I Sorabh Kohli added Rs 250 in my Wallet from IOBM bank Net Banking Account 8th feb 2016 but Rs 250 debit fro my account but not added in My Wallet.
Many Reminder sent to mobiwik but all in vain.also as per their request i also sdent my bank statement but still

Kindly arrange to Provide Rs 250 in Wallet otherwise i have to unintall the service

I bought Lumia 540 with mobikwik cash back offer LUM300(cash back for 12 month). But after giving cash back for 4 month, mobikwik is not giving it anymore.
When applying coupon code they are saying that offer is closed. But there was never mentioned in actual offer that mobikwik can change offer validity at any time.
But when I am raising ticket at help section at mobikwik app, they are closing the ticket without resolving it....

I have tried to pay Askmegrocery.com Rs.1981 through mobikwik wallet on 21-2-16 but the transaction got failed and money got deducted.So, I again added money to my account and made payment of same amount to askmegrocery.com . As per terms and conditions, I follwed each and every condition. But unable to redeem LUM300 promocode which i got when I purchased Lumia 640 XL. As per offer I should get 300₹ cashback when added rs300 and payment through DC/CC.

However, it did not get credited to airtel.

Subsequently after 10-15 days i had to make another payment.

I have submitted request for refund on mobikwik. However, no response at all.

My bank account debited on 14th march for RS.95/- but mobile recharge shows unsuccessful and also msg came balance will be added to wallet. But it didn't came so I had to go again for the same amount which was successful.
Though it's 10 days gone nothing credited to wallet and always your customer care no. busy.

After availing this offer for 5 month, this month I am not able to use the coupon and upon creating service request[protected] i was informed offer was closed. But when offer started it was mention for 12 months period until nov 16 and its not fair to close before itself as you have clearly informed about the started period and ending period(but ends half way before the ending period) and its very bad to close this without...

Hello sir 1 problem is this i done IDEA Company recharge on this no-[protected] on 21 march 1st time approx 11.15 pm recharge done but amount not deduct in my mobikwik account so i thought recharge is not done so i again done same amount recharge on this number approx 11.43 PM and that time both amount in one shot deducted so whats my fault in this case please refund my 294 rs amount and cancelled the recharge but this amount benefit not give...

On 17th march i disabled my mobikwik account and ask for the refund, but till now there is no response yet.please help me....
