Hi.. I am syed nawaz and my "mobikwik" id is "[protected]@gmail.com".. And i don't wannt to disclose my mobile no.. (Publicy) over here... From last one week or so... I am unable to login to my mobikwik account as it says user is disabled and i had 400 balance in my wallet... I don't know why it is disabled my id.. I do contacted them through their email.. But they are asking my bank account details (Bank account statement).. Why the hell i have to disclose my bank account details to other person... So i decided to complain over here.. As i think they are scammers. So that u can take some actions on them.. And help me in re activation of my account and letting my money back from them

My old tickers no are #4944084, #4951542 i have contacted to my bank but they again and again replying same answer that on 14 may 2016 transaction value of rs 803.00 has been successful and they have not received any payment from your side. I have made the payment of 803.00 twice to you because of failure of first transaction. So when i lodged a complaint in mobikwik you told me that payment has been initiated from your side and will soon be received by your bank. So my bank is asking the reference no and date of releasing the payment and transaction id. I beg you to please help me and solve my problem. Either you contact to my bank or give me the details of payment u have send to my bank. From last fortnight days i have been constantly trying to solve the issue and contacted to my bank but all the time they refuted my complaint. So i want to know where my 803.00 rs has gone and what shall i do next to get my money back. Waiting for your reply

      I placed an order on Myntra through Mobikwik, tried 2 times and both the times the payment errored out and no order was placed. Mobikwik said that the order is placed but no order shows on Myntra but money was still deducted twice from my bank account. Since then I have written to them 5-6 times, called their customer care and raised tickets but they keep telling me that it will be resolved and they will arrange a callback while no tracking number is provided and nothing happened yet. I am not sure if someone is at all looking at the ticket.

          I was using mobikwik wallet while shopping @ mayntra on 8th may 2016, money was deducted form my wallet and order was not placed, while talking to customer care of mobikwik they told me to wait for 7 to 10 days, its been more than the told time limit still they are not refunding the amount.
          While talking to them every time they told me to wait and not resolving this.

            i did a recharge of 150 on 15 may via mobiwik from my mobile number--[protected] . i did the recharge for the number--[protected] for 150. the recharge was not successful but the amount was deducted from my bank account. i did the recharge on 15 may . i have already written to them a couple of times but they were not able to resolve my concern. however they were able to apologize a lot for all the inconvenience as they told me that i was there valued customer. but as i said they were not able to resolve my primary concern. i would like the recharge to be completed or refund the amount in my mobiwik wallet. i have attached the invoice for the recharge and the various complaint which i have written to them (screenshots from my mobile)

            "Hello Shvm, if these guys from mobikwik are not able to respond to your issue, then I would suggest escalating it to their office/branch manager. They must have the customer care email on their website, try looking for that. Also, try and keep your conversations on mail as much as possible, because you would have a formal proof then and it would also help you for future reference.

            If this problem has happened with you before, you should try switching to a different app for your recharges. I am currently using Bill Bachao app and I've found it to be very useful. I can make fast and secure recharges. While recharging my mobile I can also simultaneously recharge for my friends/family; has helped me save a lot of time. You also get to see a list of plans available for your network on a nice interface. There are a couple of other features too that I like. There is this Self-Help section from where you can activate DND. Then you can request for getting your Value Added Services deactivated. One more interesting feature is that you can check the best network for your area from signal strengths, and also check your data speeds. The app also lets you monitor your data usage, your calls and SMS, and provides you an option to send the usage details on email. This is really useful for future references."               When I am recharging my number then it's showing that it is an invalid number!..

              Why so?

              Mujhe balance. Dalwana jaruri tha and the shops were closed last night.. Now this mobiquik is also doing like thia.. What to do.. Maine naya no. Liya tha aur wo 4 Dino pehle hi start ho chuka hai!


              Then Also mobiquik is showing ki that's invalid number..

                I have created a new mobiwik account and added 4000rs from my bank account for booking a flight ticket...while booking it showed me that User is blocked...i have my money in that wallet and u blocked that account as it is o[censored]r money...this is not the right way..i need my money back..or else this issue will be raised to police level and press level...this is not the way you treat ur users

                  Dear Mobikwik,
                  I had made payment of INR 558.41 to foodpanda on 7th May 2016 using mobikwik wallet. After the payment process the transaction cancelled, the money was debited from my bank account and the order on foodpanda was also not placed. My registered mobile number with mobikwik wallet is [protected] trough which i use to login during payment through foodpanda. I have been trying their customer support number but no one is responding. I have already generated ticket on their website but no response.

                    We apologize for the inconvenience.

                    We checked and found that your payment was unsuccessful as mobikwik did not get an update from your bank for this transaction.

                    As a standard bank policy, the amount automatically gets credited back to the same account within 3-15 working days from the date of transaction.

                    This may vary from bank to bank as per their guidelines, which is beyond our control.

                    Please contact your bank for further information.

                        To start with, this is the most pathetic app for recharging the mobile phone. I've been trying to recharge my phone from past 2 days and all I'm getting are stupid and lame excuses as to why recharge is not getting done (Images attached for your reference). I've tried every possible number given on the Internet and the responses I'm getting is that the number either doesn't exist or its busy attending other customers (two conclusions can be drawn from it: either your app is so pathetic that number of tickets are extremely high or its just a caller tune and nobody is actually trying to resolve the issue). I want this to be resolved. And I want this to happen real quick.

