I installed MobiKwik and went to another app to pay. There was an option to pay through MobiKwik because I was getting some discount so I did that. My bank account wasn't linked to Mobikwik and Mobikwik asked me the question- "Add Cash?"
I thought cash has to be added from my bank account using details so I clicked yes and next thing I see is payment is already done and I have to pay MobiKwik 100 Rs. more because they activated ZIP...
I have made a payment of 14756 from credit card to pay rent. The ammount is debited and not credited to the landlord account it is showing success ful bt ammount not credited....

Sir, I have activated zip pay later on mobikwik but it causes me on CIBIL score.. There was showing Fairassets personal loan 30000 and IDFC consumer loan 10000 as loan enquiry on CIBIL credit report. I have never applied this loan enquiry.. why they are showing.. plz delete loan enquiry and also close zip pay later account.. I have loss 18 points score impacted on CIBIL.. plz rectify my CIBIL score...

I made a bank transfer from my wallet on 6th of July of Rs 20743.40 but transaction is still showing as pending...I complain and received a ticket ID 20090817..but I need didn't receive the money in bank account or in my wallet. Requesting the support team to kindly fix it at the earliest as it's very urgent regarding medical urgency....

I have a mobikwik account associated with mobile no [protected], which was disabled due to non usage.
After following up from 28th June, it was finally enabled on july 8, 2021.
So, I tried to complete kyc, but it shows my aadhar card is linked to another account, whereas I don't have any other account, also I haven't linked my aadhar to any other account.
