    I have done a payment of 114 rupees on 9th of january 2019 from my mobiwik wallet with registered mobile number [protected] and name manish kaushik.
    The amount has been debited from my account but due to payment failure the order is not placed. After so many tries i am unable to contact any of their customer care executive. Simply they are looting people by making fraud transaction.
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Even I had the same issue today.. I tried to order in Zomato using mobikwik wallet.. Twice the transaction got failed and Rs 155 has been deducted each time which sums to Rs 310.

    There are no traces of such deduction done in my mobikwik wallet history.. Raised a complaint, wrote a mail to [protected]@mobikwik and also raised a consumer complaint here, but still it's not resolved..

      This is to complain about 02 fraudulent transaction from my mobikwik wallet. The fraudulent transactions were made at about the same time and on same date[protected]. Total amount of transaction = rs 7276/- + rs 5350/- = rs 12626/-.
      Details are as below:

      I) txn id 6045520, paid to zingoy; rs 7276.00
      Ii) txn id 6044739, rs 5350.00; paid to zingoy.

      I expect a refund from the company mobikwik.

            Dear sir
            I have booked a ticket from irctc and paid the amount through mobiwick wallet. I cancelled the ticket but not received the refunded amount in my walet. Please look into the matter and credit the fund in my wallet. The refunded amount is 1505. I am frequent user of mobiwick but and also satisfied with this wallet but this is the first time i have found this type of problem. Hope u will resolve my problem soon and credit the amount. Please acknowlege my compliant and revert me back on my mail

              I am RAJESH KIRITKUMAR MAGIYA from kolhapur, Maharashtra.I had a complaint regarded fraud transaction that I had a call recieved from afraud number at 7 feb on around 4:30 pm asking for the credit card number and OTP received at registered number ([protected]). I unfortunately provided the OTP to the fraud caller and two transaction worth Rs.10000 takes place through Mobikwik.The amount 20000/- is debited from SBI credit card.I hereby request you to stop the transaction and refund our money back as soon as possible or redeem our money.

                Hi Team, My mob number is [protected] which is registered on Mobikwik. Today I seen that Rs. 5000 Showing Paid on 1st feb 2019 to Zingoy, which was not done by me. & I surprised that I have not received any otp from Mobikwik..

                Mobikwik dont have Contact Number & every time No reponse on email

                I think Mobikwik Security Servers are not Good

                  Mobiqwik deducted 5000 RS from my UPI linked account and then they said it's refunded back to my account.

                  Nothing came back to my account. When I raised a complaint, no response for 24 hours.

                  Then I followed up again after 24 hours, they came back that they need 7 working days to respond.

                  Is this a ploy to extract money from customer account, earn interest under the name of technical glitch and then refund after 1 week (after Mobiqwik earning interest)?

                    I have received a complaint from Pawan kumar s/o Munshi Ram Village Badoli PO Dradha Tehsil Dalhousie Distt. Mandi that a call from a number received and he asked for the card number and OTP received at registered number .Complainant/Victim unfortunately provide the OTP to caller and transaction worth 40, 000 rupees takes place through mobikwik.Which is not done by the complainant The amount 40000/- debited from his SBI A/C Number [protected]. I hereby request you to stop all the orders which have received payments from aforesaid bank account and redeem the money of the complainant .

                      Amount was deducted for 2 times 9619₹ and 9473₹ from my bank account to pay my credit cards bill... Payment is failed... And money has been deducted... And they said money will be reversed back into your account... Upi transaction id is debited inr 9619.0 on date[protected]:16:28 pm by upi ref no[protected] and 2nd is debited inr 9473.0 on date[protected]:13:47 pm by upi ref no[protected]... I hope you resolve the issue as fast as possible and money reversed back into my account.. I have even registered complaint in help section many times...
                      This is a case of cyber crime. Kindly enquire into the matter from your end and refund the money which has been taken from my account by fraud...!

                          I am elavarasan selvaraj and i use mobile number [protected] which is linked to my mobikwik wallet as well. On 10th january 2019, i redeemed sbi reward point of 19588 worth 4987 rs. I received confirmation sms from sbi rewards that my points have been successfully redeemed and as of today 5 february 2019 my sbi points is 0 after redemption. However, until now mobikwik didn't credit my money into the wallet. Where is my money?

                          Thanks Consumer Complaints forum. Only after you forwarded the message to Mobikwik they resolved it and credited back my 5000 Rs equivalent reward points after 1 month. I really appreciate this forum for helping me.

I tried to recharge the same no with amount 399 on 31 january 2019 for which my amount was deducted but recharge not done. And shown successful recharge but no recharge on my number. I tried to complain in help section of mobikwik but after some time shows problem resolved while the issue is still not resolved.

                                  On january 17, 2019 a sum of rs. 8500/- was fraudulently transferred through my sbi debit card 459xx5674 at mobikwil txn#[protected].
                                  The transaction was completed without my knowledge and without receiving any otp from mobikwik portal.

                                  This is a case of cyber crime. Kindly enquire into the matter from your end and refund the money which has been taken from my account by fraud

                                      On jan 30 i make a transaction of 6000 the payment is failed and money has been deducted and they said money will be reversed back into your account but that is not happened i posted a mail and they don't respond to that mail. So what should i do now and the upi transaction id is[protected]. I hope you resolve the issue as fast as possibl and money reversed back into my account.

                                        On 02.02.19, i pay cesc bill rs450 via mobikwik. Money was deducted from my canara bank account, but the bill payment was faild. Mail said money refund to your account. But money did not refund to my account. How can i get my money back. & also i cannot pay any other payment via mobikwik. And also the notification and wallet option on mobikwik cannot open after the payment failed. Plese help to refun my money.
