I was recharge my fastag...the transaction was failed, money from my account was debited but not credited...why you done this type work with your customers...did you know this money how much effect our life 🥺 please🙏give my money back

    I made a bank transfer from my wallet on 31th of July of Rs .10000 but transaction is still showing as pending...I raised the ticket and received a ticket ID 20334831..but I didn't receive the money in bank account or in my wallet. Requesting the support team to kindly fix it at the earliest as it's very urgent and I need to pay my rent

        I have a refund from AJIO of Rs. 1200 which was initiated by AJIO on 2nd August 2021 with Refund ID - rfnd_HgJfBtes2xaXme and Payment ID - pay_HazFT7iLTStl30, but still the amount has not been credited in my Bank Account.

          On making a payment to merchant when I selected mobikwik, they didn't allow me to select UPI or ZIP. Payment got deducted and I got msg from them that zip services charge need to be paid by me.
          I immediately booked complaint with them and cancelled the order. Agent told me that I need not to pay anything. Now they are threatening me of damaging my cibil score. [protected]

                  I made a bank transfer from my wallet on 7th of august of Rs .51858.50 but transaction is still showing as pending...I complain and received a ticket ID 20420803..but I need didn't receive the money in bank account or in my wallet. Requesting the support team to kindly fix it at the earliest as it's very urgent regarding medical urgency.

                    I have order realme x7 max on 26th july and i paid through mobiqwik but transcation failed . Its been 14 days i havent received my amount. Please guys its request dont use this app ... Once i get my refund i will never use this app . They gave me a ticket on that same day 20328923 but still my amount wasnt refunded . Pls refund my amount mobiqwik

                      Sir/Madam,
                      I registered many quries and complaints against this issue. No one is resolving my problem. I purchased 6 notebooks online from classmate and took Rs. 620 loan from mobikwik on 31 July 2021, but due to some reason I cancelled that order and the amount of Rs. 620 on refunded and came in my mobikwik wallet 1-2 August 2021, but they don't cleared my sattelled my loan yet. I talked to their executive thrice between 3-4 August 2021, they all asured me that my wallet balance will itself adjusted against my loan amount. I don't need to bother about. Besides this I was receiving many massages and pesci calls to sattelle the loaned amount and on 5 August 2021 they added +100 Rs. as panelty over the due amount. And by today onwards they blocked my account due to not satteling the over due amount and threating me to the empact of this over due amount on my CIBIL score by massages. I tried to contact on there helpline, but I never received any help there. All Mobikwik team not only misguided me, but also wasted my lots of time, energy besides creating unwanted panic by massaging and calling reminder about over due amount again and again. I want to sattelle that overdue amount against my wallet balance without giving any panelty which I certainly not deserves, So that I could install that (Mobikwik) app, which is all and all a mismanaged and greedy company... Thankyou

                        These guys are a fraud. Please do not install this app. There is a feature called Zip which lets you pay later. They don't even confirm whether you really want to activate this feature or not. When you click 'Manage', the feature is automatically activated and you are charged Rs. 99 without you even noticing it! I don't mind spending Rs. 99 on something I want, but directly charging me the amount without my consent is considered as fraud. I am uninstalling this app and never installing it again.

                          I can't able to get my refund money from myntra that i paid through mobikwik. myntra has already confirmed the payment. I want you all to look the issue very soon... Its been 2 weeks. This is very bad assistance to the customer by mobikwik... I am not going to use mobikwik if it doesn't resolve my problem in 72 hrs... I tried calling and emailing them but they didn't reply a single time... I can't able to resist it anymore... I want quick solution of my problem. If they can't handle the company and customer problem, they should just close it for customers sake..

                                    I am using Mobikwik app, I raised a fraud complaint happen in my account on last months, they blocked my account and still now no response for the mail or issue and no one ready to sort out the issue, but they are sending the message the reminder which I have to pay with penalty money. I am trying to reach their customer care number, not possible way to contact them. But they are increasing my fine money only. I am ready to pay the money, but my account has been blocked, I am unable to login into the account.

                                        I ordered a track pant from ajio of rupees 399 and I didn't like it and I returned it and they refunded my money on june 2 nd and they said it will be reflected by 2-9 business days it's being 2 months I didn't received I contacted ajio they gave me a reference number : VAM[protected]
                                        And said to ask your bank I asked mobikwik they are not responding.
