        I made a recharge for rate cutter plan from Mobiwik, but i do not got the service which is displayed for that plan on their site. Later, I called customer care and found that they have no service available for rate cutter under that plans.Then, I contacted Mobiwik, but they does not show any interest in solving the query. So guys be very careful, Mobiwik is not a genuine site for recharge. They are just looting the public money.

            Hello All If any one can help me then please assist I had created a new account on mobikwik using my mail id and added Rs. 100/- on second day when i tried to access my account they says dual account on same mobile number registered. They blocked my account. I created multiple tickets to unblock my account but they are not replying. Mobikwik are cheaters they have eaten my Rs. 100. If any one hane the resolution help.                               This MobiKwik is fraud website. So never use wallet of MobiKwik.I would like to share. My Personal Experience. I had paid spectacles amount to Lenskart of my spectacles using MobiKwik wallet as 10% was cashback - A fraud scheme. I was in Trap unknowingly. From My bank account, I paid to MobiKwik wallet then from MobiKwik wallet to Lenskart. Lenskart didn't got money from MobiKwik wallet. while MobiKwik is not ready to accept that I had paid using MobiKwik wallet. I have all proofs and claiming for refund since more then two months... but none of MobiKwik or Lenskart ready to accept that they have my money. Lenskart Customer Support Team Telling that talk to MobiKwik and MobiKwik Customer Help Team is telling contact to Lenskart. I learned a lesson of not using The MobiKwik Wallet for any payment @ loss of 990 Rs.

                                      i created a account with mobikwik on 26th may..and Rs 501 were credited to my wallet with this account ...i got SMS also regarding the amount credited. my USERID is- [protected]@gmail.com. several times i send my complaint through mail but the solution given by mobikwik is not helping me..i am not able to open my account and use the money in my wallet.
                                      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
