    I recharged my DTH via mobikwik for 100₹ on 28th June 2019. The amount got debited from my debit card but the recharge was not done. So i raised a query in their app and they said my money will be refunded within 7 - 21 days. But still after 2 years it hasn't been refunded.
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    In addition to that they have given me two different ARN number for the same transaction on two different customer support platforms. On twitter they gave me one number and in app support the gave me another one.

      I recently made a transaction through Mobikwik using the UPI option, The Order ID/Transaction ID is 5c[protected]de and the UPI Transaction ID is[protected] on 8th June 2021, this transaction is showing as failed in the merchant account but the UPI transaction was successful and money was deducted from my bank, I had contacted the merchant customer care and they told that the deducted amount will be returned by original payment method within 3-5 days, I have not received the amount yet after two weeks.

      Mobikwik customer care phone, e-mail, and the help section of the website is inaccessible, the customer care helpline is playing a recorded message to use the help section on the website, any help is appreciated

      The amount has been credited back to account, Mobikwik customer care never responded to any of the complaints, I had also requested a chargeback from my bank side.

      Second transaction in the image is the failed transaction, have tried multiple attempts to contact mobikwik customer care, but they are not reachable and provides useless automatic replies

            Mobikwik disabled my account.but they generated zip payment statement asking to pay zip payment.but without login to my account how can I pay, I have written many mails regarding it but no response from them about my account.how to pay it I'm unable to pay and now they are charging penalty also for it.please help me with this.

              I tried to send money to a merchant through Mobikwik. Mobikwik deducted the sum from my account but did not send to the merchant. Even after a month, the money was not sent. Please, help with this issue. I would never use Mobikwik again in my life. Very bad service.

                I am ex user of mobikwik. I used around 3 month mobikwik Zip facility.mobile number- [protected]. i paid all dues on time but they ruined my cibil by adding almost 80 overdue account in cibil. I have 750+ cibil earlier now my cibil score is 600. I mailed/call them around last 3 month but they did not resolve my issue. I am a businessman.cibil score is very important for me. When i did not have any overdue they are responsible for my current situation of financial crisis in present.i want resolve and want to deactivate my account.

                  I have been trying to catch hold of Mobikwik people but nobody responds or pays heed to. Looking at number of complaints unanswered here gives me no such hope anyway but still. My SBI account was debited of 6, 000 on June 1, 2021. Unfortunately, it wasn't added to the wallet nor was it credited back to the account. The transaction was to add money to the Coin DCX wallet but it also didn't get added there. Here's the transaction ID that failed[protected].

                      I was making payment for my purchase on ajio.com through mobiwik using my debit card details and the transaction failed but the ammount got debited from my account the ammount is not refunded to my mobiwik wallet or to my account

                        I did a transfer of 50k from my Mobikwik Wallet to Bank on 17 June and it is still showing as “pending”.

                        It's been two days already and I’m afraid that it won't be refunded back in “5-7 days” as they say considering what other complaints here say.

                            I have made 1 transaction of Rs. 773.79 for Gas Booking through Mobikwik Wallet using my Credit Card on 05/04/25021 which is failed but Amount in debit from my credit card. And 1 Same Another transaction is done on 06/04/2021 for Rs. 773.79 which is also failed.

                            In there Both Transaction are failed and my 1st Transactions Amount 773.79 Rs credit my credit card account. But 2nd Amount of my 773.79 Rs not credit in my account yet.

                            One Transaction Done on 5/4/2021 and
                            2nd transaction done on 6/04/2021.

                            so please check at your side and credit Balance 773.79 Rs as earliest in my credit card account.

                            Pls do needful in said matter as earliest.

                              i am rajesh and using mobikwik wallet - wallet id - [protected].june 15 i make the transaction on amount Rs.10817.685 to my account. But still now the issue not solved. I make the complaint on mobikwik customer care number they told me the transaction was failed and raise the ticket .the ticket number is 19861065.but still now i did not get the money. The customer care number was[protected].i have attached the transaction screenshot for your reference.

                                I used mobikwik for third party transaction to coindcx(neblio technologies).the transaction was of 3053 Rs but it was unsuccesful and not reflected in mobikwikm app transaction history.and the money is debited from my bank account and till now the reversal of money haven't happened.Its been around 13 days i haven’t got the refund.I did contact coindcx they did say that I did transaction of 3053 Rs on 5th of june i also have the email recieved from them saying the transaction was declined.
