    I am doing transaction with bookmyshow, 10 percent of my super cash is not getting added to the transaction so please clear this problem. My email i'd is [protected]@gmail.com. Even i am trying with other websites which accepts mobikwik but 10 percent of super cash is not reducing. I am facing this problem in bookmyshow, ticketnew, tapzoo apps. I am having super cash of rs800.

      0n 2nd december 2017 i have made payment at local store using mobikwik wallet for the amount of rs.130

      Here i have already supercash amount of rs.1014 in my account. According to their supercash terms and conditions 20% of supercash should be deducted from supercash but no single rupee was deducted instead that i got supercash of rs.7 for the same transaction. I complained on the app they continue to give dumb reply that the offer is available on the updated app. Fortunately i updated the app in the morning only and while making the payment got the notification to get 20% on payment to local store.

      Ticket no. 7346774, i was trying to make gas bill payment but super cash was not getting used. I complained on app, they gave various reasons like update of app. Worst reason they gave that "supercash will only be consumed once per connection per calendar month. We found that you have already consumed your supercash for the same no.in the current month"
      While making hurry for reply, they forgot to check that the bill which i was talking is mahanagar gas, which was never paid till date, because once paid you can not pay it again.
      Then after realising that their manipulative and fraud intension is exposed, they reverted back to their standard reply that update the app, which i already done before doing this transaction.
      Then herecomes the real face of mobikwik the fraud company, they wrote "as per updated tnc, utilization of supercash on recharge and bill payment have been discontinued."

      So after all they proved that they are the fraud. I request everyone to just check and lodge complain against mobikwik. From now onwards no one will be able to use the super cash effectively.
      I added 4000 to pay electricity bill but in wallet history its showing wallet debit against bank transfer recovery. What is the meaning of recovery. I never took any loan or any amount from mobikwik then for which recovery they deducted amount.
      I filed complaint on mobikwik also but they are very slow. Ticket # : 7344654
      This mobilkwik is worlds number one fraud company. you can never use supercash, they have their own terms and conditions. YOU will go mad with their conditions and it varies from each transaction. You can use mobikwik only for convenience if you think u will save some money with their cashback offers, then you are a fool. They recently say that you cannot use your supercash for recharges and bill payments which is absolute rubbish, as most o[censored]s use these wallets for recharges and bill payments. SO BE AWARE!!!

        Mobikwik is cheating on customers with this so called"super cash" concept where in you have different options to earn super cash and thats it. There is no way you will be able to spend it.in their website its clearly said

        "except the recharge and bill payments category, 10% of your available supercash balance will be used in every transaction" and its not what they are doing

        I recently booked movie ticket through bookmyshow and on the payment page in mobikwik i didnt not enter any promo code and proceeded to pay. Before it automatically deducts 10% of existing supercash, however now it wont, instead it just credits supercash which you wont be able to use. Please see the reply below from mobikwik customer care

        Dear user, greetings from mobikwik! We understand your concern regarding usage of supercash transactions. We would like to inform you that if you have received the supercash on your transaction, then your existing supercash would not be utilised on the same transaction. As per record you have received the supercash of your transaction due to this reason you cannot utilised supercash. Thank you for being a valued member. Thanks team mobikwik

          Yesterday i have made payment at local store using mobikwik wallet for the amount of rs.104

          Here i have already supercash amount of rs.948 in my account. According to their supercash terms and conditions 20% of supercash should be deducted from supercash but no single rupee was deducted instead that i got supercash of rs.10 for the same transaction (About this cash back they didn’t mentioned anywhere)

          If i always get supercash wherever i make payment using mobikwik wallet, then where to use and what is the use of stupid supercash amount.

          Please don’t cheat me like this and revert my wallet amount for the mentioned transaction asap.

            While using mobikwik application there was a automatic deduction of amount from my wallet... So plese check what is the error and solve the problem as soon as possible... And unblock my mobikwik wallet it was urgent... So plzzz give some feedback about my complaint and help me for using mobikwik application again...               The biggest fraud payment gateway. I first lost 11, 565/- when i tried transacting on mobikwik. Finally after 20 days i got that money into my mobikwik wallet. And now my account has been disabled. Wt*!! It's 11k!!! And you just block my account with out any notification and reason.
              I have been behind this amount from almost a month now. How many more days do you want me to wait? Pls refund my amount and shut down your damn company. Good for nothing.

                  Dear sir/madam,
                  I recd. Below message on my mobile no.[protected]:
                  “rs. 8589 is due for payment on account of an inaccurate bank transfer. Add rs. 8589 more to your wallet by 15th nov 2017 to clear your dues and avoid legal action. For clarifications, email us at [protected]@mobikwik.com.”

