I had called up [protected] for some answers.

Twice i was the call is being forwarded I have to hold on

And then the call got disconnected twice immediately.

After 30 minutes one Mr. Rakesh Kumar Jain called me up from Noida
as he said from his mobile number (+91 [protected]) received on my mobile

He was asking my card details to activate my account.

He is a fraud who could trace my call to your number and then linked up to speak to me for the fraud.

Please confirm my outstanding balance against my mobile [protected]

    On 15th January 2017 I credited my mobikwik account with Rs1500 and then on 4th February 2017, I credited Rs. 10 as per your message to get Rs. 50 as a credit to my account.

    The total of Rs. 1510 does not find a place in the account.

    I am worried

    Please talk to me and let me know for I may be having some problem viewing it.

    Please help me.

      This is the 3rd time i tried to transfer my wallet balance to my bank account and its shows the try after 24hrs again and again, , its hight of this nonsense app, I am going to complain regarding this app in consumer court this app is making fool to the user so pathetic app this is.. And even they dont have any coustomer care no complian email id nothing they are making fool and doing faurd with users

        This seems to be a new scam to me .. I was assured 400rs cashback for shopping at brand factory through mobikwik by 31st Jan.. I raised a few tickets with customer care but they have not been responded to so far. all the numbers and unresponsive.the 31 Jan deadline has long passed..And as a customer I feel duped by false assurances..Mobikwik should not be allowed to let go .. it's not about the money but the breach of trust of customers.. consumer court is just the next the vaible option in coming days.

          I have been unable to pay Bills or transfer ANY money from my MobiKwik wallet for the past 3 days !!
          I am able to log into my App but I cannot transfer any money from my Wallet.
          There is NO error message and the App just hangs !
          I made an online complaint via the App but there is No resolution.
          Their Customer Service contact number
          [protected] is not contactable !
          I am seriously concerned that my Money is in jeopardy.
          Please help !

            Hi Mobikwikteam,

            I have added an amount of 824rs to my mobikwik account ([protected]), to purchase goods online. The said amount was deducted but it's not reflecting in my wallet. I have tried reaching out to the customer care numbers, but in vain (either they are switched off or busy). Appreciate your help in resolving this.

            Very fraudulent company, got call from one of their executives and tried to transact an amount of 9999rs from my account and wanted to share OTP with them and when I denied he threatened to block my mobikwik account (I still have some money in the wallet). These kind of companies should not be allowed to do business. Going to lodge a complaint in cyber security cell.

              Hi. I have booked ticket Salem to Chennai. Unfortunately the bus was cancelled some reasons. my money deducted from my account.i have checked with bus travels they credited money in MobiKwik
              . It took more than 10 days still my amount not credited my account. I have created ticket. But still is In progress. Totally 1950. I am totally frustrated on this vendor. Customer calls no not even working.[protected]

              There's are some fake person calling that I MobiKwik customer care and making fraud [protected]. Asking card details making user lost the amount..Please take the action immediately.

                  On Jan 30 by 11.30 I have tried data recharge on my airtel mobile using mobikwik wallet . The money 253 was deducted from federal bank account but in between the process got stuck and in morning I got transaction failed message fm airtel . When I check my federal bank statement it shows that transaction was successful and I had a word with airtel customer care and they confirmed that money is not transferred to airtel hence transaction failed .I made a complaint to mobikwik by booking complaint ticket, their reply was very lousy and vague ; Attached below is their reply;

                  We understand that your money deducted for failed transaction.

                  Apologies for the inconvenience.

                  For now, the status of your Merchant transaction is successful at our end.

                  We would like to inform you that it takes 7-10 working days to receive the refund from merchant and we instantly credit it to your wallet.

                  Please note: Cashback is only given for successful transactions and not against Cancelled transactions. In case of Partial refund or cancellations the cashback is credited on pro-rata basis.

                  Thank you for being a valued MobiKwik customer.

                  I asked for more clarification and even after 24 hours no reply . I tried calling the customer care number given in their site but no one is responding to the call. I would advice the customers to not use mobikwik, it is more risky and the management is unprofessional comparing to the other online wallet

                    I try to call but your phone does not work well.If you are not going to solve this issue soon, I will take legal way.
                    I will request not to use this site. They does not have system to address your complaints in future.

                      Hi Team,
                      MobiKwik allows to redeem the payback point I have accumlated.
                      I created an account on MobiKwik and tried to redeem the same.
                      I got a SMS saying the redeemption process is successful with an Order ID, however the redeemed amount is not reflected in my Mobikwik Wallet.

                      I have raised aticket but no one is replying to it. Even there Customer care phone numbers is switched off. If they are not willing to help or do legitimate business they should shut down and safe innocent people from all this trouble.

                      This is Fraud .

                        I made a purchase using Mobikwik at Brand Factory and was expecting Rs.400 cashback within 48 hours of purchase.

