Sir, I have activated zip pay later on mobikwik but it causes me on CIBIL score.. There was showing Fairassets personal loan 30000 and IDFC consumer loan 10000 as loan enquiry on CIBIL credit report. I have never applied this loan enquiry.. why they are showing.. plz delete loan enquiry and also close zip pay later account.. I have loss 18 points score impacted on CIBIL.. plz rectify my CIBIL score

    I made a bank transfer from my wallet on 6th of July of Rs 20743.40 but transaction is still showing as pending...I complain and received a ticket ID 20090817..but I need didn't receive the money in bank account or in my wallet. Requesting the support team to kindly fix it at the earliest as it's very urgent regarding medical urgency.

      I had placed my electricity bill payment on 10.07.2021. The amount is now showing as payment from credit card but bill payment has not been made.Ticket No raised was 20137943

            Dear Sir,

            I have a mobikwik account associated with mobile no [protected], which was disabled due to non usage.

            After following up from 28th June, it was finally enabled on july 8, 2021.
            So, I tried to complete kyc, but it shows my aadhar card is linked to another account, whereas I don't have any other account, also I haven't linked my aadhar to any other account.

            Now I tried to contact customer care, but they denied that thay can not change kyc details.

            Sir, kindly intervene & help in this situation as my aadhar is being mis-used.

                ZPscs95726f4f22 on June 25th. amount debited from my account but is failed at merchant end. Its been more than 2 weeks now I didn't receive refund. Transaction number: 052431. Please help to my hard earned money back

                    I was paying on renticke site using mobikwik wallet, amount got deducted from my account but not showing on mobikwik app or renticke app

                    Such a fraud app
                    I am not able to understand should I order again on renticle or not, why the money got deducted

                      I received a refund of rs 929.7 Rs from ajio whose payment was through mobikwik only on 5th june 2021 and today 31 days have passed they have not credited the amount in my bank account calling them every 3 days this is mental stress man I have given them my bank statements 4 times now still also no refund credited order ID HH41Wwl7T3VcRN

                        On my behalf MOBIKWICK has booked gas cylinder on April 18, 2021 at 1.40.13 PM at phone : [protected] (BPCL)
                        which is referred to M.C.PATEL & CO, PETLAD-388450 with TRANSACTION ID: MK[protected] and Transaction is settled
                        to distributor with UTR: CMS[protected], Assigned: INFIBEAM AVENUES LIMITED 02.Dealer denying the receipt of
                        amount every time (five times) I call and at the same times I have lodged the complaints -five times but no response
                        -they just passing times 48 hours multiply by 5.It already passed 75days I am not getting refund from MOBIKWICK for
                        which I requested. I doubt MOBIKWICK has send money or not to dealer at phone:[protected]

                            I have done bsnl recharge for 1999 one time, but it's done two time automatically, and it took the money from ZIP, I raised a fraudulent complaint they blocked my account, I'm trying to reach customer care noway to reach them, I tried them from the given number no use. I want to sort out the issue, but I don't know the way. Why RBI is allowing this type of fraudulent app. They have to take action to close this type of money eating crocodiles. Real they're eating people moneys

                            Complaint is not resolved, a customer care executive call me and asking for my CVV number of a card and OTP which I received from the bank, how I believe and give the OTP to him. He is stating that he needs to send the money in the card. But I already have my bank account merged in Mobikwik. So they can transfer the money in that account, but why he is asking for CVV number and OTP. This next scam from Mobikwik, I think. So that same problem is persisting, so I need my money back. Mobikwik is a fake, I think

                            I installed mobikwik app after that I recharged through mobikwik as usual like I do from phonpe or Google pay. After that money not deducted from account then I came to know that it deducted from mobikwik wallet so didn't know what to do after some days message came from mobikwik that pay249 (I only recharged 149rs) now it's asking 348 to pay.
                            I have done the recharge by mistake I'm not able to pay 348. It's scam I only pay 149 what I used

                              I had call form the Mobikwik customer care and reset my account and deduct my money 975, 420, 780 so altogether 2175 deducted from my account. Mobikwik is a scam app

                                I have been an inactive user of mobikwik and had rs. 150 in my wallet. I opened to realise that I was charged rs. 110 as wallet maintenance charge. This was a move by mobikwik to get back it’s users to login to the app. It’s a cheap way of bullying its customer base to open its application by force. Wallet maintenance charges were not agreed upon by the old users in their terms and conditions laid upon previously. This is a blatant fraud of consuming customer’s money in the pretext of “new rules” which were not signed up by old customers.

                                Same issue, Someone please file a case on them and let the country know what a fraud Mobikwik is, I'm not earning right now otherwise I would file a case myself

                                  I have opted for rupees 256 to add in wallet but it deducted 335 rupees and it deducted rupees 79 without my consent. It also digive me cashback which is promised by mobiwik after applying coupon to swiggy

                                    This is kurra Sai Teja, my first EMI on above loan ID is[protected], at that time I maintain bank balance nearly More than the EMI AMOUNT from the starting of the month but the emi amount is not debited in my account so I am waiting till[protected] date with out removing cash in my Bank Account, so I finally decided to pay through Mobikwik APP itself so at[protected] I pay my first emi through mobikwik app.
                                    My emi amount is 3378/- but In app it shows my that 3437.79/- ( EMI Amount + Some Extra Charges ), at that time I paiyed first and then I called customer care number for many times to this issue but no use at that time and now[protected] also I paiyed through Mobikwik app with the amount of 3437.79/- but my Emi amount is 3378/- only ... Please provide cal to me customer care telugu executive for clear details...

                                    And Please provide me the AUTO DEBITED option on my loan EMI,
                                    On last time also I take a mobikwik loan at that time the EMI process is through Auto debit only
                                    I maintained proper amount in my bank account with in time ...
                                    And last month[protected]
                                    I maintained bank balance but EMI is not debited in my account so please check it and
                                    do not rise any bounce charges to my loan account