                  Please note that i had transferred said amount to pnb a/c no.[protected] of my relative. But system of mobikwik returned back the same amount to my wallet showing unsuccessful transaction. But on the other hand amount was successfully transferred to my relative's saving a/c.
                  I had never intention of cheating someone else or nor will be in future.
                  Anyhow, whenever i came to know payment is getting transferred to bank account despite failure message to me and returning the same in my wallet, i felt that that something wrong has happened and i immediately tried to contact on mobikwik's customer care. But their customer care numbers shown that these are being upgraded. Whenever, i tried to contact through email us link, then their system shown that this wallet account is disabled. Thereafter, i tried to load my wallet with this amount so that whenever they will come to know of this, they will be able to deduct the same from my wallet. But wallet was also disabled by them and i was again unable to load amount in wallet. Now, you can understand that what else could i do?
                  They never tried to contact me over phone or email regarding this issue despite they had all these details already with them.
                  Now, i contacted my relative in whose account amount was transferred, she told me that they have already taken a lien for the same amount of rs.8589.00 on her pnb bank account.
                  Thereafter, i have already loaded rs.8600/- in wallet on 11/11/2017 of which their system immediately deducted the said amount of rs.8589/- from wallet.
                  From the same date, i am regularaly emailing and contacting them over phone for clearing lien on my relative's pnb a/c no.[protected].
                  But they are not replying to any email and no satisfactory answer is being received over phone.
                  I have severally emailed them at their id's.
                  Mails id's are as below :

                    On december 4 2017, i added 626 rs. To my wallet and the moment it got added, an unreasonable deduction occurred of 604 rs.

                    I go to check my history there it gives me 'no invoice data found' for that deduction. There in history i find a similar transaction that had occurred on may 16 2017 which also auto deducted an amount of 396 rs.

                    I also complained via customer chat process where they sent an auto response for waiting while customer care will look and revert in two working days. I tried their customer care contact number but i got a response that they are still updating their system.

                    I have lost my 1, 000 rs.in this fraud app. I demand them to refund my money back as soon as possible. I am never gonna use this app again and i request everyone not to use this as it will just loot you by auto deducting amounts and then you will be searching for some answers on consumer complaint sites like i am doing now.
                    And to mobikwik - refund back my money asap.

                        I have transferred amount rs 1800 to mobikwik wallet number [×6××××××××] in place of mobikwik walllet number [x5xxxxxxxx] due to mistake, transaction is still in pending state.
                        So, please refund this amount into my mobikwik account number corresponding to transaction reference id given below.

                          I had recently paid rs.1530 at medplus website using mobikwit wallet that time i had supercash amount of more than rs. 200 in my wallet but single rupee was not deducted from my supercash amount.
                          Then no point in having or getting supercash into wallet. Please resolve this issue and allow me to use or utilize my supercash otherwise i will lose my hard earned money as cashback into supercash.

                            Yesterday i installed mobikwik app and logged in and recharged my wallet with 10k and after that i transffered 4k first later a few minutes after again transffered 1k again to my saving account central bank of india remainining was 5k in the wallet and again i thought to transfer 5k to my saving bank account but there occured a message that is (there is only 5k limit per day to transfer ) so i just got exit from the app and again when i opened the app the wallet was having 0 balance .The amount was deducted automatically from my wallet so please check for the inconvenience happend ...

                                Today[protected] i added rs 6000 in my mobikwik wallet to transfer money to some friend. After adding money when i tried to log in my mobikwik wallet it showed user disabled without any reason. I tried to call the costumer care but no one answered the call and after some time the route was busy. My account was registered with only mobile number and not email. I cannot post my phone number here due to security reason. It would be good if some official reach me for more information. I would like to get refund of my rs. 6000 in my bank account. I was not expecting this kind of service from mobikwik. Kindly look in my matter and solve my issue. My wallet no [protected]

                                  I am not using mobikwik wallet account since couple of months and having balance of 0. Even then, i have received the following message yesterday:

                                  "rs. 1000 is due for payment on account of an inaccurate bank transfer. Add rs. 1000 more to your wallet by 5th dec 2017 to clear your dues and avoid legal action. For clarifications, email us at [protected]@mobikwik.com."

                                  I tried to log the ticket to permanently close my mobikwik account but getting standard reply that "we understand that you want to delete bank account details of the beneficiary. We would like to inform you that bank account details can not be deleted once added to your wallet." after re-opening the ticket two times, now i am not able to login into the account.

                                  Asking the user in such a way to add money to the wallet is totally unfair, when there is no notification sent to the registered email id or to the mobile app.

                                  I tried contacting mobikwik customer care support at +91 [protected]. However, the IVR is saying that they are in process updating their system and contact center details. You can currently reach out to Help section through online web site or mobile app. And, I cannot do so as they have disabled my account.

                                  I suggest you to log a ticket to disable the account and stay alert for any notification from their end.

                                      I tried booking an hotel on makemytrip through mobikwik. My mobikwik wallet dint have enough funds so i tried loading the necessary 11, 000 using my debit card. My card has been debited of 11, 565/- but my mobikwik wallet has not been credited. It's been 20 days since this happened and hasn't been resolved yet. Mobikwik has no customer care center and they don't even take complaints from customers.

                                      This happens with everyone. Such a fradulent site. Should challenge them legally. We shud teach them a lesson.

                                        Hi i am trying to contact your customer service but i did not get any response in the last 12 hours i made a bus booking from hyderabad - pune on november 26 21:50. I got the confirmation that bus is booked but when i am in the boarding point the bus has arrived but the bus contact person said that my reservation is not made for that bus and they are saying why did i book through mobikwik due to that i had to miss the bus to pune and i was unable to attend the office i need to speak to one of your representative about this situation.

                                        If this is not responded i will try to publish it in my twitter account/social networking about my situation which caused so much inconvenience to the passenger i want to get to your attention to avoid this for any future passengers.
