Respected Sir/madam
This is to inform you that i have been a victim of online fraud transaction on 22 June 2021 at 05:51pm.The fraudster caliming from sbi bank manipulated me by saying some cpp plan had to be activated and i mistakenly shared otp thinking it was for deactivation. Therein an amount of Rs.15992.46 had been deducted from my sbi credit card.
I blocked my card immediately and also filed a FIR.
I want strict actions to be taken against these and would request for a refund please. I am mentioning the fraudsters number [protected] and registered number at mobikwik [protected]

    Main coindcx go par 100₹ ka payment kiya tha but coindcx go par payment receipt nhi huaa aur mere account se paisa cut vi gaya aur maine 100₹ ka payment ka liye apply kiya tha but mere account se 179₹ cut gaya aur maine mobikwik se baat kare ki kosis ki but koi reply nhe aaya

      I made a credit payment via Mobikwik App and the status shows as PG transaction whereas it usually shows as credit card payment. And the amount has not been credit to my credit card as well.

        I recharged my mobile no.on Jun 18, 2021 with 399 Rs. at 08:47:54 AM but it was unsuccessful. My money got debited from account i got message that it'll get refunded in 10 days. But still i didnt get my money back as on 1st july it has completed 13 days.
        Transaction ID : BR00069SJFKT.
        Its really fraud. Before i used to believe on mobikwik as it was giving good service. But now even after 13 days they are not giving my money back after unsuccessful transaction. I'll never ever use Mobikwik for transaction after this.

        I didnt get any response from mobikwik. Recharge was unsuccessful but my money debited from my account. I didnt get money refund even after 15 days.

          History show pg transaction and money not reached to receiver. And now that transaction show successful but don't show any transaction id.
          Sir please help me. Where is my money.

              I requested to credit ₹500 to my Coindcxgo wallet from my account through Mobiwik. But transaction was not successful. But ₹579 debited from my account. Why extra amount debited? And when my money will be get refunded to my account. Please resolve this issue as well as refund my money soon with sending SMS to my account for the money credited of ₹579.

              It's already 7 days over but no money get refunded and no response we get from there. They are doing with number of customers that they are charging extra 79₹ more than the requested money. Please soon look into this matter and get our refunded ASAP. No response came after 7 days also from mobikwik.

                My bill for home credit is showing unpaid but the money has been deducted from my credit card. Transaction is showing pg transaction.

                  Respected Sir or Mam,
                  This is to let you know that I, Sukhamoy Dutta of Silchar, Assam have been a victim of online fraudulent transaction today morning where an amount of Rs. 17000 has been laundered from my Axis Bank account holding account Number[protected]. The incident happened at 09:53 AM today i.e,[protected], where the fraud contacted me through phone with mobile number [protected] and manipulated me by introducing himself as an Indian Army Officer named Vikram Waghmare posted at Silchar, Assam and by calling out the name of my firm i.e, Suniti Engineering Works which deals with Weighing Scales and Instruments. The fraud mentioned that they wants to buy a Weighing Machine for their Army Canteen from me and hence want to pay through online transaction where I mistakenly shared my OTP with the fraud as I knew there was not much money at my account and believed it to be safe. But the amount got debited from my account as my account was credited with an amount from LIC just yesterday about which I was unaware as I did not any message for that credited transaction from the bank. After the incident I immediately rushed to my nearest Axis Bank branch where I blocked my card and also reported the issue. I also went to the Local Police Station and registered an FIR there. After investigating it came out that the fraudulent transaction has been done somewhere from Rajasthan using Mobikwik Mobile App and number [protected] with Transaction ID " ECOM PUR/One MobiKwik/122002/290621/04:24"..
                  I will provide all the supporting documents along with the FIR copy when needed. Please look into these and help us with the refund or retrieval process.

                      12000 Rs money were transferred form my account to coin dcx account via mobiwik they charge a fees (20Rs) for that particular money without crediting into my coin dcx account. (And I got a message as they my money refund within 7 days to my account? Why they take 7 days to refund my money and what they do with my money in these 7 days)

                      I add ₹ 500 from my account to Coindcxgo. But the transaction was unsuccessful. But the money ₹579 debited from my account balance. When it will be credited to my account? And why 79₹ extra debited from it? Please resolve my issue as well as send SMS for the refunded money to my bank account for the credited amout.

                        Refund amount of rs 7950 on dated 24 june 2021 i pay the electrity bill for rs 7950 but electricity bill transaction failed and mobikwik wallate detail show the money was refund by bses to your wallate on date 24 June 2021 same day and same time.
                        But refund amount was not show my wallate and not show the amount in my bank a/C payment through debit card.
                        Please sir/madam my refund amount transfer my wallate Or my bank account as soon as possible because I have pay the electricity bill of rs 7950 due date was 24 June 21 now I pay the penalty amount with the bill. So i request to you please refund my amount.

                              When I am trying to log in my account it says that user is disabled. I have mailed them on [protected]@mobikwik.com with supportive documents such as pan card, adhaar card and bank statement then also they didn't enable my account plz do something. My work is pending due to the problem with the mobikwik

                                    i was trying to recharge my tata sky dish service with amount rs. 5436/- on 25th june 2021, when Tata sky site directed me to mobikwik app after choosing mobikwik to make the payment. The money got debited from my wallet but recharge failed on the merchant side & i got a message from Tata sky that the transaction has failed...I haven't got my refund in my account..
