I recharged on feb 11th but recharge was not done and amount was debited my account so i risin a complint he says me 7to 21 days yours money well refunded but now 30 days over still my money not refunded and he asks me a bank statement and i submitted and again saying like that my account debited money 450 rupes never use mobikwik it's cheating online site my order my id number 58198bc57a32b ticket no.#10586449 tickno.#10578913 txn ref id. So money of 1500 rupeesbcut from my SBI account but not transfer to another account
I have complaints of it in mobikwik
Customers but ..he do not get me solution from him..
