In order to add money in wallet i pay money to moobikwk through net banking and money not added in my wallet and while i am calling customercare there is no response. Now i have lost 2000 rupees how i can get.. Please add the money in my wallet quickly as possible.. On today morning this incident took place i called customer care several times but no response from them..

    I had pay electricity bill of 730 rs and it said recharge successful and money debited from my bank account by adding it in wallet, however recharge didn't happen, 7-8 days are gone but no response from mobikwik, worst experience in my life.

    No one attend customer care call by mobikwik. I am totally frustrated now. Using this app is headache to me now.

    Please solve the complaint earlier.

    I recharged my jio number with amount of rs. 399 using JIOGIFT promo code. It has been 3 days after that. But i have not received my cashback till now.

      For last 3 days - everyday, i am being told that i have asked to resend otp for 3 times even if i do it for once.
      So i am denied access to my account. I have lodged complaints through help and there is no reply.
      I request now to know to which authority i should approach to redress my complaint against mobikwik.
      I have balance in my wallet. So i fear that it is going to be misappropriated by blocking my account login.

        I have an account in mobikwik with following details. Md raihan, [protected]. Generally i didn't use it much. Suddenly in recent past i was trying to access my account and gave incorrect pin multiple times in hurry so my account got locked. Since then i have been trying hard with mobikwik support to unblock my account but they are asking me to upload self signed pan card or aadhar card and bank statement in which mobikwik debit or credit info is available. I contacted multiple times and uploaded documents but no response unfortunately. I have rs 399 stuck over there, unable to do anything with that. I didn't understand what kind of process mobikwik is following to unblock or it's a scam to take out public money. Kindly help and take appropriate action against them to get my money back.             I paid my electricity bill of ₹460 towards MSEB, CONSUMER NO.[protected], BILLING UNIT-4236 through mobikwik wallet on 5 jan 2018.But it is showing unpaid and added in a current bill as a pending amount including late charges(Extra ₹10), what can i do now.Resolve my issue.I also mailed these complaint messeges to [protected]@mobikwik.com and [protected]@mobikwik.com from which [protected]@mobikwik.com showing receipents inbox full and not any response from another mail id.

                I have made my hotel room bookings in sun-n-sand hotel, shirdi on[protected] and[protected].
                While booking my room i have applied coupon code hotel80 and i have got super cash about 4500 + 4500 = total 9000 super cash. Unfortunately, the super cash is not get credited to my account even after completing 24 hrs of my check-in. My booking ids are as follow [protected] and [protected].
                I trying hard to contact customer care people of mobikwik but all the numbers and email id's shown in this company site are not working.

                I never thought this is such a fraud company, they are openly cheating people. Please take some legal action on this company and get my money back.

                    Mobikwik has disabled my account without reason. Being out of town i had to pay the school fee of my kids online through fee on time app. When i tried to pay the fee through the application, i found it linked to mobikwik. I was already having an account with mobikwik. But mobikwik displayed user disabled message and i had a tough time to ensure the school fee is paid at the school counters in time.

                    Kindly let me know why my account with mobikwik has been disabled. And how to re-activate it.

                    I have done many transactions for which I the dupercash was not deducted even 1% .concept of Supercash is cheating the people...worst wallet ever...

                      Respected sir/madam,
                      I recharged my number [protected] on 27/01/2018 but amount deducted and recharge not received. I talked idea cellular but they said to we are sorry, a payment or recharge made through a third party website does not show in our system. So we are unable to check the details of the recharge you have mentioned in the enquiry. Please contact the customer care of the third party website you have used for a recharge who will be able to assist you further. Then i called customer care of mobikwik but all the given numbers not reachable and online customer care of mobikwik also not connecting. And online customer care ticket no is 7768234 and 7744434 of mobikwik find the attached transition i'd[protected] i recharged [protected] number by 398 plan.
                      But recharge not done idea account.
                      Please solve that problem as soon as possible.

