I have made a payment of 1622 for electricity bill payment on 26 aug 3:18 pm...
the payment was not updated on biller... i called on 27 aug and 29 aug they tell me it takes 3 to 5 days to get payment updated on biller... then i called on 31 aug and one of thier cs executive had take my complaint and tell me that it will be resolved in 24 hours but 1 sep was the due date and i have to make payment so i again make payment of my bill and i got a stupid reply that about some 264rs bill... now on 5 sep i again called and they assured me that they will give me refund in 24 hours... but no reply... now i called on 9 sep and thier supervisor tushar tell me that they have refunded the payment on 5 sep and i should check my bank statement i checked but i got no money... they tell me to send my bank statement on their mail and do that and got the reply that they have not refunded the payment as it is updated on biller on 1 sep... i again reply them that that is the second transaction which i have made on 1 sep what about my first transaction... they are making me go round and round... please help me...

    I have tried to add money 2000/- in my wallet on 3rd Sep 2016 using Promo Code '3sep16'... at the last stage of my transaction my mobile app saw that transaction failed and at a same time I received massage from my bank that amount 2000/- is debited from your account... i have complaint about this to mobikwik but they are not responding at all. please help me...

      I have used mobikwik app. For airtel dth recharge with amount rs444/-. However due to wrong id, recharge not successful and amount come back in my mobikwik wallet. I was raised the request to my amount return in bank account vide request id no. 5272666. I try again the recharge our dth, but i did not get the recharge successfully from airtel dth and mobikwik and i did again talk with mobikwik customer executive. He said to me that your recharge not successful and your wallet balance will be return in 2-3 days, these request not cancelled and please try again. I was 3rd time recharge my dth. It was successful and 2nd time also be successful. So how it is possible that why 2nd at-temptation was recharge successful. So please resolve it and refund my excess recharge amount.

      Note:- i was talk to airtel dth customer care, he will not refund the same amount.

I am not even allowed to send a complaint to them and nobody is picking up the call on their customer help number. I had money in my wallet and I want my account back.i lodged a complain after 72 hrs as their number was not getting picked up.i having 1000/= rupees in my wallet.Kindly refund the money so that i vll use some other platform for recharge.

            I had done the transaction from this Mobikwik APP,
            On dt:15-Aug-2016 time 10.00 Pm,
            Through my Debit Card / n amount is debited from my Canara Bank Account,
            Still now the transaction amount is not credited to my Mobikwik App or my postpaid number- [protected],
            I had to call the Dirty Customer care of Mobikwik, they provided the transaction number that the amount is posted to my mobile number,
            I had raised a complaint for my payment with IDEA,
            I had received a confirmation that the payment is not done the transaction is false.
            Still today the payment is not get posted nor the Mobikwik Team is not bothered to credit to my Wallet atleast.
            This is the dirty I had ever seen this kind of fraud APP-MOBIKWIK.

              I am using mobikiwik a/c at last 2years. But first time iam faceing problem it was login problem. I was trying to login number of times mobikwik account shows user is disable, , , , in my account their is 248 rs in it. I was trying to sign in but my system got crashed and when i tried to open it from another system, it started popping the message that my account is disabled.                         My account has been disabled. I didn't receive my otp so i resent it 3-4 times so they disabled my account i had 650rs in my wallet. I'm using mobiwiki for first time. This is really bad es for me. I won't suggest mobiwiki to my friends. Its not user friendly unless you care about customer and respond to them. Please solve this problem. Reactivate my account.

                              Sir mistakenly i have added more money in the mobikwik wallet.When i want to withdraw the whole amount of money again to my bank, they had given massage that i can not withdraw whole money for that i have to upgrade my wallet.Fot that they want my id proof and one of their executive should come for collection of that id proof.But i have tried several times to upgrade my wallet.But no one is coming to collect the ID proof.I talked to the customer care and they told within 24 to 48 hour their executive will come.But still now neither any call nor msg i am getting.And my money still in that wallet.Please sir take action against this.

                                  Mobikwik offered lum300 cash back offer in lumia phone but, mobikwik not provide cash back after march. mobikwik cheat people. customer care executive not respond about this matter. at the time of apply of coupon mobile application replay that " use code u use in january" and we enter coupon used in january application replay that " coupon code not valid " please solved this issue and try to receive ours cashback.

                                      I added rupees 1013 in my wallet on 4th august 2016.. But transaction was failed amount was not added to my wallet nor revert back to my hdfc account till 22nd august. I approached customer care more than 7 times first they said with in 4 to 5 hours it will reflect in wallet. After that they told me with in 3 days. After they told me with in 15 days amount will revert back to hdfc account.15 days completed. After i called mobikwik customer care they told me to contact hdfc bank. I created a ticket in hdfc bank. Few days later hdfc customer care representative called me and told me that mobikwik is not ready to revert back the amount because amount was successfully captured by mobikwik. After i called mobikwik customer care they are not responding properly and they cheating customers. I never saw such a worst site or support in my life.. Really annoying. I planning to go with registering complaints against mobikwik.

                                        I am not able to access my mobikwik account via phone or computer. When i try to login it says user is disabled. I have tried to access the account via computer actually multiple computers and even tried different browsers but not getting through the login page. I tried reinstalling the app but same issue. I would like to tell the mobikwik was the only app i use to recharge but now it has put me out of it and i am not getting a proper customer support. I tried to mail the customer support but no response. Really frustrated. No response at all from mobikwik technical support. Its been almost 3 weeks now i am locked out of. Please, kindly take action against this
