    I did a mobile recharge in mobikwik yesterday. Amount had been deducted from my bank account transferred to mobikwik wallet. Later used the wallet to recharge. Amount is deducted but recharge not happened.

    Submitted a ticket also but no response from the company yet. Very worst customer care and I strongly not recommending mibikwik for others

      I was purchased an item from Ebay and the somehow i was getting refund for the payment made through mobiwik.. as per process refund should be made to deducted accout.. but they have kept my refund to wallet balance and now they are not giving me credit to my credit card account. Pls help me.. i will never shop with fake gateways like mobiwik.. cheaters

          On March 17th 2016 I did payment to ask me grocery thru mobikwik for Rs2087. My amount deducted frm my account but not paid...I sent mail to mobikwik they said they will refund within 7 to 10 working days but still it is not refunded...they are replying for my mail now and also not attending my calls...kindly find some solution for my problem...please suggest me to whom I have to ask solution...please take action...the money I lost is more valuable for me...

            Customer care always busy.No one is there to hear your grievance .Support has not respond with a single concerning mail.There is not a single corner to cancel the order online.Only option to cancel is to call customer care but they never receives the call & no response through the mail.
            Its a fraud.

              Hello,
              16 days ago i shop on myntra and went for payment & i'm a mobikwik wallet user so i generally paid through mobikwik this time also the amount was rs.3342 . So when i sent to payment gateway by doing everything i paid the money and the money was deducted but on the page the transaction is cancelled was written so i paid again instead of knowing that they already cut the money next time the payment was confirmed & order was placed but i saw that money deducted twice. I thought i placed ordered twice so i canceled the order but i saw there order is placed once which i already canceled and the money for that particular order was in my myntra account but the other amount information or anything is nowhere
              Well i wrote a mail to helpdesk mobikwik so they told me that according to them both the payments were successful and given to merchant myntra but it'll back in 7-10 days . Now i also mailed myntra about this order whether they have the money or not but they clearly said the money didn't reached them so it is very clear that mobikwik have the money i mailed them after 10th day about my money they said again for 2 days now its 17th day i didn't have the money and they don't even replying my mails . They are just eating all my money the amount is much enough and they are just took it and returning to me.

                    I made on online data recharge on my no [protected]. The amount was RS 1524 for MTS 3G data recharge. It was done online. The amount from mySBI bank account was deducted instantly but the data pack for that amount was not added on my number.

                    I made this recharge on 04/01/2016.its been 4 months still didnot get any response. demand immediate refund .kindly do the needful. waiting for positive reply.

                      This is on behalf of my dad.
                      My dad, he doesn't have his email id and no mobikwik account as well. His SBM (State Bank of Mysore) Debit card was hacked by some mobikwik user. There were 720 Transactions from his debit card has happened each of 49Rs. That is total of 35, 280 Rs has been debited from his account.
                      No OTP was generated for these transactions.

                      Date of Transaction: 03April2016 (Sunday)

                      Total no of transactions: 720 transactions (starting from 12:01:59pm txn#[protected] followed by txn#[protected] and so on.. and the final txn#[protected] at 02:47:59pm).

                      I have send out a mail to [protected]@mobikwik.com on the same day. But there is no response from them till now.

                      kindly help us in getting this amount back.

                        my mobikwik wallet is locked, when log in it says user is disabled i am facing this problem from about 8 days. there are about 3300rs in my mobikwik wallet. i am having lot of serious problems without mobikwik i am customer of mobikwik from about 3 years still they are not activating my account. i have complained about my issue 3 time to mobikwik customer care but did not found any result. they always told me that my problem will be resolved in 48 hours but it already hundreds hours but my problem is not solved please enable my mobikwik wallet, my mobikwik email id is [protected]@gmail.com thank you.

                          Hi, I made a transaction at NotJustDesserts restaurant and made the payment through Mobikwik for Rs 400. My order was cancelled by the restaurant and I was told that my money will be credited back to my Mobikwik wallet.

                          Now 24 days have passed but I have not received my refund. When I make the complaint to Mobikwik, they keep n telling, I will get my money in 7-10 days.

                            Please give details for my problem I have lost 1000 rs from fraudsters they recharge 49rs continuously 29 times. Why should I do that much recharge continuously you people plz resolve my problem . that fraudsters recharged 49 rs continuous 29 times without my permission within half an hour they did my balance zero in my sbm account, I dnt knw what to do that fraudsters I didn't know who they are also. Can u suggest me how to resolve my problem.

                                Dear sir,
                                Myself vishnu lal from jodhpur, i'm using artel & aircel both services also im using mobikwik from last one year.
                                Last month i recharge a 3g net pack for my aircel no. With rs. - 399/- . In mobikwik they show 2.5 gb 3g data with this amount.
                                So i recharged through mobikwik but they provide me only 1gb 2g data and also some minutes.
                                So 1st i call to aircel for this services, they told to me we don't have this plan.
                                Airtel customer care person told to me, if you recharge through mobikwik then you have to call only to mobikwik.
                                Then i called to mobikwik on 23rd march. He told to me we will check and call back within 48 hour. But no reply. Than i call again on 25 march, they told to me wait for next 48 hour. Again no reply. I again called on 29 march, he told to me we will refund your amount within 48 hour. Again no reply. I call again on 1st april. He told to me its final process for your complaint. He also told to me for 48 hour for reply but no response. Then i call again on 4th april. He told to me we not refund your amount. He told to me this not mobikwik fault so.
                                Now i planning to post a massage against you on facebook, and told to everyone don't use mobikwik for recharge.

                                    I had tried to recharge my reliance dth through mobikwik wallet on 27 th march. But the transaction got failed and money was deducted. Raised a ticket number 4676361 on 27th march. Since then every two days i am in contact with their customer care, but i am unable to get my money back in my wallet. They always say that it will be resolved within 48 hours but had not resolved yet even on 4th april. I want my money back on my wallet. Please kindly help me.

                                        I have booked one ticket from make my trip and made a payment through mobikwik wallet..and mobikwik has an offer of rs 500 cashback..if you have done payment of rs more than 2500..but my transaction is of rs 2800..so i am eligible for the offer...after done my payment..i am not getting my cashback...so i called mobikwik they told me..wait for 24 hrs in 24 hrs you will get your cashback...after 24 hrs i called again...they told me you have not applied the coupon...but at the time of payment there is no option for applied the coupon..then i called make my trip they told me there is no need to apply coupon..you have to done your payment...after that you will get your cashback..so mobikwik started fraud with customers..
