope this forum help me in solving the query

                    I made a 6106 rs payment to wazirx(cryptocurrency website ) using the payment gateway of Mobikwik. The money got deducted from my account and MobiKwik shows payment canceled.

                    So I raise requests in both wazirx and MobiKwik. Wazirx is still with me to resolve this but Mobikwik is still put it resolves on its own there is no place to create a complaint request and even if you did at the time of submitting a request it will show something error.

                    I was tired of trying please help me and get back my 6106 rs and help other customers to help to prevent this kind of scam from mobikwik

                        I had done payment to shriram transport finance co limited today amount was deducted but not credited to finance company and also not showing in mobikwik history I had done email also on fraud alert of mobikwik solve the issue on urgent basis

                            My name is Manish Verma and I'm a Mobikwik app user
                            Mobikwik seems to be a cheater here.
                            I made a payment on 18th September for credit card bill payment of Rs.36000/- and it has been 5 days already and the refund is not credited.
                            I tried calling them several times and all they say is it will be credited.
                            I've been patient for soo long now but they are not doing anything. The money is important to me and i need it urgent.

                              My refund was initiated by merchant but money didn't come to my account. I've been trying to connect with mobikwik customer service since many days but there is no progress. It's going to be a month I'm struggling for this issue. This is very inconvenient.

                                I've paid the Due bill of 4868.67 in time (20.09.21) and the payment status said successful (Order Id[protected] yet my zip account hasn't been updated also I've got charged with rs/- 200 penalty. Also, in my transaction history there is now a transaction of the same amount as PG transaction Later I've received an email stating my bill payment was unsuccessful and now I'm locked out of my MobiKwik wallet app because of the Zip bill, I have raised a request for my situation but my ticket isn't solved yet and I can't use my wallet app if I not clear the bill again, please help me here because I didn't get my refund to the original bank account even after 24hrs of the incident.
                                This is unexpected from MobiKwik and is frustrating, I need your assistance in this ASAP

                                Do not share your OTP or any credentials to any one over the phone, I've been tried out by 5 different calls pretending to be a MobiKwik customer support team member, only raise tickets for your problems in MobiKwik app or website, they resolved my case within 48 hrs. Thanks.

                                I made a payment to myntra from mobiwik directly from upi which was attached to my account but my money was deducted and myntra cancelled the order as they did not receive the payment. I need my refund now.

                                    Payment for extention of validity for MTNL number [protected] failed as I was using Mobikwik gateway available for the same.
                                    Validity amount did not go to MTNL but debited twice from my bank.
