wallet balance not updating

I have added balance to my wallet twice on 20th January, 2014. Transaction ID- [protected] and[protected] Transaction Amount- Rs. 568.1 and Rs. 600 Transaction Time- 20/01/2015, 08:35:41 hours and 20/01/2015, 07:58:57 hours After both transaction, balance deducted from my bank account and it is showing in my transaction history in both my bank account and mobikwik. Hi, I have tried to recharge to my mobile via mobikwik on[protected] for rupees 100. It failed. I tried it again. That time also it failed. Then I tried to add money to wallet. That was also failed. But for these 3 times, Rs. 300 /- was transfered from my credit card to mobikwik wallet. Recharge also didn't happen and wallet balance is still Rs 0/-. I have filed a tracking ticket on[protected]. Request for return of unsuccessful mobile recharge amount of Rs 750/-

WALLET BALANCE DID NOT GET UPDATED
