I recently made a transaction through Mobikwik using the UPI option, The Order ID/Transaction ID is 5c[protected]de and the UPI Transaction ID is[protected] on 8th June 2021, this transaction is showing as failed in the merchant account but the UPI transaction was successful and money was deducted from my bank, I had contacted the merchant customer care and they told that the deducted amount will be returned by original payment method within 3-5 days, I have not received the amount yet after two weeks.
Mobikwik customer care phone, e-mail, and the help section of the website is inaccessible, the customer care helpline is playing a recorded message to use the help section on the website, any help is appreciated

Complaint marked as Resolved The amount has been credited back to account, Mobikwik customer care never responded to any of the complaints, I had also requested a chargeback from my bank side.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
