Hi,

I raised two tickets (5651199, 5726520) in mobikwik mentioning the same issue but still no resolution is provided by them as its been 2 month.

Issue was regarding cashback as if i ([protected]@gmail.com) transfer Rs 200 to my friend account then i should receive Rs 100 cashback on transferring as per attached screenshot but after raising ticket on your portal they provided only 2 Rs 50 coupon code (10% cashback code on recharge and Rs 50 bus booking code on minimum spent of Rs 200).

I should receive Rs 100 as per the scheme mentioned in attached screenshot but they are not providing till date.

Please provide resolution ASAP.

    I have done a payment of Rs 11500/- through mobikwik wallet to www.socialtrade.biz for Social Trade ID 61990181 on dated[protected] having Order ID 34879 and showing
    Merchant Name: Payplutus
    Till Date Social Trade did not get money and I had also raise a querry on mobikwik having Ticket ID #5678540 & #5729598 on dated[protected] &[protected] but there is no action taken yet regarding this problem.

    Please resolve the matter and take action on this matter as soon as possible. Please refund my money from following websites.

      I done recharge of dish tv via mobikvick but by mistake it's done to wrong number. My order id is DTV[protected]. I want to get back my recharge in my wallet.
      My dish Tv number is [protected] but I done recharge on this number [protected] which is wrong. I made the transaction on Jan 14, 2017 6:46PM and My transaction id is DTV[protected]. I want to get back my recharge in my wallet.

        Hello All,

        This is to inform all that Mobikwik app has debited my ICICI Ac twice on 6th Jan 2016 and 11 Jan 2016 with 1574.49INR and worst part is their customer care reps are unable to reverse that amount and on top of that they are unable to even find the transaction either.
        I have recently forwarded them the same screenshot i have attached in this email too.
        Below mentioned are my Mobikwik details you may find helpful.

        transaction dates: 5th Jan and 11th jan 2016(check screenshot for the amount)
        Trasaction ID: [protected]( I am not sure if this is the transaction ID but this is what shows under the transaction date in my ICICI A/c) its mentioned in the screenshot as well.

        for 2nd transaction which got debited for the same 1574.49RS there is no numbers mentioned underneath. All it says under that transaction is: IPS DB DT[protected].01.17(as mentioned in the screenshot)

        So i would request them to look into this matter on a high priority basis and refund my money back into my account as i never authorized any of those transactions.

            On 9th, I was booking a Train Ticket. For this, firstly I added a money to my Mobikwik account. While booking a train ticket I used Mobikwik wallet option. But My train ticket did not complete and withdraw the money from the wallet. I got the message Transaction is failed.

            I got the email from Mobikwik.com with Order Id([protected])
            Please look at this matter and refund my cutting amount.

            Their service is very disappointed me at many times and very waste time of mine.

              On 22 DECEMBER 2016 I have added amount of 4900 rupees and 2000 rupees in MobiKwik wallet from my ATM debit card, but amount is deducted from my bank account but not updated in my wallet
              I have made a request, complained about this issue, still facing a problem.
              The amount deducted from my bank account still not credited in to my account.
              Total five transaction I have done of which 4 transaction amount is not updated or added in the wallet.
              Only one was successful and money is added.
              On next day that 23 December 1000 rupees and another 1000 thousand rupees is credited in my account of two transactions.
              But another two transactions of 4900 rupees and 2000 rupees is not credited in to my account.
              I have written to MobiKwik customer regarding this issue.
              I even visited my bank.
              Still facing same problem.
              I have send you photo in which is shows the amount debited from my bank account and credited to my bank account.

                on december 11th i made a transaction in makemytrip using mobikwik.
                there was a offer for 1000 cashback for new users and 500 cashback for old users on makemytrip who uses mobikwik and gets cashback in mobikwik wallet.

                i raised many tickets but problem was not solved.

                  Hi I am akil salver holding Rs26, 290/- in my Mobikwik wallet but not in a place to transfer into any of my bank accounts. It always displays a bull #### reason as an error. I had already updated my kyc docs and still I face the same issue. This is not at all fair at ur part and when I try to call the customer care there is no response at all.if this will not resolve in a day I will file a complaint in consumer court.

