Actually I book train ticket from mobikwik wallet and after 4-5 days I cancel my ticket. Then irctc refund my money in mobikwik wallet... After 1 days I try to send money wallet to bank account..but my money is deducted from wallet and I can't receive my bank account. I complaint mobikwik customer care number but all number are switch off or not reachable..and I also submit my complaint in my mobikwik helpline...but mobikwik customer care not reply

Complaint marked as Resolved Mobikwik reply me that (Please be informed that the IMPS transaction is pending and will be credited to your account within 7-10 working days as per Bank norms which is beyond our control. In case, it gets unsuccessful then the deducted amount will be credited back to your wallet.)
