    I have been using Mobikwik service without problems for most of the time. But I didn't get any support from them the only time I needed it. They were supposed to add cashbacks in my account for two Shopclues purchases on Dec 12, 2014. But I didn't receive those cashbacks. I waited and then opened one ticket in 14h Jan, 2015 (TICKET #1947036) regarding this issue. There wasn't any response for 1 month, and today (16th Feb) I get to know that my ticket has been marked as resolved, by just telling that, "As per our records, cashback has already been credited to you.", although the transaction history does not include any information about that cashbacks. I opened yet another TICKET #2194829 regarding this, but I have no hopes left. I want to mention that I also tried to contact MobikWik support via Facebook and Twitter but they haven't responded. Meanwhile, I have used Mobikwik and faced no problems. Conplaint details on TICKET #1947036 ************************************************************* Hi, Today, I was checking my transaction history and found out that I didn't receive cashbacks for two transactions in ShopClues till date. 1. Transaction ID: 29659291 Debit Date: Fri Dec 12 23:36:31 IST 2014 Debit Amount: Rs. 269.00 2. Transaction ID: 29660383 Debit Date: Fri Dec 12 23:45:55 IST 2014 Debit Amount: Rs. 449.00 Can you please check and add those cashbacks.         Hi Team, I have recharged my mobile using mobiwiki. The amount 222 was deducted from my bank account. However, neither my mobile was recharged nor the wallet balance is reflecting the amount. I tried your customer care helpline numbers available on the internet. However, my attempt was in vain because I couldn't get through anyone. Also, I've raised 2 tickets but I didn't receive any update as on date. Ticket numbers are as follows - 2165567 & 2170783. Also help me understand the turn around time tthat you take to resolve the customer issue.
        Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
        Is there anyone who looks into the customer issues. The ticket was raised on 16th Feb & I'm yet to hear an update on this issue.

                  Hi Team, TICKET #2137886 and TICKET #2128483 both is for same issue on Mobikwik. These tickets were logged on 5the feb. and 6th feb. But still not resolved. I got the recharge notification but recharge is still pending and the recharge amount is still not refunded to my wallet. My Recharge number is [protected] for 210.00 on Airtel.                         Dear Sir, I had recharged my mobikwik account with Rs. 500 on 07.02.2015. Thereafter I tried to make my bill of My videocon d2h number through wallet option that was of Rs. 372. The transaction got declined but my account balance got deducted of Rs. 372. Neither my bill was paid the transaction was showing any history of the same. It's been 4 day my account balance has not been updated the same amount.                         Hi Mobikwik,

                        I have initiated an amount of 18000 from my credit card to my bank account.

                        The money has been deducted from my credit card and had not been credited to my account neither the transaction of this huge amount was not been shown in the history of the transactions done.

                        Need an immediate assistance mobikwik team, customer's urgency is also the vital thing that should be noted and carried away and resolve the task ASAP.

                                I add 181 rs in my account wallet but 160 deducted without any reason even it is not showing in transaction history . In transaction history it is showing the details of adding rupees 181 but no details of deduction . It is clearly visible that there is some issue. So please look into the matter .