                        Mobikwik.com is a cheating website, don't recommend for it. I have recharged for 398 and it said recharge successful and money debited from my bank account by adding it in wallet, however recharge didn't happen. I have raised 2 tickets and without providing me a solution, they marked it as resolved. Where to see the solution they provided when they mark a ticket as resolved. Cheaters. I'm not able to contact them via e-mail or phone. Even if i raise a ticket, few days they will keep it in in progress status and mark it as resolved after few days, without even writing a reply or notifying me. This is ridiculous. I need my money back

                            I had made an trasanction of ₹770 in which i jave added 770 in my wallet but instead of adding 770, mobikwik deducted my entire amount and after enquiring about yhe same they are saying that they have recovered some amoung for a transaction done on 04/10/2016.
                            I didnt remember any such type of transaction and also i have doubt that they have tempered the transaction history.
                            If there was any such type of fees to be recovered from my account then they should have informed me about the same via sms or email. But they have not informed me till date about any such charge that too about a transaction which was made before one and half year.

                              I ordered xiomi mi phone worth rs 10999 at 26/01/2018 w. R. T that order 3300 supercash been added to mobikwik wallet. Still cant get supercash help me for the same. If i am not liable to take supercash so please cancel my order & return full amount of 10999 back as main balance not supercash. Solve it as soon as possible.

                                I have been using mobikwik for around 8 months now. Over this period, i have seen there have been issues with the published content on the offers section. The content has been incomplete or incorrect.
                                Off late, there have been too many issues with the services received. On 22 january, 2018, i intended to purchase an irctc ticket and loaded money on the wallet. I then logged in to the irctc.co.in website. Mobikwik was advertising an offer where customers can receive 15% super cash twice. To my shock, there was no mobikwik option to pay. I got in touch with the customer service guys via twitter and they replied they will check into the matter. Nothing has happened till date.
                                On another note, there is an offer at hypercity, where you can pay via mobikwik and receive 15% supercash. I did a transaction in mid-january. So i visited hypercity again yesterday. As per my understanding, the supercash should have been utilised during the second transaction. I paid at hypercity via mobikwik yesterday for more than rs. 100 and to my shock, i have not received supercash nor has the existing supercash been utilised. I again complained on twitter and it seems these guys have messed it up.
                                So the question that arises, is this the beginning of the end. You need to understand, people use mobikwik only to earn supercash and later use it on purchases.in case you are not able to provide such facilities, i am afraid, there is no point of your existence. People are not looking to load money to a wallet and just pay it.in case we do not receive anything back in return, what's the point?

                                      I wanted to order some grossery from GROFERS app and tried to pay through MOBIKWIK adding 1000/- rs in my mobikwik account. Later 1000/- got deducted from my bank account and I received an SMS also but this amount never got added in my MOBIKWIK account. I called at my bank's customer care and got to know that it was a successful payment and money transferred to MOBIKWIK and I should contact them for the same. I called MOBIKWIK customer care but no response as they want all the queries to be emailed. Later I do that as well as on 23rd Jan 2018 and I received one TICKET NO. which I took a screen shot and attached here.
                                      Its been 4 days and I still not received my 1000/- rs back to my bank account. This was the first time I was going to use MOBIKWIK but this unprofessional things happened. They have no value of their customer. 4 days and still no response from their end neither they refunded my amount back to me.
                                      I want CONSUMER COMPLAINTS to please help me getting my money refund.

                                        I have recharged for Rs. 398 for my IDEA number [protected], (Transaction ID: 2068885) amount debited and received a payment/recharge successful message in my desktop, but in reality recharge didn't happen and received a SMS to my IDEA number on recharge failure. This is really a headache to use MOBIKWIK wallet. Kindly look into this ASAP

                                        I'm not able to contact Mobikwik support through phone/e-mail/neither I received a response to my tickets (# 7675828 & # 7694508). E-mail support says "Your message couldn't be delivered to [protected]@mobikwik.com. Their inbox is full". It is quite irritating. Kindly assist and take necessary steps to resolve the issue ASAP.

                                        I didn't got any solution, however the tickets have been marked as resolved. Where can I find the solution or a response to the ticket created. I didn't get my money back neither a recharge done to my number, how is it resolved then? Kindly help me to get my money back from these THIEVES. I'm feeling guilty on wasting my time creating the tickets in Mobikwik.com and writing a complaint in consumer complaints. I won't leave with out getting my money back. Kindly help people from these BIG CHEATER MOBIKWIK.COM. I request everyone not to use MOBIKWIK.COM for any money transactions, they will loot your money.

                                        DON'T USE MOBIKWIK WALLET and LOSS YOUR MONEY. I'm going to publish this and update the complaints until I get my money back
