[Resolved]  Mobikwik — bill not paid

I paid my postped idea bill amounting online banking for rs.550 through my mobikwik date for 13 Jun 2014 05:12:27 wallet. The amount is deducted from my wallet but the bill is not paid. Its been 5 days.. My Transaction id is IGV5143854. Please help me. the amount is not refunded back to my wallet and even the bill is not paid... My Email Id [protected]@gmail.com

I have made a electricity bill payment of1800..amount got deducted but still bill not paid..ticket no. 1470479...

I will pay my Airtel bill amt.1100.on dated 14/01/2015, Transaction ID [protected], but bill not paid pls confirm .otherwise I am going to court for ur poor service.

I made a payment through mobikwik but when i click the submit button it shows ur payment was nt successful but ur money is safe, then i come to know my almost gone.so try to resove this problem as soon as possible.
