Dear Sir,
I have a mobikwik account associated with mobile no [protected], which was disabled due to non usage.
After following up from 28th June, it was finally enabled on july 8, 2021.
So, I tried to complete kyc, but it shows my aadhar card is linked to another account, whereas I don't have any other account, also I haven't linked my aadhar to any other account.
Now I tried to contact customer care, but they denied that thay can not change kyc details.
Sir, kindly intervene & help in this situation as my aadhar is being mis-used.
