Sir I am add money on 9dec16 through mobikwik worth rs. 525 and my amount is dedbited from bank and not update my mobikwik wallet and I am contact with bank and bank says that the transction is successful and mobikwik and mobikwik says that the standard policy of bank the amount is auto refund within 3-15 workingdays and I am contact with mobikwik and mobikwik not response me and not return my money and that time I am done three transction and 2are fail and one time the money is reverse from bank and 2nd time do not receive and today is 2feb2017 and transction done 9dec16

I raised a complaint on Money refund in December 2016 and so far it is not resolved. I am unable to reach them over mobile phone as well.

I bought some products on Myntra using Mobikwik Wallet as payment mode. All though just before the purchase was completed i loaded money to the wallet from my credit card. But later i cancelled the product and the money was refunded by Myntra which is loaded to the wallet. Now i want that money to be refunded back into my credit card bank account rather than staying in Mobikwik.

I raised a complaint on their website and it states it is still in Progress. Unable to reach them over telephone as well. My money is stuck in their wallet.

I have payment of Rs. 1310/- dated 27 Nov. 2016 for my electricity bill payment of my consumer no : [protected] for Solanki Bharatbhai laljibhai. But till the time it is not credited to PGVCL and same time I have complain no : 5694134 to mobikwik Dated : 21Dec.2016 & 30 Jan. 2017 but I have not received any response from mobikwik.

So Kindly do the needful for my payment of 1310/-

They revised the T&C and stated that cashback will be credited by 31st Jan, 2017. Yesterday on 31st Jan, 2017, they have sent some worthless coupons. We have to use their services to get cashback and it's truly atrocious. This is clear case of cheating .

At the time when the Government of India is promoting the digital payments and cashless economy, Companies such as Mobikwik are hindering with such mean acts. It should be banned from doing any kind of business for such fraudulent practices and these maggots should be send behind the bars.

No matter what, There be a strict law to bail out the customers in these kind of situations. Only then the common people will be having the last laugh. As this is not a case of an individual, many people out here are cheated outright and nowhere to go.

I and my friend by using wallet [protected] and [protected] made purchase of at BranfFactory and as promised 400 rs. cashback should be credited on or before 48 hours, but There was no cashback and no customer care number is responding. Therefore, i logged complaint ticket to Mobikwik support, they promised that the cashback will be get credited on or before 31st Jan 2017. Again they make us fool. Instead of providing cashback, it even not reply.

I purchased 2000+ Merchandise from Brand Factory using Mobikwik wallet on 16 Dec, and I was supposed to receive Rs. 400 cashback in Mobikwik. I initially raised a complaint on 26 Dec, and they replied it will be credited by 31 Jan 2017. Now, today in the name of Brand factory offer they had sent a mail with some vouchers, and if you spend approx. 10000 bucks on Mobikwik you can get Rs.400. Big time cheaters. I request someone in the authority to take action against these cheaters. (I'm attaching a photo the transcript of communication with Mobikwik customer care)

There was offer from Mobikwik in collobration with Brand Factory that on eligibility they will provide 400 Rs Cashback to mobikwik account. Instead of that they shared 400 Rs cashback voucher in which i need first spend money and then they will credit cashback amount. And for that cashback I again need to do transaction from mobikwik. earlier i have raised the ticket on their site for not getting cashback and see below what they replied.

It is clearly mentioned that account will credited on or before 31st Jan 2017. But instead of that i got mail with 400 Rs voucher which is again distributed in 4 different part (Mobile Recharge, DTH recharge, Bus Ticket, bill pay).

On top of that i have 1 friend who got 400 Rs as amount in his Mobikwik wallet on very first day. So they treating differently to customer for same offer. I need 400 Rs as Amount in my wallet.

I purchased clothes from brand factory. I paid money from Mobikwik application and they promised me Cashback for some amount. This purchase was done in the month of november 2016. However i did not receive any Cashback. I conacted them and they promised Cashback by january 31, 2017 which is very late. Today is 1st february and i still hav not received my Cashback. They are also not replying to my emails.

I have received a sms from MobiKwik that my friend has transferred me rs 1950 through my MobiKwik payment link and it credited in my bank account on 27th January but still i am waiting for this. The same amount is not credited yet to my bank account after 6 days. How much time it takes to complete this transaction. Please help me I need money urgently.