                        They revised the T&C and stated that cashback will be credited by 31st Jan, 2017. On 31st Jan, 2017, they have sent some worthless coupons instead of flat 400 rs cashback.

                        No matter what, There should be a strict law to bail out the customers in these kind of situations. As this is not a case of an individual, many people out here are cheated outright and nowhere to go.

                        I am completely disappointed by mobikwik service.

                        While ticket booking through irctc I choose mobikwik wallet option for the payment purpose, but after that the transaction get canceled and my money get debited. Transaction ID: [protected]

                        And I checked the ticket booking list/history on irctc but there is no ticket booking list.
                        This seems to be a new scam to me .. even I am expecting the 400rs cashback for shopping at brand factory..                           Mobikwik has not given any cashback for my purchase made at brand factory during the offer period. Today is 2nd Feb and still they have not responded to my query.

                          They just marked it resolved earlier without providing the solution stating that the cashback will be given by 31st Jan.

                          I will look for the answer and if it is not satisfactory, I will never use mobikwik again.

                            I have made purchase of rupees 2200 at Brand Factory and as promised 400 rs. cashback should be credited on or before 31st Jan, but There was no cashback and no customer care number is responding. Instead of providing cashback, they have provide four different coupons. Please look into this issue as they are fooling people.

                            I had do shopping at branfactory outlet at rohinie, new delhi and there is a scheme that when you purchase worth 2000 and pay via mobikwik you will get rs400 cashback in your mobikwik wallet till 31st january, 2017 but today is 2nd feb, 2017 till cashback is not received
                            please take strict action against this incidence

                              Sir I am add money on 9dec16 through mobikwik worth rs. 525 and my amount is dedbited from bank and not update my mobikwik wallet and I am contact with bank and bank says that the transction is successful and mobikwik and mobikwik says that the standard policy of bank the amount is auto refund within 3-15 workingdays and I am contact with mobikwik and mobikwik not response me and not return my money and that time I am done three transction and 2are fail and one time the money is reverse from bank and 2nd time do not receive and today is 2feb2017 and transction done 9dec16

                                I raised a complaint on Money refund in December 2016 and so far it is not resolved. I am unable to reach them over mobile phone as well.

                                I bought some products on Myntra using Mobikwik Wallet as payment mode. All though just before the purchase was completed i loaded money to the wallet from my credit card. But later i cancelled the product and the money was refunded by Myntra which is loaded to the wallet. Now i want that money to be refunded back into my credit card bank account rather than staying in Mobikwik.

                                I raised a complaint on their website and it states it is still in Progress. Unable to reach them over telephone as well. My money is stuck in their wallet.

                                With the help of my friend we raised the issue on Twitter regarding unable to reach and they informed that their service is down temporarily. Later we asked them to call my number to state the issue and they have partially refunded the amount, requested them to do fully refund. Hope they will refund the rest of the amount as well. Twitter works for better service for more of the service providers and organization issues. Better go with social media to solve the issue

                                  I have payment of Rs. 1310/- dated 27 Nov. 2016 for my electricity bill payment of my consumer no : [protected] for Solanki Bharatbhai laljibhai.                                     At the time when the Government of India is promoting the digital payments and cashless economy, Companies such as Mobikwik are hindering with such mean acts. It should be banned from doing any kind of business for such fraudulent practices and these maggots should be send behind the bars.

                                    No matter what, There be a strict law to bail out the customers in these kind of situations. Only then the common people will be having the last laugh. As this is not a case of an individual, many people out here are cheated outright and nowhere to go.

                                    Mobiquick is a big SCAM!!!
                                    During the previous brand factory sale., 400 rs were to be returned as cashback in my mobikwik wallet which did not come.. This is really fake and i want my money asap. I purchased just because of the offer but mobikwik did not provide me with the cashback. That’s not good professialism and i don’t intend to use it further. I raised many complaints regarding that but they were not responding to my mail. And there is no proper calling Helpline .

                                      I and my friend by using wallet [protected] and [protected] made purchase of at BranfFactory and as promised 400 rs. cashback should be credited on or before 48 hours, but There was no cashback and no customer care number is responding. Therefore, i logged complaint ticket to Mobikwik support, they promised that the cashback will be get credited on or before 31st Jan 2017. Again they make us fool. Instead of providing cashback, it even not reply.

                                        I purchased 2000+ Merchandise from Brand Factory using Mobikwik wallet on 16 Dec, and I was supposed to receive Rs. 400 cashback in Mobikwik. I initially raised a complaint on 26 Dec, and they replied it will be credited by 31 Jan 2017. Now, today in the name of Brand factory offer they had sent a mail with some vouchers, and if you spend approx. 10000 bucks on Mobikwik you can get Rs.400. Big time cheaters. I request someone in the authority to take action against these cheaters. (I'm attaching a photo the transcript of communication with Mobikwik customer care)
