    I am personal loan taken in Bajaj Finance and amount transfer in mobikwik but not transfer my account.kyc upgrade not showing and not transferred to any walet to walet or Walt to bank any where not transferred.       Hi. Money has been deducted from my mobikwik order against zingoy order number 6047518 whereas i’ve not purchased anything from any such website. Mobikwik is cheating its customers by giving unauthorised access o[censored]r wallet to other companies without even getting otp. Many users have complained to the company about similar instances but still such frauds are happening. Mail has already been sent to mobikwik but no reply.

        I ordered two products from myntra of total price rs. 1216 and paid it through mobikwik. I returned one of the product and the return amount of rs. 837 has been sent to mobikwik now under transaction history of mobikwik app. It is showing that they sent the money to bank. But i have not recieved any amount in my bank account. I tried calling him and send them many emails but they are not responding. Order id[protected]

          I have booked the ticket for 9th march journey in the irctc website through mobikwik wallet. The money has been debited from mobikwik wallet successfully. But it is not transacted to irctc.

          The portal showing transaction status as payment pending from bank end.

          My ticket has not been booked yet

          Kindly do the needful to complete the transaction process as soon as possible.

              I was paying electricity bill on 26 January but transection was failed but amount6410 has deducted from my credit cards.but on 6 February 2019 same amount refund at my account.so I have no any doubt.here is not any fraud transection at my wallet. So kindly requested to you please allow for operate my login wallet account.because at my wallet account above 9600 balance is available.after disabled I am not using this amount

                From 11th february 2019 onwards i am not able to login my account.
                I have receving a message "user disabled"
                I have tried to contact them and raised a query, but til now there is no reply from them.
                I have tried to end email to their email id "[protected]@mobikwik.com
                And [protected]@mobikwik.com but no reply from thier side. There around 1000 rupees in my wallet. I have already given them my aadhar and pan details and my kyc is validated. Please solve the issue

                  An unauthorised frsud txn had happened for rs.1070 dt 3/2/19, using the given mobiquick wallet id. The payment was made to zingoy ac. I have contacted them and made the txn failed. Kindly make arrangement to refund the amount to my wallet as soon as possible. The order id was 5924834 more than that i would like to raise a complaint with ciber crime dept, so that i can make the fraudester punished. Even after giving complaint, another fraud attempt again was happened to the mentioned mobikwick wallet.

                  Exactly same thing also happened to me. Amount 6741 has been deducted from my mobikwik order against zingoy order number 6047518 whereas I’ve not purchased anything from any such website.                       I bought 2 item from Myntra on 27 Jan & 618rs PAID through Mobikwik. Later I returned 1 item, so, myntra reund me 419Rs.

                      Because I paid money through Mobikwik, so refund was also come through Mobikwik.

                      When I logged into my Mobikwik page, there is a refund show in history (Refund from myntra.com Transaction Id:[protected] dated Feb 04, 2019 7:33PM)
                      but it has not been sent to my bank account.

                      I am trying so many times to contact mobikwik regarding this, but they neither respond me nor refund my amount on my bank account.

                      please help me regarding this.

                        Money was debited from mobikwik wallet only not from debit card. Otp came to my phone at 11:09pm on 7th feb2019 which i never shared with anyone. This was bug from mobikwik, how could anyone login without getting to know otp. I have also sent the mail to [protected]@mobikwik.com, but no response.
                        Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                        I purchased Gold for Rs.7000/- two days before and now I am unable to sell the gold. Please help to resolve this issue.

                          Hi team,

                          This is with regards to one of the transactions i had done on makemytrip w. R. T purchase of an airticket. I had done the transaction using mobikwik wallet and on ticket cancellation have received the refund in my mobikwik wallet.

                          Currently i am based in italy and cannot access my wallet due to mobile number not being operational. The mobile number i had used for booking was +91 [protected] and the makemytrip reference booking number was nn[protected].

                          I would request you to look into the issue at the earliest and let me know the way i can pull the money out of the wallet.

                            Wallet money deducted without any transaction..

                            Hi, i have been using mobiwik continously since 2 months everything was fine. But today i really had a bad experience.

                            My wallet balance used to be rs 1117 but today morning it suddenly went to rs. 807.. What's wrong with your app..

                            And there are no traces of the transactions in my wallet history and didn't even receive any notification that my money was deducted.

                            Tried to order from zomato using mobiwik wallet.. Two times it got failed and rs 155 was deducted each time which sums to rs 310 which had been deducted from my wallet without any successful transaction..

                            Kindly refund my money back..

                            Actually mobikwik had not even responded for this issue.. Zomato customer care Service helped me resolving this.. Today I got my money back from Zomato but still there is a bug in mobikwik, I.e., amount has been deducted without any traces of such deduction in wallet. Mobikwik had not yet responded for this.. Mobikwik need to fix this.. It should notify the user when ever there is any deduction from wallet even for failed transaction...

                                  I have done a payment of 114 rupees on 9th of january 2019 from my mobiwik wallet with registered mobile number [protected] and name manish kaushik.
                                  The amount has been debited from my account but due to payment failure the order is not placed. After so many tries i am unable to contact any of their customer care executive. Simply they are looting people by making fraud transaction.
                                  Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                  Even I had the same issue today.. I tried to order in Zomato using mobikwik wallet.. Twice the transaction got failed and Rs 155 has been deducted each time which sums to Rs 310.

                                  There are no traces of such deduction done in my mobikwik wallet history.. Raised a complaint, wrote a mail to [protected]@mobikwik and also raised a consumer complaint here, but still it's not resolved..

                                    This is to complain about 02 fraudulent transaction from my mobikwik wallet. The fraudulent transactions were made at about the same time and on same date[protected]. Total amount of transaction = rs 7276/- + rs 5350/- = rs 12626/-.
                                    Details are as below:

                                    I) txn id 6045520, paid to zingoy; rs 7276.00
                                    Ii) txn id 6044739, rs 5350.00; paid to zingoy.

                                    I expect a refund from the company mobikwik.
