Hi,

While transferring the amount from credit card to bank account. the Rs.10106.00 has been added to mobikwik wallet instead of bank account.

Please do resolve this and transfer my amount into my subjected account it has to be transferred on priority.

as i trusted Mobikwik so far.

please keep the same.

    I have been deducted Rs 1605.55 as PG transaction ( Order id: 5c438b717349f on 8 June 2021 through Mobikwik to Wazirx however correspondence from Wazirx showed payment has not been received.I have been informed by Wazirx that such failed transaction should get refunded back within 7 working days. But even after 17 days no such refund has been received. So please resolve matter as soon as possible.
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

      1, I installed this app few weeks ago lured by their cashback offers on bill payments.
      2. To get going I added Rs 100 to the walllet.
      3. Then I found Rs 2000 added to my walllet by Mobikwik without me ever expressing an interest or asking for it.
      4. I tried to call Mobikwik many times to find about this so called ZIP cash, terms o[censored]se etc. But as you reach the option to speak to an executive, call gets disconnected.

      5 I decided to try it as I had to pay a gas bill though I had other options. I paid it and was charged Rs 100 as activation fee of which there was no mention anywhere on the app or on their website. I tolerated it. Still I kept looking for the due date and meanwhile I kept getting messages on my mobile saying I should pay by due date to avoid any fines etc. All these messages still didn't give a due date.
      6 Finally about 19 days ago I was relived to get a message saying my due date was 5th July and I had to pay Rs 1267 +100 i.e. 1367. I was fine with and planned to pay by due date.
      7 I am running my household alone on a very tight budget and I plan ahead. Suddenly on June 20, got a text saying I have to pay same day else they will fine me with Rs 299
      8. I immediately called but got no response and decided to message them on face book. I got the response giving me their strict terms and conditions. Thees were nowhere mentioned before on the site or on the app. I insisted to pay by my first due date which is 5th July. They didn't relent though said to waive off activation fee of Rs 100 as goodwill gesture.
      9. I asked if I could pay in installments and through Paytm but I didn't get any response. I didn't complete amount on me and have to visit bank which is very very difficult for me as I am alone at home and my helper is away on a break.
      10 Now I am getting threatening messages on text that pay 1567 now or it will affect my CIBIL or they will take further action.
      11. I am writing today to seek intervention in this matter i.e pls tell them to wait till 5th July when I am able to pay.

      12. This is the situation with many money lending apps etc. They don't tell you or give details in advance and force down kind of 'free' money on unsuspecting customers. I personally have experienced many and have detected them all. Pls look into all these pay later offers made by various shopping sites and app. Mostly they are out there to trap a client, causing so much stress if you fall prey to them. I made one such mistake with Flipkart earlier an lost Rs 300 only because I was late overnight to give the installment. All because of net connection and that too when we had full lock down last year. I didn't escalet the matter that time but I ugre you to pls pelase regulate thees apps pay later option and get them investigated and make them follow standard financial norms.         I added 3000 rupees to my mobiwik wallet on[protected] around 8:30 am but after 2-3 hours later transferred my wallet money to upi id . And from that date my money has been reducted from my wallet but it has not been credited to my account. please help me to get back my money.It is a very careless company and I will also delete my mobiwik account after this thing happens.
        I need my money on urgent bases.

          I used the mobikwik zip loan in lockdown due to job less. I still not have any job and i try to tell him to loan dept i will the pay the money slowly slowy but they directly using abusing words they directly accessing my contacts and directly calling to my contacts. First as per RBI they do not have to access my contact and using abusing words i want to do complain to mobikwik. Here is the numbers [protected] and [protected]

            Am posting this with very much disappointment as my amount was of Rs 52920.39 ( Fifty two thousand nine hundred and twenty rupees and thirty nine paise ) deducted as PG transaction on 8 June 2021 (order Id 5c443396d4b34) but Mobikwik and wazir are saying that money has not received by them, How can they take so casually for such a huge amount, My complaint followed by Ticket ID:19793908 raised on June 9th on Mobikwik and when ever i tried calling Mobikwik customer care number, I get routine answer stating we have taken your issue on high priority and will be resolved in 7 working days this was said by they team long ago on dated 9th June and we are on 23rd June today still its not resolved, Has money Vanished in the air or they are trying to commit broad day loot from me of my hard-earned money. What can I do now to get my money from these BIGGIES as they are dragging day by day. Has any honesty has remained in the society ???

              Loan Harassment

              I was checking loan related details in Mobikwik.
              I wanted to check my eligibility and emi details.
              Not sure how the amount got credited to mobilwik wallet.
              96000 approx.
              On the very next minute i informed mobikwik support that this incident happened.
              No action taken yet.

              1. I am being harrased with calls and messages to pay emi of 8000 approx monthly.
              2. They want me to pay 3 EMI and...

                      I have made a transaction using mobikwik of 5088.10 on 3rd june 2021. But the transaction was rejected and the amount was debited, and its been more than 20days yet the refund is not recieved back kindly help me to figure it out

                        16jun ko irctc se ticket book kiya tha mobikwik se payment successful hua lekin irctc ke pas nahi pahucha aur 7 din ho gaye abhi tak refund bhi nahi hua.

                            I recharged my DTH via mobikwik for 100₹ on 28th June 2019. The amount got debited from my debit card but the recharge was not done. So i raised a query in their app and they said my money will be refunded within 7 - 21 days. But still after 2 years it hasn't been refunded.
                            Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                            In addition to that they have given me two different ARN number for the same transaction on two different customer support platforms. On twitter they gave me one number and in app support the gave me another one.

                              I recently made a transaction through Mobikwik using the UPI option, The Order ID/Transaction ID is 5c[protected]de and the UPI Transaction ID is[protected] on 8th June 2021, this transaction is showing as failed in the merchant account but the UPI transaction was successful and money was deducted from my bank, I had contacted the merchant customer care and they told that the deducted amount will be returned by original payment method within 3-5 days, I have not received the amount yet after two weeks.

                              Mobikwik customer care phone, e-mail, and the help section of the website is inaccessible, the customer care helpline is playing a recorded message to use the help section on the website, any help is appreciated

                              Second transaction in the image is the failed transaction, have tried multiple attempts to contact mobikwik customer care, but they are not reachable and provides useless automatic replies

                                      I tried to send money to a merchant through Mobikwik. Mobikwik deducted the sum from my account but did not send to the merchant. Even after a month, the money was not sent. Please, help with this issue. I would never use Mobikwik again in my life. Very bad service.
