I am Surya.
on december 11th i made a transaction in makemytrip using mobikwik.
there was a offer for 1000 cashback for new users and 500 cashback for old users on makemytrip who uses mobikwik and gets cashback in mobikwik wallet.

i raised many tickets but problem was not solved.

me and my friend did transaction for the same offer. she got the cashback, but not me.

Yesterday I have redeem 3 times my loyalty point of sbi to mobikwik but only 2times wallet get updated with new Balance. First time 888point I.e 222 INR not added in my wallet. I will provide you the screenshot of sbi reward past redemption and mobikwik wallet transaction history. Please provide 222 INR in my wallet.
