Sir i have made a Recharge on 31/01/2015 of rs 100 to my Reliance Mobile Number [protected] . Transaction Id [protected] as per the South India offer i should get 100 rs cash back.But the amount has not been credited to my account kindly resolve the issue when i rise the ticket to customer care their are not at all providing any resoltion

Sir MY mobiwiki ID is Prakash.[protected]@gmail.com I have made a transfer of rs 100 to my friend mobiwik account on 30/01/2015 Money Transfer to prince.[protected]@yahoo.comTransaction Id[protected] And as per the Telangana offer i should receive 100 cash back but i did not receive any cash back yet it already past 10 days and when i tried to contact your customer care they are not at all responding please provide me my cash back
I did not get cash back for the 5 transactions. and i also did not get cash back for the Rs 100 RC, get 100 cash back on mobile RC in Karnataka.

Moreover, they prefer not to respond to the help query raised. This is cheating. I think Paytm has a clean image better than mobikwik or Freecharge.

    I had add an amount of 15000/- on my mobikwik wallet to purchase the yoga 8 tablet from snapdeal. i Tried many times for transaction but every time failed. Then i tried to book my ticket from make my trip and again transaction was not happening through mobikwik. Now i have purchased yoga 8 and book my trip by making direct payment. I don't need to put my money in Mobikwik. As itis not possible to make recharge from this amount and how long i will make recharge . plz refund my amount into my respective account. I am trying to contact to customer care but very poor service of customer care. I am frustrated by this service of mobikwik. plz refund my amount. I think you will not force me to go for FIR and consumer court. My mobile no : [protected]

          No. 1 Fraud company MobiKwik firm because why I am using the reason I have added Rs.2000/- to my account on 20.01.2015 by NEFT payment vide reference no. OCT CCACA1BTA467 (CN[protected] from Corporation Bank but no payment has added. I want my payment refund at the earliest.My contact no. [protected] email id ganeshan.[protected]@gmail.com. I received call from [protected] at 8.41 pm asking for Credit Card No. for transferring money how one can trust this firm ? way which they received same way they must refund. Now, I am going to file case against this company all the expenditure will be met by MobiKwik Firm. I need my money and legal charges etc. is required urgently.

                transaction of 196INR done at tastykhana.in paid through mobikwik failed on 23rd jan 2015...but i have not got any refund till date...i have contacted both their customer care and i confirmed tastykhana had processed refund on 24th..even i can see it in my tastykhana account...but mobikwik is denying refund and harrassing me with foolish and baseless replies when i asked them about refund...totally non sense replies were given and now as their refund policy is 5-7 days m sure this is case of frauding by not paying attention to customers and in turn harassing them by giving baseless and irritating replies...such sites should be banned from giving service...i have all the harassing mails that are written by them with my replies as proof...my mobile no is [protected]...i want a resolution soon..

                    I have repeatedly raised questions and tried to call them up but with no result. Even they have stopped phone support to customers and I cant understand how this type iof companies gets RBI approval for opening virtual wallet.

                                    Hi, My number [protected] Email denzil.[protected]@india.com Subject: Money didn't get transferred to my Airtel account yet. Hi On Thursday 22nd Jan I added ₹1500 to the MobikWik wallet (Dear User, MobiKwik Payment Alert Type:Credit Amnt:Rs 1500.0 New Wallet Balance:Rs 1500.0 Tranx Ref:[protected]) Then I made a payment to my another Airtel number [protected] (Dear User, MobiKwik Tranx Alert Type:Debit Amnt:Rs 1500.0 Service:Mobile Bill [protected]@[protected]@ Status:Success New Wallet Balance:Rs @[protected]@ Tranx Ref:[protected]) Two days later I checked My Airtel account and saw there was no payment done, Soon I called Airtel customer service and checked if there was any pending payment or something, they said there is no payment on my account. From that time I am trying to reach MobikWik Customer Service, but I am not able to. I raised many ticket where they msg me that they will call me, but till now no one called me back. These are all the ticket number as follows: 2062382 2051598 2075198 2102013 2120805 2058794 2107772 2114717 If any one have their direct number or email address please do forward me.. Thanks Denzil

                                      I RECHARGED DTH OF 325 and mobile recharge of 198 TO AVAIL cash back offer as announced in their website and android app on 15/1/15. As per their offer I am eligible Rs.150 and Rs.50 respectively, which has not been credited despite repeated reminders so far. No doubt, mobikwik is cheating customers..its fraud. I wrote many mails at [protected]@mobikwik.com that too not responded. So, dont use their offers.

                                        since i created wallet with [protected]@aol.com and then i am not able to access it though i have provided all the necessary documents and info to reactivate my account they are not even responding.they don't even reply adequately and not even related to what i have been expecting from them.these are the ticket numbers 1946253, 1902020, 1860286, 1891586, 1864431, 1775759, 1688192.please make them to transfer my total amount RS9785 to my bank account as early as possible. it had been 10 days since i complained to this site and yet i got no reply from them till date please take necessary action against them.here are newly added tokens which are of no use 1864431, 1891586, 1946253, 2052681 so many issues to use my own money yet i can't login.please ask them to transfer money to my bank account.the following is the reply recieved from them Created On : 01/25/15 Resolved On : 01/29/15 Hangout With Us Need More Help? → Resolution Dear User, Namaste!
