Hi,
It is very unfortunate that I am using mobikwik for all my transaction,
but I did not get the proper service.
I did 3 transactions on 24th Jan, 2014 to recharge my Airtel DTH
connection, it did not happen but the Rs300 has been deducted from my
wallet.
First I added twice Rs300 that means Rs600, then I did a recharge of
Airtel DTH connection and it failed, but still money has been deducted
from my account.
My Transactions are on 24th jan 2014 :

I had written a mail to [protected]@mobikwik.com on 25thJan describing same
thing, but nobody replied yet.
I WANT MY MONEY BACK SOON.
This is not the right attitude to give the service. If you can not
support customer, then we have to stop using your service even our
friends also.
Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
