Myself giriraj aggarwal booked hotel in ludhiana on 5th of january 2018 from your site for rs 3012 & rs 3094 was deducted from my bank account but booking was not done it was showing it is not booked due to rare issue and your amount will be credited in your bank account within 7 working days but it has not yet been credited till date i have written on help desk on 12 & 15/01/18 also but no satisfactory reply, i will go to consumer court i am having my bank statement, awaiting a line in reply immediately.

    Full description :- my uncle received fraud call from no. [protected] on 15th jan 2018 around 4 p. M. He said he is bank manager (Head office) of central bank of india and your debit card has to be renew today if not done than you will be charged rs. 1700/- as renewal fee. So my uncle provided debit card details and also otp number. He had made total three transaction of rs. 34, 996/-. After that when my uncle check the balance from atm, then he got to know that amount has been deducted from his bank. So we went to nearest police station and launch a complaint against this issue. They told us that we will investigate about this and will let you know. Today also number is working, i have call on this number on 16th jan so someone pickup the call and answer the phone. I believe if cyber cell is more pro - active they can catch this # and send him behind the bars. I request to investigate this issue asap, so that no more should be victim of this issue.

    Today morning my uncle received call from this No. [protected]. Saying that we are calling from consumer court, did you complaint to consumer court regarding fraud. they said that you will get refund with in 24hrs. But my uncle said that he was the same guy who called me before as bank manager. So now we again launch complaint against this number.

        Mobikwik had started with supercash as cashback for transactions. This is concept to cheat customers. They have made sure that customers get supercash for almost every transactions. The worst part is that they don’t give you means to redeem your supercash thereby much of your supercash gets wasted since supercash will expire in 3 months time. I have around rs.675 supercash which is waste since i am unable to redeem it. This is one way of cheating customers of their hard earned money.

          This is to inform that a fake transaction of rs 15299 has been done on my credit card on 8th jan 18
          Card and mobile were lost at the same time and two fake transaction of rs 15229 were done on my secondary card no - [protected] were done to mobikwk and pay u money.

          Its a request to plz check and stop the payment as i have already complained to sbi credit card team.

          Mobikwik is cheating with people, for most of the transaction they offer supercash which is fine . But for the next transactions as promised they should use 10-20% from Supercash instead they use 100% from wallet.

          They are looting people.

            My add money transaction failed I opened ticket but not credited to my wallet. Amount already debited from bank account
            Amount Rs: 99.30 /-
            While adding after debit to bank an error 404 occured
            I sent complaint but till now not credited
            Fastly provide credit to wallet!
            Mobikwik disabled my account without any prior intimation. Despite sending them a mail to recover it, i did not get any response from them

                  The company gives cashback on some payments in the form of supercash but unlike other e commerce sites like paytm, freecharge, etc. The supercash cannot be utilised like ready cash. Further the site keeps on changing its policies every now and then and prohibits the cashback given to be utilised as free cash. It has limited its use recently to only local stores which are basically not acceptable for the common people for shopping - there are food outlets but that too limited and being health conscious nobody would like to have outside food regularly. Further outside delhi there are very few options left for customers. Written to mobikwik many times but whereas one can earn supercash but cannot use it indiscrimately. Further as per their faqs only 5% or 10% of the supercash balance can be utilized for one transaction and the validity period although has been increased to 3 months but it does not solve our purpose-normally online transactions are done for bill payments and recharges but mobikwik has discontinued the use of supercash for payments. Cashback should be as good as cash then why restrictions by the company for its usage? I believe it to be an unfair trade practice. If the company is going to eat up our cashback money it should not go in for offers at all. Please look into the matter at the earliest with immediate action - the company's policies are against public interest

                  In continuation Mobikwik keeps on changing its policies for use of supercash only in a limited amount and at limited local stores -had we known that it would be changing these policies of burning supercash we would not have transacted at mobikwik at all-cashbacks usage cannot be restricted by companies since it is our money and should be allowed its use as good as cash-no other companyt cheats like this-mobikwik is following unfair trade practices since last December to fill its own pockets by making our cashbacks redundant by fixing restrictions on its use and expiry-hopeless people managing the company

                  Mobikwik should be forced to refund all supercash to our wallet like Paytm and Freecharge show all cashbacks in cash wallets and don't treat them separately-the Company is a fraud tricking customers everytime -Govt. should take action against such a company and stop its operations after refunding all cashbacks and wallet balances to customers

                    I have opened an account with mobikwik for e-wallet. I added rs5000/- into this wallet. Since last two days i am urgently trying to use this money for a payment to online shopping. Every time after login it is saying otp has been sent to your mobile number, but its never coming. This has cause mental stress. Loss of my valuable time in again and again trying to complete the payment through mobikwik.

