I recharged my mobile dated - 02/02/2015 time between 11.30 pm to 11.45 pm airtel @ Rs 47 .. Amount deducted by the bank authority ( Indian overseas bank ) but my mobile not recharged . Please look in to the matter and take immediate action .

Please do need full..
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    After many follow ups i got 150 rs from mobikwik and another 150 rs is pending
    Finally they respond and added 150 to my wallet but not sure which transaction they added. Still I did not get cash back another 150.

        i ahd added subsequent amounts of 110rs.5rs and 5rs, a total of 120rs into my mobikwik account which was deducted but not reflected in my account, although it is displayed in the transaction history. please resolve this issue. this is not the first time its happened and i am afraid it wont be the las. i have decided to stop using this site altogether. number is [protected]

          hello i paid a MTNL bill of Rs 561 with successfull T.Id : [protected] on 30-Jan-15, it is 5th days and bill is not oaid to MTNL, now due date is finish and it is fine chargeable, it seems Mobikwik is fraud, Please look my issue, it look that i should go on legal cases.

            Hi, It is very unfortunate that I am using mobikwik for all my transaction, but I did not get the proper service. I did 3 transactions on 24th Jan, 2014 to recharge my Airtel DTH connection, it did not happen but the Rs300 has been deducted from my wallet. First I added twice Rs300 that means Rs600, then I did a recharge of Airtel DTH connection and it failed, but still money has been deducted from my account. My Transactions are on 24th jan 2014 : Recharge [protected]( Airtel DTH )Transaction Id [protected] debit 300.0 Add Balance Transaction Id [protected] Credit 300.0 Add Balance Transaction Id [protected] Credit 300.0 I had written a mail to [protected]@mobikwik.com on 25thJan describing same thing, but nobody replied yet. I WANT MY MONEY BACK SOON. This is not the right attitude to give the service. If you can not support customer, then we have to stop using your service even our friends also.

              Hello Sir, I have added Rs 150/- to my MobiKwik Wallet on 28/01/2015 14:11:08 hours through my SBI Visa Card. It is visible in the transaction history of my mobikwik account but my MobiKwik wallet balance is not updated for this transaction till now. I have submitted the tickets/complaints regarding this issue to mobikwik but there is no reply received from Mobikwik.                           Hi mobikwik, As a part of mobikwik offers (south india) i have transferred 100 rs to my friends wallet .. As you said you should be giving 100 rs for wallet transfer on 30th january... I have done what ever you mentioned but money didn't get credited into my account, I dont know why you people are cheating customers with this type of offers. Its really bad experience with mobikwik... YOu won't even give replies to the customer emails. The worst and worst site i have ever seen.. I wont prefer this site anymore...Previously i have faced the same problems with you.

                            Sir,
                            I recharged my vodafone mobile mobikwik wallet by Rs 220 from my credit card( Transaction Id [protected]). In transaction history it is showing that amount is Added, but In my Wallet still showing 0 balance. The recharge was failed The balance got deducted from my account but my mobikwik wallet
                            didn't get updated. Even the transaction is displayed in the history of
                            mobikwik account, but my wallet isn't updated. I have already filed
                            complaint about 3-4 times by creating ticket
                            available in the mobikwik account, but all my requests went in vain
                            until now.

                            This is my another trasantion (Transaction Id je-live1608700) and I should get Rs. 73 as per you'r offer and same is not showing even in your trasation history also. So total Rs 293 should be in my Wallet
                            I sincerely request you to please have a look at this issue and resolve
                            it asap as i am facing further difficulties in recharging my mobile
                            through wallet. Waiting for a speedy response.

The balance got deducted from my account but my mobikwik wallet didn't get updated. Even the transaction is displayed in the history of mobikwik account, but my wallet isn't updated. I have already filed complaint about 3-4 times by creating ticket available in the mobikwik account, but all my requests went in vain until now.                                   I have done 2 transactions using Mobikwik Wallet through Android Mobile App in Tastykhana .The transactions has got failed but the amount has been debited from my Mobikwik Wallet .I contacted tastykhana Customer Care they told that has u done through Mobikwik Wallet, u have to communicate with them for getting the cashback of those 2 transactions .The amounts of my failure transactions are 315 rs and 250 rs .Total 565 rs has been debited from my Mobikwik Wallet . Regarding this, I created Ticket #2047368 on mobikwik site . it's been 1 week still i didn't got any reply from them and then I have created another Ticket #2070324 stating the issue.                                     Hi, My wallet balance did not update. I have added money to mobikwik wallet via web on 20-Jan-2015 at 21:14:21 hours. My Transaction Id is[protected]. and transaction amount was Rs.100.00. My previous balance was Rs. 57.52 and it was not updated though the transaction was successful and the amount is debited from my bank account. I created Ticket #2005937 on mobikwik site for Customer Care. But they have not replied and then I have created another Ticket #2025753 stating the issue. But till today they have not replied to me.                                         I purchased a deal of Rs.19.00 from Groupon for Rs.101.00 cash back on Mobikwik recharge on[protected] with the condition of first recharging my mobikwik account with Rs.101.00. Using my downloaded Mobikwik app on my iOS phone I added the same amount of Rs. 101.00 into my account in Mobokwik on that day itself. Then I used the Groupon code (as received after purchasing the deal) to avail Rs. 101.00 cash back offer but I got the message as "You are not eligible for this offer". As suggested by Grouon customer care, I contacted Mobikwik using their formal method of lodging complaint and got a "Ticket number". They replied that problem should be resolved then but still cash back was unsuccessful. Again I lodged a complaint on[protected] and another "Ticket number" has been given but till date the issue has not been resolved. Please look into the above and resolve the issue early.
