A representative [protected] called from shinecareers told me they are in charge of recruitments for British school they provide recruitment for premium customers only.
Asked me to pay SR.10, need to download their app also he send me link via sms https://shinecareers.in/app.apk as shown in photo.
First time trying to pay RS. 10.00 it showed payment error and he asked to try again shortly after I received sms from bank that RS. 1, 500.00 is debited from my account, When I checked statement its been diverted to a mobikwik account .
Transaction Amount-- ₹1, 500.00, Transaction Id-S63533032, Transaction Description-TO ECM/6409/MOBIKWIK MOBIKWIK, Account-XXXXXXXXXX0517-Date - 26 Jul 2021
Now he is asking to send him ID proofs for getting a full refund. Which I did not.
Kindly help me to get a refund I have attached my call logs, SMS, and Bank debit details.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
