Jeenay with email id [protected]@hotmail.com and mobile number is [protected], customer booked a bus ticket on 23/11/16 but bus get canceled from operator side, still, customer didn't get the reverse back of his ticket refund amount in his wallet, so pls check it.

After 25days they asking for the PNR number and said we will confirm the same from the operator side and revert back your money within 48hours. Now it's almost 45days I booked the ticket and I didn't receive the money back in my account.
The bus provider with whom I booked the ticket for a luxury coach he called and said they canceled the bus and ask me to travel in the pathetic bus I denied to travel and they didn't return my money yet.
Mobikwik can't take any action against the provider to return my money as I didn't travel.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
