Transferred money on 5th February, 2019 from one account to another account on Mobikwik. Two transactions failed. The app informs payment done but the money is NOT credited in the respective account.

Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
There are no traces of such deduction done in my mobikwik wallet history.. Raised a complaint, wrote a mail to [protected]@mobikwik and also raised a consumer complaint here, but still it's not resolved..
