[Resolved]  Mobikwik — bill not paid

I paid my landline bill amounting for rs.1281 through my mobikwik wallet. The amount is deducted from my wallet but the bill is not paid. Its been 5 days.. My Transaction id is [protected]. Please help me. the amount is not refunded back to my wallet and even the bill is not paid

I have made a electricity bill payment of1800..amount got deducted but still bill not paid..ticket no. 1470479...

I made a payment through mobikwik but when i click the submit button it shows ur payment was nt successful but ur money is safe, then i come to know my almost gone.so try to resove this problem as soon as possible.
