    Total charge 400+6 rs

    Because of waiting list ticket automatically cancelled.
    But mobikwik refund only 100rs
    Amount paid through ccav[protected] refund [protected]@493868
    Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
    Yesterday 15/12/2017 11:16AM I recharged My Dish TV VC worth ₹832 for 3 Months SUPER FAMILY PACK and FAMILY HD ADD-ON via Mobikwik Mobile Wallet App but My Dish TV not recharged yet. Then I contacted DISH TV as well as Mobikwik but both the services asked me to wait for 24 Hours but still they are making fool to me.

      I have used mobikwik wallet to pay irctc for booking food twice in irctc catering app on same day (August 24, 2017). Money has been deducted both the times but the booking failed. I have raised the complaint to irctc for which they have replied that they didn't receive any money. Then i have raised the complaint to mobikwik in the app with ticket #7009877. They took 2 months time and informed me that the money refund has been initiated to the bank (Sbi) with arn[protected]. I still didn't receive my money back. I have added money to my mobikwik wallet with debit card and tried to pay irctc. How in the world that mobikwik initiated to refund my money to the account but not to my wallet. Today is december 15th, 2017 and still i didn't receive my money. I want the full details of the amount that mobikwik initiated to refund. There is no phone number also to contact them directly regarding this issue.
      Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
      I recharge my Airtel no. by rupees 149 with mobikwik on 25 Oct 2017 but it is not successful.
      I request for refund from mobikwik two to three times since then but sad thing is they never reply to me and not refund my money. This type of problem i always have with mobikwik. Is this the time to stop using mobikwik. It sucks...

        I made a payment for rs 580/ to mobikwik on 30.11.2017. I made a purchase thru mobikwik from goafers on 30.11.17 for rs 524/. Mobikwik neither shows this transaction nor my main balance rs 56/ or casback in my account. When goafers are showing such entries
        How mobikwik does not show such entries. This is a fair case of. Money laundering as mobikwik staff gives a funny reply as she mentioned that royalty amount *and not main balance. I hope a senior manager will look into my genius complaints. Regards, mukesh kumar tyagi mob regd [protected]

          Sir in my mobiwiki app when i want to enter my phone no and password. It shows user is disable.. How can i enable it.. I want to use tha app bec i have some money on it.. My e_mail id is [protected]@gmail.com

            I booked train ticket on nov 29, 2017. But after payment getting message booking failed. My amount is refunded in mobikwik wallet rs. 2087. I am going to transfer my balance to my bank account but didn't transfer. Showing rs 2149 for transaction. After that i added rs. 100 extra then going to transfer but again showing new message rs. 2240 for this transaction. What is this. I need my amount. I mailed mobikwik rise complaint on their help section. But still no resolution no reply by mobikwik.
            Why?
            You are unable to booked ticket so why adding features make my trip goibibo etc. I want my amount in my bank account. Not your wallet. Because here total waste my amount.

                My id is [protected]@gmail.com and my registered mobile number is [protected] i made irctc ticket on irctc and payment done by using mobikwik gateway, after cancelation of my ticket according to irctc statement they have already refunded amount on date 12/12/2017 but it does not transfer in my account transaction id:[protected] and cancelation id:[protected]
                I have tried to contact customer support but not able to reach them
                I have also submit ticket of complaint on your site it's showing processing from a long time

                        I am a loyal user of mobikwik, my mobikwik account with [protected]

                        I have transferred the amount from wallet to my bank account with rs. 4850 on 27/11/2017,
                        But by mistakenly i was written wrong bank account number “[protected]” instead of correct account number “[protected]”.

                        After that have immediate contact to mobikwik team for resolve the issue and your team said to me txn got successful and credited to bank please get it touch with your bank,

                        After that i approached to bank and i requested to them for wrong account transferred,
                        After my request icici bank central team reversed the same imps to mobikwik with imps id : imps[protected] as on dated 02/12/2017.

                        But amount is still not credited in source wallet of [protected].

                        I am getting frustrated with this issue please help and resolve and back credit to amount in my mobikwik wallet account.

                          I, sarita baid, have made payment of my electricity bill of bses, delhi of rs. 920 through online net banking from my state bank of india savings account through your mobikwik application on 17th november, 2017. The amount has been immediately debited from my bank account but has till date not been paid to the bses neither i have got refund of the failed transaction till date. My next month electricity bill is now again due for payment along with the old bill. Transaction number of the payment is othpg 925869 mobikwik gurgaon. Kindly immediately reimburse my amount to my bank account.

                                Today i tried to add rs 6000 to my wallet but it was not added and debited for bank transfer recovery. I have no idea what this is. I have compained many time to mobikwik but they always give same reply.

                                I was trying to create account in mobikwik by [protected]@gmail.com. After entering the data System throws message 'userid exists'. So I had tried to login with similar id in mobikwik. But When trying to login system flashes a message 'user is disabled'. Kindly look into the matter.

                                  I am not able to use the super cash which i earned through this application due to changed terms and conditions as super cash is only availed by few merchants bit those merchants are not available in my city. So i can use my super cash. Waste of money and time. Please provide the resolution for this kind of issue, why the terms and conditions are changed completely when there no equal distribution of merchants in different cities.
