I raised a complaint on Money refund in December 2016 and so far it is not resolved. I am unable to reach them over mobile phone as well.
I bought some products on Myntra using Mobikwik Wallet as payment mode. All though just before the purchase was completed i loaded money to the wallet from my credit card. But later i cancelled the product and the money was refunded by Myntra which is loaded to the wallet. Now i want that money to be refunded back into my credit card bank account rather than staying in Mobikwik.
I raised a complaint on their website and it states it is still in Progress. Unable to reach them over telephone as well. My money is stuck in their wallet.

Complaint marked as Resolved With the help of my friend we raised the issue on Twitter regarding unable to reach and they informed that their service is down temporarily. Later we asked them to call my number to state the issue and they have partially refunded the amount, requested them to do fully refund. Hope they will refund the rest of the amount as well.
Twitter works for better service for more of the service providers and organization issues.
Better go with social media to solve the issue
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
