Full description :- my uncle received fraud call from no. [protected] on 15th jan 2018 around 4 p. M. He said he is bank manager (Head office) of central bank of india and your debit card has to be renew today if not done than you will be charged rs. 1700/- as renewal fee. So my uncle provided debit card details and also otp number. He had made total three transaction of rs. 34, 996/-. After that when my uncle check the balance from atm, then he got to know that amount has been deducted from his bank. So we went to nearest police station and launch a complaint against this issue. They told us that we will investigate about this and will let you know. Today also number is working, i have call on this number on 16th jan so someone pickup the call and answer the phone. I believe if cyber cell is more pro - active they can catch this # and send him behind the bars. I request to investigate this issue asap, so that no more should be victim of this issue.

Updated by Sachinam Today morning my uncle received call from this No. [protected]. Saying that we are calling from consumer court, did you complaint to consumer court regarding fraud. they said that you will get refund with in 24hrs. But my uncle said that he was the same guy who called me before as bank manager. So now we again launch complaint against this number.
