Balance not updated in my wallet

Sir,
I recharged my vodafone mobile mobikwik wallet by Rs 220 from my credit card( Transaction Id [protected]). In transaction history it is showing that amount is Added, but In my Wallet still showing 0 balance. The recharge was failed The balance got deducted from my account but my mobikwik wallet

Transaction Failed but Money got debited from Mobikwik Wallet