Hopefully Mobikwik customer care executives will have a solution for your problem. The other course of action is that you install some other recharge app. I would like to suggest the app I am using these days; Bill Bachao app has many useful features. Among them, I find tracking feature and self help feature more useful.
                        In the tracking feature the app tracks your calls, messages and even app wise data consumption. Then it sends the bill summary at the end of the month.                           Mobikwik.com is a CHEATING WEBSITE, don't recommend for it. I have recharged for 398 and it said recharge successful and money debited from my bank account by adding it in wallet, however recharge didn't happen. I have raised 2 tickets and without providing me a solution, they marked it as resolved. Where to see the solution they provided when they mark a ticket as resolved. Cheaters. I'm not able to contact them via e-mail or phone. Even if I raise a ticket, few days they will keep it in in progress status and mark it as resolved after few days, without even writing a reply or notifying me. This is ridiculous. I need my money back

                            I am mayur belekar,

                            I have recharges my mobikwik wallet with 3000 rs. And then i did the payment of rs 2700 for irctc transaction,.

                            The amount got deducted and the transaction failed, the amount deducted recorded is not appearing in the transaction history,

                            Transaction failed yet deducted money

                            I transferred 1000 rupees for bank account and it showed transaction failed .even though it cut the money and neither transaction was processed. Why do you need to cut when I typed a wrong digit which made the account number invalid . another 500 was cut and the beneficiary hasn't received it . Refund My Money As Soon As Possible. Money doesn't grow over tree, its hard earned money.

                            Mobikwik never refund money to our account and if we call them for complaint they don't attend the call for hours and this way the complete balance of the phone vanishes. Really suffered a lot rs 500 is now nowhere in my account as they did not even refund it. Thank you so much mobikwik I seriously deleted the app after such bad experience. I want my money back whoss transaction id is 1HRGGNHORWCPU whose status is still pending since 14th May 2016. I was sending my money to another person who has still did not recieve it.
                            When I call you people don't even accept it so it would be very kind if you refund my money as soon as possible. Services are promised to meet out to the people when someone opens up a business or an organisation but here you people don't even responsd to the customer's needs. So kindly solve my issue at the earliest.

                            Many MobiKwik users have been reporting this issue and demanding a refund. It’s pointless to just complain about these occurrences, as you now need to direct your attention toward finding a solution. This is a common problem during the redirection of payment from the gateway to the bank site. I chanced upon a portal called Bill Bachao while looking for suitable options for my recharge requirements. With Bill Bachao, all you have to do is send the customer care team an email explaining the issue with all the relevant details, including your mobile number, operator name, recharge value, and Transaction ID. Be rest assured, you will receive a prompt response from them, and you will be told that the amount will be credited back to your account within 7 working days. This indeed works as promised.                             Mobikwik is not providing any solution for the cashback which I was supposed to get when I pay through mobikwik wallet from makemytrip.com website for the flight booking. And post 24 hours of journey I should get the cashback of 200/- but no cashback and no response through their ticketing system and neither no response to calls. One number[protected] from their official website says switched off (Vodafone number is switched off is what IVRS says when we call) and the other number[protected] never gets connected. So how are customer issues gets resolutions? I even raised a ticket with the ticket number # 5856261 through their https://www.mobikwik.com/help link on 24th Jan '16 and now its 7th feb '17. Till now ticket is in pending status.

                            I demand them the answer and the cashback as promised by them to the wallet.

                              I recharged 299 Rs 4 g recharge to my airtel mobile :[protected] . I didn't get any recharge and I lost money . I called several time to mobikwik customer care no body responded . I created several ticket regarding compliant in mobikwik website with out solving problem they closed the ticket. this is very annoying. I called them they are talking very careless. Mobikwik is one the fraud company .Please take action immediately.

It’s sad that in spite of raising the ticket so many times, you still didn’t get an effective solution to your problem. I will keep in mind to avoid Mobikwik app.

                              There is another app in the Google App Store that you can try. I tried a number of websites and apps before installing this app Bill Bachao for mobile recharges and postpaid bill payments. I have been using it since a few weeks now to pay my phone bill. It hasn’t been a problem for me so far. Also, from what I have heard so far from my prepaid user friends, it works well for them too. It recharges the phone in three simple steps and doesn’t eat a lot of data also. It also has a number of other useful features. The best feature of this app is the tracking feature. The app records your calls, data and messages and calculates your usage.                                 I have read complaints over here and was worried even more. I hope issue gets resolved fast. I have made a transaction on may7, 2016 to myntra. Money got debited from mobikwik wallet but transaction got failed on merchant site. I raised a ticket and they said it will get refunded within 10days. But, not yet refunded. Tried calling both the customer care numbers but no response. Not responding gives bad view on you guys. Please keep up your words by resolving issues. And take care of transactions. Please respond. Thanks

                                  Hi Concerned, I had tried to recharge on 11th April for DTH, but not done and money deducted, I have raised request on same day, and continuously I am trying to contact ur team through your APP but not responding, request your special intervention and refund my money on priority.Its 1 month over but still my money not refunded, I am totally disgusted of your services, I use so many apps but never experienced such worse thing ever.

Mobikwik guys not responded properly. I created ticked regarding the issue in their website, no body is responded properly and their end they closed the ticked its shows resolved. It;s very annoyed.
