I am a regular user of Mobikwik. But last 3-4 days i am not able to login my mobikwik wallet user id [protected]@gmail.com are not login .customer provide this ticket no 5236056, and one time temporally password my gmail id. but this password can't reopen my account. i have complaint again custmer care they provide again this mail but i can't access.please open my account .Thanks

    Sir mistakenly i have added more money in the mobikwik wallet.When i want to withdraw the whole amount of money again to my bank, they had given massage that i can not withdraw whole money for that i have to upgrade my wallet.Fot that they want my id proof and one of their executive should come for collection of that id proof.But i have tried several times to upgrade my wallet.But no one is coming to collect the ID proof.I talked to the customer care and they told within 24 to 48 hour their executive will come.But still now neither any call nor msg i am getting.And my money still in that wallet.Please sir take action against this.

      Dear sir,
      My mobikwik wallet is locked, when log in it says user is disabled i am facing this problem from about 10 days. There are about rs.50 in my mobikwik wallet. I am having lot of serious problems without mobikwik i am customer of mobikwik from about 1 years still they are not activating my account. Please enable my mobikwik wallet, my mobikwik email id is [protected]@gmail.com thank you.

        Mobikwik offered lum300 cash back offer in lumia phone but, mobikwik not provide cash back after march. mobikwik cheat people. customer care executive not respond about this matter. at the time of apply of coupon mobile application replay that " use code u use in january" and we enter coupon used in january application replay that " coupon code not valid " please solved this issue and try to receive ours cashback.

            I added rupees 1013 in my wallet on 4th august 2016.. But transaction was failed amount was not added to my wallet nor revert back to my hdfc account till 22nd august. I approached customer care more than 7 times first they said with in 4 to 5 hours it will reflect in wallet. After that they told me with in 3 days. After they told me with in 15 days amount will revert back to hdfc account.15 days completed. After i called mobikwik customer care they told me to contact hdfc bank. I created a ticket in hdfc bank. Few days later hdfc customer care representative called me and told me that mobikwik is not ready to revert back the amount because amount was successfully captured by mobikwik. After i called mobikwik customer care they are not responding properly and they cheating customers. I never saw such a worst site or support in my life.. Really annoying. I planning to go with registering complaints against mobikwik.

              I am not able to access my mobikwik account via phone or computer. When i try to login it says user is disabled. I have tried to access the account via computer actually multiple computers and even tried different browsers but not getting through the login page. I tried reinstalling the app but same issue. I would like to tell the mobikwik was the only app i use to recharge but now it has put me out of it and i am not getting a proper customer support. I tried to mail the customer support but no response. Really frustrated. No response at all from mobikwik technical support. Its been almost 3 weeks now i am locked out of. Please, kindly take action against this

                Hi Mobikwik team,

                This is regarding the balance missing from mobikwik wallet. I have raised the tickets several times through the application but no success. I receive very generic response and the last response which I received on missing balance is that the amount is credited back to your bank account, however; on checking the bank statements and following up with bank there is no credit from Mobikwik. To make the matters worse I see that two credit transactions on 5th June and 5th July of Rs. 4900 and 5405 respectively are not reflected in the transaction report on Mobikwik. I can see the transaction in the bank statement (SBI credit card statement) but not sure why the amount is not credited. I am not at all satisfied with the services and response I received so far. I would appreciate if you get back to me with details and refund the money else I would be taking the matter to the legal authorities. Thanks

                  Sir i want to request for refund.
                  Sir today i booked a ticket in irctc and have done payment through mobikwik wallet but sir my ammount deduced from the wallet but my ticted reservation failed. i called customer support they confirmed that my ticket failed. hence i want to book my ticket asap so i want my refund as early as possible.
                  please give my cash as i have to book my ticket for tomorrows its very urgent . since i am very tensed my ammount is hanged up. please please resolve my problem its very very urgent and its a big ammount for me. i am seriously in a trouble right now. hope you people will response to my mail as i need your support.

                  Sir i have been using mobwik for recharging my personal and my family members phone .All of sudden when i tried to recharge my mobile it is not getting success with a note that my ac is disabled .What is the reason, still there is wallet balance.
                  My wallet ID was created 5min before but within other 5min it is been blocked. i had booked tickets and i have cancelled it, but now i am not able to open my wallet and not able to reimburse my amount. even customer care is not responding. I refer people dnt believe this fraud company.

                    On dated 17th august around 3:39 am somebody has done a recharge is done of rs 1095 to idea no [protected].
                    I have not done this transaction, and also i have not received any otp in my registered mobile.
                    In last week somebody has changed my primary number with his number [protected], after consultation with mobikwik team i have changed my primary number & password, but still mobikwik system is taking my old password.
                    After raising support ticket on mobikwik customer care, mobikwik team disabled my wallet, & now my wallet is locked since last three days & i am not reciving any feedback from mobikwik team.
                    I really feel cheated by mobikwik now. Mobikwik is a fraud company, we have to complaint to cyber crime cell of delhi police

                          When i try to login it showing user disabled, i was happy with previous transaction and all, i have money in my wallet but now for unknown reason i cant even reset password too. I have made tries to send mail to customer support, but that even saying id disabled.

                          I put complain with my other email address to customer support. No response for 4/5 days.

                          If they can resolve my issue i am happy to use them in future.

Several time i registered my request online at mobikwik support desk but no positive response received. I have an amount of rs.445/- balance in my mobikwik wallet. I have an acute need of menoy but i am unble to get back that balance. Your good self is requested to look into the matter why mobikwik is harrasing me. This time you help me to login my mobikwik wallet and promise that i will never use mobikwik in future and also will suggest my friends who are using it to stop using mobikwik.                                 Since 2nd week of June, I am not able to make transactions using mobikwik wallet in other websites who accept mobikwik wallet as payment option. Everytime payment fails after inputting OTP with reason"transaction failed due to technical reasons". I have tried in websites like big basket, Tata ginger hotels, sasta sundar, etc. I have lodged several complaints but mobikwik only gives outrageous replies. I even tried to transfer amount to family members wallet and in this case OTP is never delivered. Only mobile recharge made directly are successful. My money is stuck since last three months.

                                      Hello, i am malay shah. I was trying to see options for ticket booking by mobikwik for travel from ahmadabad to bhilwara. I was just filling passenger details and without confirming the deducted my payments directly. I stay in ahmedabad but they issued ticket from gandhinagar. Without my permission they deducted my payment because i always book from your side i have payment in my account. This is not done and now they are asking for cancellation charges. Please take immediate action against it. It is done today i. E 11.08.2016 at 4.45 pm. From shrinath travels. Ticket was booked for tonight. I do not want to travel.
