I ordered xiomi mi phone worth rs 10999 at 26/01/2018 w. R. T that order 3300 supercash been added to mobikwik wallet. Still cant get supercash help me for the same. If i am not liable to take supercash so please cancel my order & return full amount of 10999 back as main balance not supercash. Solve it as soon as possible.

    I have been using mobikwik for around 8 months now. Over this period, i have seen there have been issues with the published content on the offers section. The content has been incomplete or incorrect.
    Off late, there have been too many issues with the services received. On 22 january, 2018, i intended to purchase an irctc ticket and loaded money on the wallet. I then logged in to the irctc.co.in website. Mobikwik was advertising an offer where customers can receive 15% super cash twice. To my shock, there was no mobikwik option to pay. I got in touch with the customer service guys via twitter and they replied they will check into the matter. Nothing has happened till date.
    On another note, there is an offer at hypercity, where you can pay via mobikwik and receive 15% supercash. I did a transaction in mid-january. So i visited hypercity again yesterday. As per my understanding, the supercash should have been utilised during the second transaction. I paid at hypercity via mobikwik yesterday for more than rs. 100 and to my shock, i have not received supercash nor has the existing supercash been utilised. I again complained on twitter and it seems these guys have messed it up.
    So the question that arises, is this the beginning of the end. You need to understand, people use mobikwik only to earn supercash and later use it on purchases.in case you are not able to provide such facilities, i am afraid, there is no point of your existence. People are not looking to load money to a wallet and just pay it.in case we do not receive anything back in return, what's the point?

          I wanted to order some grossery from GROFERS app and tried to pay through MOBIKWIK adding 1000/- rs in my mobikwik account. Later 1000/- got deducted from my bank account and I received an SMS also but this amount never got added in my MOBIKWIK account. I called at my bank's customer care and got to know that it was a successful payment and money transferred to MOBIKWIK and I should contact them for the same. I called MOBIKWIK customer care but no response as they want all the queries to be emailed. Later I do that as well as on 23rd Jan 2018 and I received one TICKET NO. which I took a screen shot and attached here.
          Its been 4 days and I still not received my 1000/- rs back to my bank account. This was the first time I was going to use MOBIKWIK but this unprofessional things happened. They have no value of their customer. 4 days and still no response from their end neither they refunded my amount back to me.
          I want CONSUMER COMPLAINTS to please help me getting my money refund.

            I have recharged for Rs. 398 for my IDEA number [protected], (Transaction ID: 2068885) amount debited and received a payment/recharge successful message in my desktop, but in reality recharge didn't happen and received a SMS to my IDEA number on recharge failure. This is really a headache to use MOBIKWIK wallet. Kindly look into this ASAP

            I'm not able to contact Mobikwik support through phone/e-mail/neither I received a response to my tickets (# 7675828 & # 7694508). E-mail support says "Your message couldn't be delivered to [protected]@mobikwik.com. Their inbox is full". It is quite irritating. Kindly assist and take necessary steps to resolve the issue ASAP.

            I didn't got any solution, however the tickets have been marked as resolved. Where can I find the solution or a response to the ticket created. I didn't get my money back neither a recharge done to my number, how is it resolved then? Kindly help me to get my money back from these THIEVES. I'm feeling guilty on wasting my time creating the tickets in Mobikwik.com and writing a complaint in consumer complaints. I won't leave with out getting my money back. Kindly help people from these BIG CHEATER MOBIKWIK.COM. I request everyone not to use MOBIKWIK.COM for any money transactions, they will loot your money.

            DON'T USE MOBIKWIK WALLET and LOSS YOUR MONEY. I'm going to publish this and update the complaints until I get my money back

              Now, its been about 20 days. This company always changes rules about supercash. I had about 300 supercash in my wallet. After that they change their rules about supercash. Now they say supercash will be applied on recharge and bills. But now this after i got supercash. But its invalid and wrong practice by mobikwik. My ticket no. For complaint 7355130 and 7375675. So due to this i literally lost about 70 rs on 1st transaction also 60 on 2nd transaction. Their customer service is now giving execuses.

                  04292 atm switch cen othpg 359408 mo without my permission please return the amount to my account. It is a fake phone call and cheated me as he is from the sbi, bangalore official. He told that my atm card was blocked and to unblock it tell the card details.

                    I am mobikwik user by the number [protected]. The e-commerce service provider "mobikwik" did forgery by doing a transaction of rs. 508/- from my account. When i launched the complaint on their portal, they were complaining me instead. Now when i was reluctant and argued them on giving me my refund, they disabled my login. This is not the first time that they did a forgery, but now when i was not bending down since it was a large amount transaction, they disabled the login.
                    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                    My recharge was not done but money was deducted from my account. I have done recharge one week back but it was not done even money was also not refunded in my account.

                    I cant open my account when i m using it. It showed some login related error. I think that my account is blocked but there is sum of money about 9619 rupees in it. My a/c attached mobile no. Is [protected]. It also showed en email id problem also.

                        Mobikwik app is not adding smart cash in my transactions as they promise and therefore i am not able to use supercash which i earned using their app. The problem is serious as there is no customer care email or phone where we can address this. I was able to find a number on internet but when i dial that number it says weird email address to contact mobikwik. And their number says that it is temperorily unavailable and ask us to contact this incorrect email address.

                        I received a call from Mobikwik and they asked me to add 5089 Rs in my Mobikwik to resolve this issue. As soon as I added this, 5050 got deducted from my account and only 49 rs are left now. The person introduced himself as Rahul and said he is from Mobikwik and he also sent few messages of OTP from Mobikwik. When I asked him that supercash is still not coming and Rs 5050 balance is also missing, he abused me and disconnected the call.

                              I erroneously done the wrong rechagre on my number for 294 rupees. I want reversal of amount. Number - [protected].
                              I done recharge through mobikwik. I want reversal or atleast give the amount in my main balance of idea number.

                              Transaction was done erroneously in my mobikwik account. I was checking plans and i have balance in my mobikwik wallet. The transaction got done without asking for confirmation of payment. The amount automatically deducted just because by mistake touch on make payment on recharge page. It has not shown any payment to be confirmed from wallet.

                                Having mobikwik account [protected]. I was done an recharge on dated 14 jan 2018 of my jio number [protected] and it was successful i was recieved an massage from mobikwik that cashback of 300₹ will credit in my mobikwik account within 48 hours but still not received and referral cashback of 100₹ dated dated 15 jan 2018 and 50₹ for wallet upgrade not received yet.

                                Need support with you regarding the cash back not received.

                                Request you to help and resolve the same issue asap.

                                  Hi, i am trying to cancel my bus booking for two person out of 5 person for past couple of days, but i could not cancel it as i am getting an error message as "this ticket can't be cancelled at this point of time". I have raised a ticket with mobikwik but they closed it without doing anything. Its really tough for me to reach their customer support as most of the time getting as number does not exist.

                                  Please don't close the ticket without providing solution and help me to fix this issue.

                                        Myself giriraj aggarwal booked hotel in ludhiana on 5th of january 2018 from your site for rs 3012 & rs 3094 was deducted from my bank account but booking was not done it was showing it is not booked due to rare issue and your amount will be credited in your bank account within 7 working days but it has not yet been credited till date i have written on help desk on 12 & 15/01/18 also but no satisfactory reply, i will go to consumer court i am having my bank statement, awaiting a line in reply immediately.
