Myself done the payment of 2575/- via Mobikwik wallet for an item on the site purplle, money has been deducted from wallet but the item isn't ordered. Mobikwik Transaction details are 06/02/2015 07:00:17 hours Wallet Credit from Purplle via web Transaction Id[protected].
Contacted purplle, they updated that they haven't received any successful orders from my end as the transaction didn't go through the payment gateway and they received incomplete & failed transactions from my end.
Request you to refund my money 2575/- back into my wallet asap so i can order the item again, Thanks in advance.
Complaint marked as Resolved got a fast response and my money back to the mobikwik wallet, , Thank you Mobikwik for your prompt service.
And Mobikwik should provide a customer care number for following up other than tickets .