                    Today I received call from Mobikwik, two persons called, within gap of two hour. First person said we will return money in your account. But he was asking for my "debit card number" and it's "expiry date". Second person called and he was asking for debit card number and "debit card CVV number". When I refuse to share these detail they refuse to assist. I also told them that I had added money in Mobikwik wallet through online banking and I can give the same account number, but they were not ready to listen.
                    Asking for "debit card number", "card expiry date", "debit card CVV number" is illegal and against the banking regulation rule.
                    I am a central government employee. I am working under Department of Atomic Energy, which comes directly under Prime Minister Office. I have suffered harassment at the hand of Mobikwik, I seek compensation along with my money. If matter is not resolved urgently I will write to the ministry of consumer affairs, government of India.

                    Previously I got call from Mobikwik, they were asking for my debit card number, it's expiry date and CVV number which I refused to give. I told them to return my money in the same account through which I had added money in my Mobikwik wallet. I was also ready to give my account number.
                    Today I saw my Mobikwik account it's showing zero balance, no refund has been made to me till now. This is illegal.
                    I demand compensation along with my Rs 5000/- which I had in my Mobikwik wallet but it's not showing anymore there, from these people.

                    Mobikwik has committed wrong, first by not allowing me to use my money Rs 5000/- in its wallet. second, without making any purchase from my Mobikwik wallet its now showing zero rupees when in reality it should be Rs 5000/-.
                    If matter is not resolved soon, I will take them to the court. Not only they will have to make refund but will also have to pay compensation for harassment and fraud. I will also write about this fraud on other public forums making Mobikwik fraud exposed.

                      I ordered redmi y1from mi store and made transaction through mobikwik and my 10999 rs are deducted from my boi account. But as mobile is out of stock i don't get mobile.
                      I contacted to mi customer service via conversation, they are saying that as order id is not generated. Hence they did not receive any payment regarding online transaction.

                      They also mention that payment is done through mobikwik, so they are responsible to refund your money. After that i tried to contact mobikwik but unable to contact them.

                      Proceed my complaint as early as possible.

                        Mobikwik discontinued supercash transactions via recharge & bill payments without any intimation..

                        Mobikwik says we can only use them at petrol pumps & loca stores but i don't use petrol pumps & local stores for any type of transactions..

The status of the webpage shows invalid, but money was deducted from my bank account and still not credited into the mobikwik wallet.                               Compare to freecharge riddler redbus.. Mobikwik are one of the cheated mobile application which I ever seen.

                              Please make it close as early as possible.

                                My mobikwik account has been disabled and i have initiated a mail to mobikwik on last month and i have submitted all the required documents which they have requested. I have written 40+ mails no one is responding properly and more over customer care call center is also not there. My money has been strucked in the wallet and iam in financial problems. No one is responding for the mails and calls. I don't no how to handle in this case. Can anybody help on this,!?

                                I transferred rs 5000 from my wife's mobikwik account to my mobikwik account. But mobikwik has deducted 5000rs from my mobikwik account. It's more than a month that I am begging for justice through mail to nodal officer and legal cell. But nobody resolved my complaint. Customer care number is not working.

                                  I made payment on 30th dec 2017 at local outlet through mobikwik app via scanning the code.

                                  There is the mobikwik running offer on 5% supercash consumption on payment at local store /dairy which i have attached as images.

                                  But there is no consumption of 5% of my existing supercash on this payment.

                                  Whole money was deducted from my wallet & my supercash wasn't used.

                                  They give me 15/ supercash. As per offer you don't get supercash but you can use supercash.

                                  Honestly as per the offer i want 5% consumption of supercash on this transaction & don't want to get supercash.

                                  Please deduct money from my existing supercash in this transaction.

                                  Also i complain on this at mobikwik help section but they are ignoring my complaint with laziness as per ticket id #7525936.

                                  You can see their replies in this ticket are just copy paste type.

                                  They don't want to go through the issue because they are wrong & also because they know they are cheating in this case.

                                  I request you to go deeply through the issue & refund me.

                                  Mobikwik wallet is a group of fraud people. They give you cashback in the form of supercash which keeps on accumulating but don't let the users use this cash. Their license must be seized.

                                    I am a regular user of mobikwik and i use in in my iphone since in ios app hotel booking option is not available so i logged in my account in an android device. It was working fine till yesterday but today i am getting user disabled. I need to do an urgent transaction please recover my account asap. My registered email id is [protected]@gmail.com
                                    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
                                    I booked my ticket on IRCTC app and made payment through my debit card. IRCTC already have mobikwik wallet attached as payment method. After that I cancelled these tickets. Till today there are no whereabouts of refund.

                                      I have done electricity bill payment (Rs. 1170/-) from mobikwik on[protected]. But still my electricity bill was showing not paid it means still the same bill generating after payment also.
                                      Money was not transferred to electricity department but deducted from my account.
                                      Let me know the processing will be for how many days.
                                      Kindly look into this and do the needfull at the earliest.
