I'm feed up with the service. I tried to recharge my airtel number through their app, but due to technical error it didn't recharge my number. after raising the ticket i got automated message saying that my money will be refunded with 3-15 days. Its already 30 days up there is no amount. I sent my amount through netbanking on 29/02/16. i got a mail saying that they didn't get any amount, I need to Enquire with bank.
If you want proof i'll send you the bank statement about the transactions.

    I am requesting you please provide me my transaction history. Its urgent to find a mobile no which i done recharge on 25-march 2016.
    Please revert me as soon as posible otherwise i am going to deactivate my mobikwik account and uninstalling app.

      My Name is Lalit Prakash Raikwar, I have Microsoft Lumia 535 Mobile so the Problem is Mobikwik had started the cashback offer for some Lumia mobiles in August 2015 after that they gave cash back and this offer is valid for 12 months, suddenly mobikwik has stopped the offer and when i ask mobikwik on facebook that problem mobikwik said that they have rights to closed any offer any time .

            I have purchased my microsoft lumia 640 in before Nov. 2015 with that i got the mobikwik offer to get 300 rs cash back on add of 300 rs (Promo code: lum300) for 12 months . But from last this month the promo code given in the offer is not working.Last month when i complain this problem new promo code(Lummu8eqwt) is given but in following month the new promo code is also not working.
            And now on complaining them they are telling that we have closed the offer.
            At the time of purchasing the mobile, their was nothing mentioned in their terms and conditions. Below is the terms and conditions of mobikwik:

              In the month of Nov.15 I purchased a HP laptop and got an offer by paying Rs.999 extra which includes different offers but i choose Mobikwik in one of them and acc. to the offer I have to add Rs.350 to my wallet and than the same amount has to be added by Mobikwik to my wallet. Now they have stopped the offer in mid by referring Tnc. I have attached the pic of TnC but it is nowhere mention that the Mobikwik has right to cancel it.
              I have faced the economic damage.I paid Rs.999extra for such service but I didn't get the same benefits as promised by them. I have invested my Rs.1050 but now now they are not accepting the offer and saying that promo code is now invalid. I have all the originals mails regarding the offer from HP and Mobikwik.

                  Many Reminder sent to mobiwik but all in vain.also as per their request i also sdent my bank statement but still

                    I bought lumia 540 in the month of oct 2015.

                    The offer at the time of purchase of nokia lumia was to buyer can redeem the lum300 coupon for next 12 months. In this offer buyer will get additional rs. 300 on adding min rs. 300 to mobikwik account. Only because of this attractive offer in the month of oct 2015.

                    For initial 2 months lum300 code works fine but in the month of march 2016 it didn't work. On raising this issue to mobikwik i get below reply

                      transaction done towards Gullybaba.com on 27 feb 2016 of Rs 390 and Rs 50 on 23 Feb 2016 thru mobikwik, in which i suppose to get 10% cashback as per website instruction. But i didn't get any cashback, so i raised a complaint no 4499907 on 27 Feb 2016 and 4599378 on 13 Mar 2016 and after that sent them so many remainder regarding the same issue but till now i didn't got any response from mobikwik side other than this

                      Even after 1 month, till now problem is not solved and now on 27 Mar 2016, i faced another issue. While making a payment of Rs 180 towards Bookmyshow through mobikwik, i suppose to get 10% cashback but that also not credited in my account. When i was trying to put this complaints too in mobikwik sites that time its shows "Allow us to resolve yours previous query please". On 29 Mar 2016 when i called to mobikwik customer care number and asked for the latest update from customer care executive Radhika but she was also failed to put complaint from her end as mobikwik website shows the same error to her also. During this conversation i already lost Rs 23 as their customer care number are paid.
                      There are few questions to mobikwik:
                      (1) once you are not able to provide caseback then why the hell you advertise them.
                      (2) Why mobikwik hires so illiterate engineer who respond in this slow manner and who are not able to resolved one such a small issue even after 32 days also.

