On dated 17th august around 3:39 am somebody has done a recharge is done of rs 1095 to idea no [protected].
I have not done this transaction, and also i have not received any otp in my registered mobile.
In last week somebody has changed my primary number with his number [protected], after consultation with mobikwik team i have changed my primary number & password, but still mobikwik system is taking my old password.
After raising support ticket on mobikwik customer care, mobikwik team disabled my wallet, & now my wallet is locked since last three days & i am not reciving any feedback from mobikwik team.
I really feel cheated by mobikwik now. Mobikwik is a fraud company, we have to complaint to cyber crime cell of delhi police
