    Mobikwik has recently launched it wallet service through which we pay for our online shopping. Ebay as provided the option to make payment using mobikwik. I tried to purchase a product from ebay by paying through mobikwik but when I reached the mobikwik gateway it asked me to add money to my wallet. After doing so when I tried to make payment it said transaction cannot be completed and my money is now stuck with mobikwik. I have asked mobikwik to refund my money but its been more than 15 days and there is not reply from them. Kindly help me in getting my money back.

        Its the worst and non trustable site please do not use this site for any payment. I have done an payment of Rs.9556 to BSES YAMUNA, its getting falied each time. I have open 3 tickets on there portal - #997526, #999625 and #1003704, but hvnt recieved any update on it till date. I have shared all the required details on this email - [protected]@mobikwik.com dated 12:47 Pm 31/jul/2014. I have shared all the required details to them which they had asked for refund but till date they have not refund the amount by NEFT and there are not providing me the update on my complaints that hv been done on there portal. I request you to please look into it and get my amount refunded as soon as possible.

          Sir
          I have made online payment of my MTNL landline number 27618561 having CA No. [protected] vide MOBIKWIK through reference no. [protected] on dated 26/07/2014 for an amount of Rs 757/- .

          It is surprisingly to find that the same has not been reflected in the account of MTNL till date and I am continuously receiving the payment reminder calls from MTNL.

          You are therefore requested to investigate the matter and reflect back the reason for non transfer of payment to MTNL against the above mentioned telephone bill till date.

          Your early action is solicited for resolving the issue considering the urgency of matter being annoyed by the continuous bugging payment reminder calls on my phone which is disturbing me.

            Dear Sir/Ma'am,

            As per above subject i had made payment of Rs.142/- to idea mobile thru my
            HDFC credit card (this payment made thru mobikwik) but that time above said amount debit from my credit card and got massage payment failure.

            So that time i had launch complaint to HDFC credit card customer service and they require failure payment confirmation letter on your letter head for refund or credit in my credit card.

            Pls do the needful & oblige us.

                  I have an account on www.mobikwik.com and it worked fine for some months. On 15 march I added 500 rs as they had a scheme (Add 500 rs and apply a code and get 50 rs extra in your wallet).I tried login into my account after 2 days but it was locked. In last 5 months I have tried everything I can: Called their customer care number umpteen times but never got a chance to talk to their customer care executive as the phone is always busy. I cannot log into my account so I cannot see the resolution of the tickets. Ticket No 900280 I want my money back. I won’t mind if they cancel or close my account but they should return the money.                           Hello, I had cancel the transaction [protected] on 14 July for amount of 6400/- for Mobikwick wallet, on the same day i cancel the transaction still the money is not refunded yet, why mobikwick providing such useless services to customer. i am going to fire complaint in Consumer court now.                                         The company is totally fraud and tried to swipe my card and and tried to made a payment of 3000/- Rs and 43000/- from my HDFC Bank Credit Card. Actually I made a BSES Rajdhani Bill payment from this Portal and I shared my two personal docs (Pan card and driving license). By mistake I made two payments of one bill and company hold my payment and not forwarded to the BSES RAjdhani, by this BSES charges as penalty for not paid the bill 1200 rupees from me and add in the bill. I sent many mails to the company but released my one payment of Rs. 2360/- in their virtual wallet, which is totally waste for me and one 2360/- is still not paid by the company. Gaurav [protected]
