But in no cases the mobile has got recharged. Subsequently Rs. 220.00 has refuned to my wallet once again. But I have no idea about the another transaction of Rs. 220.00.                     sir I have added the amount of rupees 255 in the mobikwik wallet 06 feb. But it shows 0 balance in my mobikwik Wallet. Such amount is already Deducted from my bank account. Even there is transaction History about the transaction in mobikwik account. Transaction id is[protected].

                      I don't know why Mobikwik is so careless for customers. It's really irritating more than 20 days balance didn't updated.

                      Today Mobikwik customer support person called me and he said Amout will be returned but he is asking about Bank Details... this is another cheating from Mobikwik. I am totally unhappy with their process.
                      Customer care is asking my Debit Card, when I contact Bank, they ask me to don't share Debit Card details to any body. Why can't I share my Debit Card details..
                      Got Call from this number [protected] his name is Rahul *, he is asking Debit Card details...

                      Add money to wallet but now shown

                      Hi, On 6th March, 2015 I added around 50 in my wallet but that amount after transaction not shown in the wallet. There is also no entry in transaction history. How can this is possible. I need my money back.

                        Myself done the payment of 2575/- via Mobikwik wallet for an item on the site purplle, money has been deducted from wallet but the item isn't ordered. Mobikwik Transaction details are 06/02/2015 07:00:17 hours Wallet Credit from Purplle via web Transaction Id[protected]. Contacted purplle, they updated that they haven't received any successful orders from my end as the transaction didn't go through the payment gateway and they received incomplete & failed transactions from my end. Request you to refund my money 2575/- back into my wallet asap so i can order the item again, Thanks in advance.

                            Sir i have made a Recharge on 31/01/2015 of rs 100 to my Reliance Mobile Number [protected] . Transaction Id [protected] as per the South India offer i should get 100 rs cash back.But the amount has not been credited to my account kindly resolve the issue when i rise the ticket to customer care their are not at all providing any resoltion

                            I did not get cash back for the 5 transactions. and i also did not get cash back for the Rs 100 RC, get 100 cash back on mobile RC in Karnataka.

                            Moreover, they prefer not to respond to the help query raised. This is cheating. I think Paytm has a clean image better than mobikwik or Freecharge.

                              I had add an amount of 15000/- on my mobikwik wallet to purchase the yoga 8 tablet from snapdeal. i Tried many times for transaction but every time failed. Then i tried to book my ticket from make my trip and again transaction was not happening through mobikwik. Now i have purchased yoga 8 and book my trip by making direct payment. I don't need to put my money in Mobikwik. As itis not possible to make recharge from this amount and how long i will make recharge . plz refund my amount into my respective account. I am trying to contact to customer care but very poor service of customer care. I am frustrated by this service of mobikwik. plz refund my amount.                                     No. 1 Fraud company MobiKwik firm because why I am using the reason I have added Rs.2000/- to my account on 20.01.2015 by NEFT payment vide reference no. OCT CCACA1BTA467 (CN[protected] from Corporation Bank but no payment has added. I want my payment refund at the earliest.My contact no. [protected] email id ganeshan.[protected]@gmail.com. I received call from [protected] at 8.41 pm asking for Credit Card No. for transferring money how one can trust this firm ? way which they received same way they must refund. Now, I am going to file case against this company all the expenditure will be met by MobiKwik Firm. I need my money and legal charges etc. is required urgently.

It is visible in the transaction history of my Mobikwik Account but my MobiKwik Wallet's Main balance is not updated for this transaction.