                      I had transferred Rs 20000 in my mobikwik wallet . I tried transferring this amount back to my account but could not as maximum transaction i could do was Rs 1000. I even uploaded my documents for KYC update its been more than a week. i tried calling their customer representatives but no one picks it up They have kept my money illegally with them and not even updating my KYC so that I could transfer it myself. They do not even respond to my queries and do not even pick the calls.

                        I had transferred Rs 13000 in my mobikwik wallet and used Rs 687 for a bill payment. Now the balance amount was Rs 12, 313. I tried transferring this amount back to my account but could not as maximum transaction i could do was Rs 1000. I even uploaded my documents for KYC update and got a message that a representative will come to verify my documents within 48 hours, but no one showed up and its been more than a week. i tried calling their customer representatives but no one picks it up and after a long try they picked my phone and assured me that whole of my amount would be refunded back to same account within 24 to 48 hours. Again the time given has passed and they dont pick up and the other number is switched off. Now that money from the wallet (Rs.12, 313) has also been deducted and does not show any records in the history. this money has still not been credited in my account. They have kept my money illegally with them and not even updating my KYC so that I could transfer it myself. They do not even respond to my queries and do not even pick the calls

                          Today i just now received a message that an amount of Rs.11, 040/- which is more then Rs.10, 500/-. I am going to write it to Mobikwik why an extra amount of Rs.540 is deposited. But wanted to appraise that i received the money. Steps that i have taken is... I wrote an email to [email protected] with all the details of my company like 2 months company bank statement, screen shot of the SMS that i have received from Mobikwik after the money is paid, trade license of my company and describing the purpose of the amount.

                          Hi Anshul - Did you get any response from Mobikwik ...seems to me they have no answers. I have been calling daily twice but everytime they say you case is escalated to higher authority and they will get back. When I ask them to connect me they tell they cannot connect so my feelings they are not serious in resolving the issue . I guess i need to take up this case to Ministry of Finance and will write to RBI if my issue is not resolved in 2 days time. Mobikwik claims that they are RBI certified but we need to inform RBI that this is what is happening using mobikwik .

                                Worst ever customer user experience with MobiKwik. I have deposited 20, 000 in their wallet for some transaction which was not used. I asked for transfer in my account which they denied, later I was told to update my aadhar number with Mobikwik wallet, so that I can transfer 5, 000 at a time using wallet, but due to some technical error from their side it was not updated. I even lodged a complaint where they told me they will send representatives to collect my document, and they will process things further, I am still waiting for any representatives till date to come. I tried calling customer care umpteen times but they never receive any call. I am highly disappointed with the experience now, there are hundred of restrictions put by them where no user can transfer amount to any other bank. and I am now forced to take the matter to consumer forum if it is not resolved within two days.

                                  I did mts data recharge on 8th dec, 2016. Money got deducted but i did not receive the recharge. When contacted mts customer service they replied that mobikwik is not authorised for mts recharge and they did not receive any payment from mobikwkik.
                                  I have raised a ticket in mokikwik customer support through site but there is no response yet and customer care numbers also do not work.

                                    I did shopping on Myntra on 2nd January 2017, around 8:30pm, and I paid amount of Rs.1702 using Mobikwik Wallet.

                                    That time Mobikwik had offer of giving 10% cashback using Mobikwik Wallet, so I did payment using my Mobikwik Wallet but still the cashback is not been credited.

                                    And NO ONE responds on Mobikwik Customer Care Numbers and Customer Care email ids.
                                    Really bugged up by this!!!

                                      On Jan 2 I have done a transaction on Myntra for RS 2490 chosen the payment method as mobikwik. money debited twice from Bank but only once credited to mobikwik account. I have mailed the many times but no reply they are cheating us. It's been 4 days now help me.. Get my 2490 RS immediately. Mobikwik is cheating .solve my issue as soon as possible.

                                        You Guys are really having pathetic Service support. I just wasted my money on MobiKwik. There is no proper response and no followup by customer support. This was the worst service i ever had. NEVER EVER recommend anyone for MobiKwik. Paytm is far better and responsive, No need to ask for them expected cashback. Here for each offer or any cashback customer need to struggle and take follow up. Worst WORST wallet Service.

                                        Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                        I have done transaction of mobile recharge for Mobile no [protected] for Rs 25 amount deducted from my bank account of SBI but balance is not received till this time. Transaction ID is 006410. Either credit balance in my account or recharge balance.
