Mobikwik Online recharge

I tried to recharge datacard in Mobikwik. They created User account and deducted Money from my account and then I tried 1. Online recharge of Data card - Not working 2. Tried to raise helpdesk ticket - 404 webpage not found 3. Tried to sent sms using "Via Phone option" - got reply tht transaction failed. Try after 10 mins 4. Tried calling Mumbai no - no Response 5.
