I have done payment food panda through your wallet and there is a get 15% cash back if you have to payment through mobikwik wallet and i have done payment with your wallet . But still I did not get any cash back. I have talked your customer care and she told me that there is no offer like that, i shocked . In the invoice there is proper mentioned about offer....

I have a account in mobikwik, I have done a recharge on mobile through mobikwik on[protected] for rs. 130 and rs.179 . The balance got deducted from my bank account but my recharge was not done. So, I waited whole day . but my recharge was not done. so, I thought that i will get refunded within 2-3 days . but that also not happen . Bus booking through mobikwik suck!!

Its been more than 3 weeks since i have completed by travel now, i yet to get the cash back of bus booking through modikwik. Here is my

This is first time i used bus booking service of yours and was having a worst experience in term of cash back and even the fair were higher as compare to other providers. Expecting a cash...

As i booked the bus ticket for indore to mumbai form raj ratan travelers than i cancelled it again within 18 hrs and as per the policy terms mentioned in the site, you have to refund me the full amount but the amount which i received was not full, mobiwik deduct some amount.

I already registered the complaint about it and talk with your customer support about this.

Please refund me the full amount as soon as...

In august of 2015 i bought a ms lumia 640 ds which came with an offer from mobikwik.
As per offer the user would get 3600 rupees cashback, where a user could redeem this offer on a monthly basis by adding 300 or more in his wallet through debit/credit card and he would get a 300 rupees cashback. this could be done for 12 months.
Tempted by the offer i registered myself as a user on mobikwik app and was able to avail the offer...

I recharged my wallet with 550 but i cant see it when i log in to my account to book bus ticket on my friend's advice. But it landed on some error page like some thing went wrong. I called customer care immediately and explained about the issue they said they will provide a solution within 2 hours which is nothing. He said that you will get the money back within 2 hours but still i didn't get it. Since then i was calling them they simply...

Booked a bus ticket through mobikwik app. On cancellation of the same i did not receive the refund amount.
I have raised the issue through their app but they have failed to refund my amount back.
They keep asking me the details which i have already shared.
They tell they have not received any confirmation on cancellation of the ticket, which I have the sms.I have also shared the sms with them but still no response....

I purchased microsoft lumia 640 with mobikwik offer of rs.300 per month for 12 months. but, after 5 months it has stopped giving cashback. i have raised the complaint through the customer support, but, issue is not solved.

It says that offer is no longer valid for me.

But, in the terms and condition of the offer page there was no statement stating that mobikwik have the right to cancel the offer....

I've had 2 instances where I received cash back (promotion), confirmed via email and my balance is still 0. One was a Myntra order cash back txn ref : 532d09c835f76 on 05 July 2016 and the other ticketsnew cash back txn ref : 535o34efc3897 on 11 June 2016. I am awaiting mobikwik to respond and Im very disappointed with your unprofessional approach....

I have cancelled the the said ticket before 24 hours and as per the policy on 109.9 rs. Should be deducted but you have deducted 845 rs,

But I didn't encounter my balance being updated...I have complained twice from yesterday, filled two ticket complaints to the MOBIKWIK help line. But till now there is no reply . I need my money or recharge to be done..My invoice order number is EN[protected] for amount 145 and EN[protected] for amount 230.....

Hello sir actually in my mobikwik wallet i added a amount of money in it. After some time they disable my account. And they wanted a passbook snap to enable my acnt. Bt i dont able to found any transaction related to mobiwik because lot of trasactions were there, more then 6 months my acnt. Is disabled plz do something.

Today 27.06.2016, till now i have not received my amount back. I gave a call to customer care officer (Mobikwik) almost 5 times, they are responding after 30-50 min, i have wasted my time. As mobikwik mentioned that they need 7 to10 working days, today is 13th working day. Still customer care officer asking for more 48 hours. Will mobikwik refund my amount in this year (2016) or you need 7 to 10 years?

I've done 1626/- rupees transaction for hotel booking on makemytrip through mobikwik wallet, but transaction got failed and my 1626/- rupees deducted from my mobikwik wallet. I complaint on mobikwik mobile application (Kindly find attached image) and also on customer care service on 9/06/16.
