At 17/08/2018 one phone call to me and say I provide job at Gandhinagar location at only 50₹ charge .these girl say one online form fill up at a time so fill the form at www.careerjobs.com I fill the form like name address aadhar number 50 ₹ amount and debit card number otp number on the spot deduct my 4967rs. i found this debit rs through mobikwk. and flode number is [protected]. They phone call from many time to take another otp number. And try to deduct 9860₹ again but my account balance is low so I secure.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
My laon amount is not transfer my account and your chatter is not solve my problems. And also boost amount is not useful for any other services
So plz help me to get it my account

Sir, I had paid a bill of Rs.471 on 2 Aug'18.
Whan I pays that amount a error screen had appear on screen but still amount amount cleared.. 2nd time I had paid 471 then transaction successfully.. But still my 1st amount is not credited to my account.. Mobikwick helpline said refund was being credited within 15 day not query not solved

    I transferred 500 ruppee 4 times from mobikwik using upi but amount did not get credited to beneficiary account. Amount deducted from my account. No refund till 2 days. No satisfactory response from customer support. When i raise support ticket they responded as the he matter resolved and matter passes to concern authority. Contact no. Given is also fake. Plz refund my amount. Pathetic service providers

        Fraud transcation of 26000 rs amount form my credit card customer care number [protected].

        2 weeks before i have transfer money to wrong bank account for that issue one customer care called me and asked for credited card cvv number and otp

        Customer care number [protected] on 13-aug-2018 we taken total 26000 rs amount kindly check and credit the amount as soon as possible.

        This transaction fraud still now amount not credited while reaching mobile number the mobile number is switch off.

            I did a recharge online through mobikwik today, my payment was successful but recharge was unsuccessful. Either refund the money back or please do the recharge. My transaction id id en[protected]. This is for your reference. Many times i have recharged with your website and i have not faced such problems so far. This is really annoying me. So please do the needful as quickly as possible.
            Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
            I had 202 points & i want to reedem but some how reason point reedem option in mobikwik app is not working. I tried constant 3 day before expire date of mobikwik point. Also my point expire before 12:00 pm at date of expiry. I also complaint in mobikwik but they not solve my problem.So i lost my points bcause of inresposibility of mobikwik.

                  This is very sadly to inform you all that people using mobikwik app are such non - trusted because by this app considering the opposite person have hacked my debit card a/c otp (One time password) which he had taken off around 40-50 thousand. Seriously, i suggest people don't often take calls nor reply to messages from unknown & without registered info about them which is not there.
                  My a/c which was hacked is of bob & by having my aadhar details to him.
                  I truly wish, that the person who have hacked my debit a/c... Want to catch him as soon as possible... I've got complained against him to police & soon he'll be caught by them & i'll make him to hang till death.
                  I request all the peoples if you are in a search of jobs & you receive a call from unknown number & he tells you to get registered online... Than please don't get register because it's non-secured site... If you log in through big equipments than it will show you unsecured but if you get login through mobile than you make possibilities for him to get hack your a/c. If he get offered you for a bank job (Hdfc). So don't say any info regarding your details. If he convinced you for a job than literally don't make any payment online (Registration)... Tell him to make payments offline for your security base.

                  I transferred money from my mobikwik wallet to bank account on July 28 but the money is not received yet in the bank account nor the money has been refunded to me. Mobikwik told me that it will take 5-7 days to credit your amount to your bank account but it's not credited.

                          I have purchased an item from jabong and paid, when in returned the product the ammount was returned to mowibik, mobiwik then initiated the transfer to my back account on 16 july. Its been so much time now and still the money is credited back.

                          I have raised so many compaints request still didint nog a valid response to the query

                            As i had purchased an item in myntra via payment gateway mobikwik, as i had to return the item and requested for refund from myntra, they initiated the refund, but i see that mobikwik has the amount in it's wallet where in i cannot use it. Bi tried reaching thier customer service, but i dint find any reply from them as their customer service desk is currently unavailable.

                                Via scam of credit card verification.
                                Need to know...later when and where these 50k are been spent.
                                FIR been loge and need these details with time for further investigation.

                                    Booked karaikudi to bangalore bus ticket in mjt travels through this website on 19th may, 2018 for the next day trip i. E. 20.05.2018.. Seat number l7 and the traveller name is prema. Mjt travels cancelled the trip due to bus damage.. Till nw i didnt get refund of ticket. I asked mjt travels and they paidback my money to mobiwik. Hence i need my refund.. U didnt refund my amount. Kindly payback soon..

                                      Hi, I am Paresh Panjari from Ahmedabad. Amount of Rs 15500 got deducted from my Wife's SBI credit Card account today Evening at 16:15 hrs. Please note the transaction read as Rs. 15500 was spent on SBI Card ending 5170 at MOBIKWIK on 06/08/2018.Call came from MObile no. [protected] registered as Credit Card NIKI.

                                      Please try to refund the amount back.

                                        I have tried to pay my electricity bills using MobiKwik (worst ever decision). they accepted my payment using Debit card but failing to proceed the payment to Electricity Provider. Now full amount is with them and had to pay my bill using Paytm.

                                        Also, their support is not working only web support and no one responding to the issue.

                                        I want my full refund from their website as they have eaten my both time and money.
