I want to give you another airtel number that is [protected] by which I received another fraud call stating that he is
an axis bank staff name Rajat Sharma AXIS GU 17 A. on 9 May 2016.
I wish to inform you that FREE CHARGE and SHMART has reverted back the fraud transactions for which I am extremely thankful to them.
I request you once again to help me nab the person who has made this fraud transaction.
I have sent the details of the fraud transactions in my previous mail.

      Greetings,

      I tried to book bus tickets on 30/04/2016 (around 5:40 PM) through MMKTRAVELS.in for Puducherry to Bangalore travel date on 16/05/2016.

      I selected payment gateway as mobikiwi wallet and used YesBank netbanking for the payment of Rs 1423.10.

      In between transaction failed and money got deducted from the account.

      Kindly look into this issue ASAP. It has been more than a week I m waiting for the reversal.

      Note:- I booked same tickets by initiating another transaction using hdfc credit card.

            I booked tickets for 24 movie at 2.30 and paid it through mobikwik but it turns out that i didn't get the tickets and our money is gone .when i complained to the customer care at 2.45 they asked for 2 hours time.our show was at 6.30 and i was calling him from 6 and he didn't not respond ..now we want our money back ..this very reckless not responding to our complaint and offering good service .this can't be tolerated .we missed our movie and lost money ..they better pay us back.

                  On 21st april 2016 while i was trying to purchase some grocerry from ask me grocery rs.1365 deducted from my mobikwick wallet but not transferred to the merchat at 11:20 pm. Trying several mails to their customer care, even when we call to their customer care no. S call picked up automatically and price for the call started and keep on hold for 20-30 minutes thus deducetd 100s of rs. While trying customer care.                     I had already raised a ticket on mobikwik site. Ticket no. #4863383 and #4882422.
                    Complaint is :
                    I made a puchase on ruplee app for rs.1000/- and as per their offer if you pay through mobikwik wallet you will get 15% cashback upto rs.1000/-, so i made by mobikwik the transaction date is 30th april and as per terms the cashback is to be credited within 24hrs.
                    Also the matters was brought by me in front of mobikwik in above said tickets on 30th april and on 3rd may 2016. But no reply from them and tickets are still in progress. This is kind of cheating with customers by mobikwik and ruplee both.

                          Hi Mobikwik,
                          This is regarding the Recharge of Below Aircel no. I recharged from the mobikwik site. According to information on Mobikwik site i should get following plan. For Rs449, Rs 349 TT + 3 GB 3G/2G Data + 399 Local & STD SMS. Data & SMS Validity 60Days.

                          This was clearly mentioned in Your Site. When i checked aircel site, they mentioned it as Website only offer and I didnot get any offer except "Free Local calls for 18 days" which is not the offer i want.

                          It is a mistake from your Side to Mention their Web only offer in Your Website and Misleading me to recharge. I request you to refund my money to my account as i essentially got nothing for the Recharge of 449Rs i did. Following are the details of the transaction.

                            Today morning we have received call from mob no. [protected]; he told me; he is calling from mobiwik headquarter delhi but this number is belongs from bihar vodafone circle.
                            This person asking me my credit card details for mobiwik account credit.
                            Kindly check this number with your office if this number is not belongs to you kindly take a strict action against him.

                            Today morning we have submit a complain in reliance communication where we mentioned some payment mis-communication details.
                            That guys take my number from this complaint due to all complaint view in public place.

                              I have mobikwik account in which i had kept a balance of rs. 1400. But day after adding this balance in my aacount, i was not able to login my account. I tried to reset but i received message that my wallet has been locked. I call mobikwik customer several times but i couldn't make it, since long waiting list. One day after a long waiting i was able to talk to rep of mobikwik, but it was of no use since he told to validate my my account on mobikwik site. I tried but i was not able to do so. Then i called mobikwik care and told them to close my account refund my money, the rep assured me that within 48 hour my money will be refunded to my bank account and also send confirmation mail. But till now i received nothing. I want refund of my money amounting to rs 1400.

                                I added 1000inr from my boi account to "mobikwik wallet" account, the money wasn't added in my mobikwik account.
                                I registered a ticket in mobikwik regarding this issue regarding the failure transaction which is not reversed to my bank account inr1000.
                                Transction on february 2016 and now it's april 2016.
                                Still the problem not solved by mobikwik.

                                Hello GM, i have placed the order from askmegrocery shop dated 28 feb 2016 payment through mobikwik wallet account. But unfortunately transaction have failed and amount had be deducted from my mobikwik wallet. But unexpected my 1620 amount have be not refund till it.

                                  I have done transaction on 7 april that otp came on my mobile no. Without asking any email from mobikwik
                                  I have screenshot of that otp came from mobikwik
                                  And screenshot of money deduction of 403.96
                                  From my account.

                                  I was doing transaction of payment of train tickets on makemytrip by payment through mobikwik wallet then i was asked to enter mobile no. That u registered with mobikwik then i entered mobile no. [protected] then otp came on my no. After that my debit was save in that account that i have used many times for my transaction than after that mobikwik asked me to add 403.96 rs than i put my cvv code and after that otp from my bank after entering otp of bank bank page was remained for half an hour... And my balance from bank account was deducted after that i looked for mobikwik wallet login i was asked to enter my email but i forgot my email linked with my mobile no.[protected]
                                  My atm card was saved in mobikwik wallet as i use it mostly for transactions

                                  But now customers support of movikwik is not helping me as saying that it is for security reasons you have tell your lasst two transactions
                                  And i have proof of yesterday transaction on my mobile and in my passbook with my id card but than also they are not solving my issue,
                                  If mobikwik want their security than at transaction time also they should have asked for my email id instead of mobile no. Registered with mobikwik


                                  For security reasons i can give you my id card or bank account no. Associated to me...
                                  If need to verify me as my atm card was saved in mobikwik wallet of yogendra singh dhakad

                                    I have a recharge on mob no [protected] of rs 470 it was succesful in mobikwik but do not confirmation sms from reliance postpaid madhya pradesh so plss refund my 470 rs or it can be added in my reliance postpaid account this mobikwik company is very lazy others company are very good as compare to mobikwik

                                      Money is deduced from bank account on name of mobikwik and they said they don't have any information about the transaction.the issue is running from 20days.they always mail that they don't have information, and bank want reference no. And they are not providing reference no. Also . the consumer care never receive a single call . the service of customer care too dumb.

                                        Hi. I have purchased lumia 640 and there was a cashback offer from mobikwik that on recharge for 300rs using coupon code lum300.
                                        As per their commitment, this offer is valid till 15 november 2016, once in a month, maximum 12 time.

                                        Because of this offer, along with me, two of my friends and two of my relatives purchased this produnct.

                                        This offer worked only for two month, then they start showing invalid coupon. On talking to customer care, they provided new coupon code, which again worked only for two two months.

                                        I talked to their team again and this time they say that they have rights to change the policy.
                                        Can you please help me out?

                                        Not paid mobile bii but my bank account debited 380 rupies .plz so credited in my account .your service is not good .plz my rupise is credited mg account .
                                        I booked a ticket in makemytrip through mobikwik wallet which should have given me Rs 500 cashback. I did the transaction on 25 March 2016 and the cashback hasn't been given to me yet. This is very bad for Mobikwik as it was the first time I was using their services and they disappoint me like this