I have done HDFC Net Banking to add Rs.137 to MobiKwik wallet on 25 Jan 2017. My money got deducted from account but in MobiKwik wallet it is not getting reflected. It's been more than 7 days since I am doing follow-up with MobiKwik wallet team but Not getting any response.
Please look into the issue at earliest.

Today i tried to log in mobikwik website but it shows user is disabled. i have tried many times to contact customer care but both numbers is either switch off or busy. There is no other way is provided to enable my account on the website. please help me to. I have added money to the wallet also. i have also tried forgot password but it is also not working.
please sort it out as soon as possible.

I have made purchase of rupees 3000 at BranfFactory and as promised 400 rs. cashback should be credited on or before 48 hours, but There was no cashback and no customer care number is responding. Instead of providing cashback, they have provide four different coupons with many t&c*.
Whit provided T&C we can not even get cashback of rs 100 also.
These people are making fool to people.
Please take legal action on t hem.

I have purchased certain goods of amount 2500 from brand factory on 16th December, 2016 through mobikwik wallet. At that time mobikwik was offering of Rs 400 cashback on/before 31st January, 2017. Today is 1st of Feb, 2017. As per the offer terms and condition I am eligible for the cashback.Now there customer care number is always busy or switched off. They have provided cellular mobile no for customer care service.How is that possible for such a big company..! They are cheating to the customer and It can not be tolerable.

It is a request from me and others victims, please ban this fraud company and take some strong action against them. And what the offered, ask them to provide that ASAP.

Company helpline numbers are switched off and land line numbers not connected..

Fraud company and it should be wound up.

I took their Helpline in mobikwik app and they assured it will be credited on or before 31st Jan 2016.

After that I requested 2 times but they provided ticket no. 5681140 but not responding.
Helpline numbers given in website are not in use or not responding .

I Purchased certain goods from brand factory on 16thDec 16 of rs 2351.18 and the MobiKwik was offering to give cash back amount of Rs 400 upto 31st of January 2017 but till now it was not credited in my account.Please take action this type of co. Is cheating customers. My order no. In MobiKwik is[protected]. This type of only giving offer but did give cash back immediately.

I have purchased some items in Brandfactory on December 24 through Mobikwick wallet and there was an offer of 400rs cash back for my purchase. I didn't get my cash back where my friend get this immediatly inhis account. Later I submitted a ticket to Mobikwick and they said it would be credited on or before 31 Jan 2017. I didn't get this cash back but they provided some useless offers rather this cashback. Like need to pay 3333rs for electircity bill to get 100rs cash back.

Again i submitted Requests but no one is responding to my tickets.

Please let me know How Can I proceed further.

After 48 hours, I placed a complaint through their app support system, but they started giving standard replies that they will release cashback by 31st Jan, 2017. The company did not fulfill promise of a cashback and kept delaying the cashback release till 31st Jan, 2017.

Today, on 31st Jan, 2017, they fraudulently sent coupons for getting cashback from various other services they provide. So, it's like, now we have to use their services to get cashback. This is clear case of cheating the consumers. They should have released Rs.400 as plain cashback on their app as promised, but failed to do that...

Instead, company manage to loot customers and gain commissions from thousands of credit card transactions and never gave anything in return. Companies such as Mobikwik should be banned from doing any business for such fraudulent practices and strict action must be taken.

I request my fellow consumers to be aware of Mobikwik and refrain from using their app or services to be safe and not fall in their trap and become a victim. Please delete Mobikwik app and inform all your friends as well.

I had wallet balance of Rs.9043 till 31 Jan morning.
Suddenly, I saw some strange recharge transactions started appearing into transaction history and my wallet balance left only Rs. 6/-

There were total of 7 transactions of below denominations -

1) Moblie Recharge (Airtel) [protected] = 2000
2) Moblie Recharge (Vodafone) [protected] = 2000
3) Moblie Recharge (Airtel) [protected] = 2000
4) Moblie Recharge (Airtel) [protected] = 1000
5) Moblie Recharge (Vodafone) [protected] = 1000
6) Moblie Recharge (Vodafone) [protected] = 897
7) Moblie Recharge (Vodafone) [protected] = 140

However, I didn't get any OTP or any other details. I was just going through statments and getting random transactions.

Team, Request you to please do the needful and reverse the amount.

I have account in mobikwik so did recharge process in one of my number with 1000 rupees and after 24 hrs its not done ...so even i tried to call customer care number [protected], , , , [protected], , , [protected], , , , all number are not available to contact and even not any email option available on website.

how can it be india's best online recharge website?