                        I have done a payment to make my trip through mobikwik wallet of around 3300..so there is a offer of cash back of rs 500..if you pay more than 2500 through mobikwik wallet..but I have 3300.but till now i did not get my cash back.after that i have an word with mobikwik they told me you haven't applied coupon.but there is no option or area for applied the coupon code..even they are not accepting this..they told me this is not possible..so after that I have an word with make my trip even they told me..there is not need to apply coupon..you have to just pay the amount through mobikwik...
                        So please solve this problem as soon as possible..

                            I bought Lumia 540 with mobikwik cash back offer LUM300(cash back for 12 month). But after giving cash back for 4 month, mobikwik is not giving it anymore.
                            When applying coupon code they are saying that offer is closed. But there was never mentioned in actual offer that mobikwik can change offer validity at any time.
                            But when I am raising ticket at help section at mobikwik app, they are closing the ticket without resolving it.

                              I do the transaction with mobikwik for pay the bill of aircel postpaid of Rs226.00 INR on 8 march2016 but it did not paid and cannot show the transaction in history and the amount was deducted from my bank account
                              Last date of Bill payment is 17 March 2016 till today I cannot received the amount and on site have no communication with mobikwik operators it's so inconvenient for costumer and painful of mind
                              So I request to take hard action for online sites

                                I have tried to pay Askmegrocery.com Rs.1981 through mobikwik wallet on 21-2-16 but the transaction got failed and money got deducted.So, I again added money to my account and made payment of same amount to askmegrocery.com . I have raised ticket on 25-2-16 at 12.34pm but no any response is received from mobikwik till today. How much time is required by them to refund my money. My ticket Id is 4526093 & 4488898. I have been waiting for their reply since last 1 month but they are not at all giving any importance to my money and complaint. I am waiting for my money. When I called their call center the number get redirected and automatically get disconnected. What to do now. I am thinking of going to RBI in this regard.

                                  I had purchased Microsoft lumia 430 under the mobikwik offer by which i should get 300 mobikwik cashback on adding rs300 for 12 months. I got it for 5 months but now mobikwik customer support is saying that they have closed this offer. I am ready to pay the mobikwik Rs1500 cashback which i get in 5 months and Microsoft lumia phone if they are ready to may the price of this mobile phone.
                                  I am raising a complaint against mobikwik for this offer.
                                  I purchased phone for this offer only.
                                  You can view this offer ( Microsoft lumia 430 mobikwik offer )onmany website by searching on internet.
                                  Microsoft able to sell this phone because of this offer only. This is cheating with the customer. Also this offer seems to be closed by mobikwik not by Microsoft. I also wrote to Microsoft about this issue but waiting for their response.

                                    As per terms and conditions, I follwed each and every condition. But unable to redeem LUM300 promocode which i got when I purchased Lumia 640 XL. As per offer I should get 300₹ cashback when added rs300 and payment through DC/CC.
                                    I got the cash back benefit only for 4 or 5 months. But when Iam purchasing the phone they said it is for 12 months . This is not fair . Please check it and let me know through email .

                                      Actually my prblm is every month i get a cash back offer..But this month is not working promocode.So i am complainted the mobikwik

                                      Yesterday day night 23/03/2016
                                      I got a call he is mobikwik hr manager .His name is ravi varama..Number is [protected]..Whose the employee for mobikwik and he told me the about promocode issue and he asked me my sbh account card details..And i told him the all details..After i conformed the details that timededucted 2900/- from my account..Then he said this card is not working, and he asked me another card details i told sbi account card details and also 1400/- deducted from that account so please resolve the issue as soon as possible…and reply this email

                                        Sir/madam,

                                        I had made a payment of rs. 525 towards my airtel number - [protected] on 25th feb 2016.
                                        However, it did not get credited to airtel.

                                        Subsequently after 10-15 days i had to make another payment.

                                        I have submitted request for refund on mobikwik. However, no response at all.

                                        Please arrange refund asap.
