Mobikwik — Money deducted from mobikwik wallet but not transferred to the merchant | |||
On 21st april 2016 while i was trying to purchase some grocerry from ask me grocery rs.1365 deducted from my mobikwick wallet but not transferred to the merchat at 11:20 pm. Trying several mails to their customer care, even when we call to their customer care no. S call picked up automatically and price for the call started and keep on hold for 20-30 minutes thus deducetd 100s of rs. While trying customer care. I thing this is a fraud wallet and must be closed as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? | |||
