Myself parameshwaran m, had become a victim of fraud call from bank and by asking debit card details and otp, someone had used my debit card of canara bank and tranfser money. I had register a complaint in frazertown police station, bangalore and at consulting the bank, i came to know that the fraud person had transfer 20000 rupees in mobikwik. The transaction no. Is [protected] dated 13th march, 2018 around 5:20 pm. Here i am attaching photo of police complaint and bank statement which shows the transaction no of the transfer and bank account details. Kindly do needful and guide me further to take necessary steps to get my money back, thanking you.

I was booking a railway ticket on 3th March 2018 from IRCTC.my id is 'singh_s789' . Rs.1120 has been deducted but ticket has still not booked and my has not been refunded. Transaction no. is [protected] which is given to me by the bank. So please refund my money asap.

Today morning I made a recharge for my phone ...money was detucted by recharge is not done till now...I have checked with my network operator..they reported that no transaction was made...I either need a refund or recharge to my number

    These people are ignoring my several request to update my KYC as per guidelines despite govt notifications. Paytm has done good job in updating KYC but these people are torturing costumers by not updating KYC.         My account ID [protected]@gmail.com and number is [protected]. My account is disabled without any notification from the company. I have 1300 rupee in this account. Customer care is not responding. Very bad experience. Please enable this account as soon as possible. What to do now?

          Payment to makemytrip was done of amount 10919 on 3rd march with order id lmbk[protected]. The payment was failed and refund was initiated. I had complained on mobikwik app.in history i can see refund from makemytrip on 5th march but there is no money added to my wallet or the bank account. The refund id sent by mobikwik is wap_lmbk[protected].
          Mobikwik customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.

            I payed electricity bill of Rs 1130 from mobikwik . Even after 4 days no confirmation received from Maharshtra electricity board . Complaint mobikwik about it, they asked to raise complaint in BBPS by adding trasaction ID. After entering transaction ID in BBPS it give error message ' something not working'. No further response from mobikwik. customer care no. is invalid.

              I ordered an item using myntra app and paid them using mobikwik app, my money was debited by mobikwik app but when i returned the order, my money was not credited back to my account and the biggest issue is that they are not replying to my complaint messages, its been many days and they have not responded me for my queries, i request to please look into my issue

                Hello, i want to inform you that an amount of ₹1121 had been debited from my sbi bank account while making a transaction through mobikwik on[protected] but in mobikwik it shows zero balance whereas money had already debited from my bank account. So i want to request you that please help me refund my amount as soon as possible.

My mobikwik account is blocked for no reason it shows that (Error user is disabled) i want to know the reason why is my account is blocked and i have linked my aadhaar also to my account still my account is blocked i tried getting help from app section but it not allowing me to file a ticket in mobikwik app and am facing this issue from a week.
                  Am sharing the screen shot about the error of login kindly check on and unlock my mobikwik account asap and i need a confirmation why the hell my account was blocked.

                    3 days ago i added rs 10, 000 cash to my mobikwik wallet. I had a super cash balance of more than rs 3000. 2 days ago i received a sms from mobikwik to keep bank account details handy and verify. Since 2 days my app login directly takes me to a screen to update my bank details. Upon submitting required information, the update is unsuccessful with error screen "some technical issue encountered. Try again after sometime". Same error occurs when i tried multiple times over last 2 days. Unfortunately the help/customer care too is inaccessible through app as all other things except bank detail update are blocked. How can i reach customer care and resolve my problem?

                    The issue remains unsolved even after 45 days.
                    The first complaint raiised with MobiKwik support was pending for 29 days and they simply closed the complaint on 30th day without offering any solution or explanation. The system did not allow me to re-open the complaint.
                    I opened a fresh complaint and now running 15th day.
                    Meanwhile I am unable to use the MobiKwik App with huge cash balance and Supercash stuck at MobiKwik.
                    I tries to pay PSPCL electricity bill through, obikwik.

                    i added 4642.50 rupees from my credit card but the money is deducted and wallet still showa 0 rupees. the customer care phone numbers of mobikwik are not working. i addedd complaint on their portal 2 days back i didnt get any reply.
                    I had submitted 2 screenshots as one of my transaction history on 3 Rd March and my mpassbook o[censored]co bank history so you can see my mobikwik history is not showing the money withdraw ... So I there after request u to give back my money to my mobikwik wallet..

                      Whenever i try to verify my aadhar card via otp it says no mobile is linked to the the aadhar. But my aadhar is linked with my mobile number. Without knowing about this i have already added money amounting 1020 rs to my wallet. Now i cannot send money to someone or recharge myself. I tried to contack mobikwik customer care number but it says that they are updating the customer care service and the call ends. I want my money back. Please help me to get out this problem

                      Mobiwiki is a fraud app they are fooling people like anything by saying cash is saved but really not they are using our money and not adding money in main balance.

                        Hi. I am facing a transaction related issue. I tried to make transaction from icici bank credit card. First two times transaction failed. I received failed sms in my mobile no. But third times i recveived sms transaction made succesful. Amount rs 7000/- was debited from my icici credit card in the name of mobikwik inr. But said amount not added in wallet. Three times transaction details through mobikwik platform are below.
                        Mobikwik invoice summary order for 1st transaction = 8941edab6b6f mobikwik invoice summary order for 2nd transaction = 8942edab565f mobikwik invoice summary order for 3rd transaction = 8943edab6b5f

                        From icici bank side successful transanction happened in the name of mobikwik inr and bill has been already generated. Now tell me why i have to pay the crdit card bill of that amount when money has not been added into wallet.

                          Dear sir, i hade recharged on postpaid mobile number [protected] of amounting rs. 677. On dated 10.3.18 but accidantally i have entered wrong mobile number insted of correct mobile no [protected].
                          So it is requested to you plz recharge on correct mobile number if you not able to do this plz cancled my recharges and returend ny amount in my wallet so i can do anathor recharge.

                            1. Transaction id: 566a615af69a3 for rs.2500. 2.. Transaction id: 566a64af92877 for rs.2500. I have paid a merchant through mobikwik with the above mentioned transaction reference numbers. My card account has been debited on 05.03.2018 itself but the amount not credited to the merchant. Now as on 09.03.2018 the amount is neither credited to the merchant nor credited back to my card account. When tried to contact mobikwik they have a mobile number which gets disconnected after the ivrs. So being a service provider they don't have a dedicated helpline number. I could not reach them over phone so i sent a mail for which i have not got any reply. Please help me to get back my money.

                                      I added rs 910 from my bank account to mobikwik wallet to make a payment of rs 910 towards mseb. While going ahead with the payment initially i got a message that the payment was successful but then immediately i got a message that the payment was declined. The money was deducted but hasnt been refunded to either my wallet balance or my bank account.
                                      I have raised a complaint in your help section but to no use. There is no contact no and no email id to even connect. Pathetic customer service.
                                      Pls look into the matter and resolve it.
