Mobikwik has given an offer of RS.2100 wallet money on purchase of HP laptops. Customer tops-up his/her MobiKwik wallet by Rs. 350. Customer needs to enter voucher code while topping up his wallet by Rs. 350. MobiKwik will put additional Rs. 350 in customer’s wallet, so total amount in wallet will be Rs. 700. This scheme is from Dec 2015 to May 2016.

I was able to redeem the promo code in the month of Dec 2015 and Jan 2016 but In am not able to redeem it in the month of Feb 2016 as it shows "Technical downtime. We will be back soon..". I have contacted customer care regarding this on Feb 26, 2016 and got a response from Mobikwik asking for the promo code which I am trying to redeem. I have replied them with the promo code and the error message which I am seeing but there is no response from them after that. If I try to raise a new request It says please wait till we resolve the previous complaint. Till now there is no response from Mobikwik side.

Please look into this.

I am recharging with reliance netconnect and entering the amount 1200 its transfer bank into mobikwik wallet and then if i recharge means it shows Recharge cant Succeed...

and then wallet money transfer int my bank account and its shows 20rupees for transactions...if Recharge not Succeed means you directly tansferring the money...

Worst experience in terms of cashback

I purchased Lumia 540 and applied a code in mobikwik Lum300 . The offer was that each month tou add 300 and 300 you get cashback . First month there was no problem but from 2 month problem started . And in 3 month they are saying that offer is no longer valid and we can't provide any cashback on this offer though it was valid for 12 months. Firstly ifyou cant afford to provide such offers then don't provide them but if you are providing them then don't ruin them. Customer satisfaction is mandatory for any company to survive in market . But as I can see in the reviews not a single positive response from any of the customer. I am just writing this to get my offer amount as my 3000 Rs are still pending to be recovered from mobikwik. I had only purchased the Lumia mobile just because of this offer.and now when these cheaters are cheating I am forced to write this review. I tried to make a conversation with them but no proper response. I raised many of the tickets but still pending . Don't understand why they cheat . They just want a registered user in mobikwik and further they don't even care about them. I just want my 3000 cash back from mobikwik

I got a code to get 100% cashback on add money of 350Rs but when i entered the code the app is showing technical downtime error.
I tried for 6-8 hours but it still showed the same thing (But while at the same time i was applying the other code it was applied successfully ).
So It is definitely not any technical error but it is a plan of company not to give the cashback...

Mobiwik has given the scheme of Rs.2100 that when you top-up the wallet with 350rs each month starting from Dec'15 and during this top-up you will get option of voucher code. Enter code ******* and you get cashback of 350rs so total amount in your wallet will be 700rs and i have got this scheme working till Jan but when i am doing the same thing on Feb and it is giving me error technical downtime please try it again later and they are not picking up the call when i am dialing there customer care number.

Please look into this and i want to resolve this ASAP.

I bought HP Laptop during Diwali and they were offering Promo code of Mobikwik worth Rs. 2100.
In this we have to add minimum Rs. 350 to get cashback of Rs. 350. This is the process for six months starting from Diwali 2015.
The code worked fine for December and January but in the month of February when I applied the code, It was saying "technical downtime, we will be back soon"
I tried this for 4-5 Days but the result was same. After that I send a message to Customer Care regarding this issue. They said, "the offer has been paused for a while and we request for your cooperation while we resolve the same".
After that I tried this after 3 days but the promo code still did not work.
I send them complaint again and then they said, "we regret to announce that HP offer has been taken off. You could not be able to avail this benefit any further".

I have made a payment of my ACT fibernet internet Bill of Rs. 1202, at the time of payment transaction failed . I raised a complaint in their help without returning money they are simply closing ticket issue resolved .

1040 deducted from my mobikwik account but not transferred to my bank Account .there is no response i ve been sending mails from 5 days.please help me

I have made a payment of my MTNL Landline Bill of Rs. 1879, but instead of payment Mobikwik has added that money into my mobikwik account. and my MTNL bill reamined pending. and whenever i tried to pay the bill its always showing that "currently server donw, plz try after some time". Even I called to the customer care they said that you payment will be made in 24 to 48 hrs. But today it is now 4 days past, and nothing is happening there. The cheapest co. that I have seen in my life. kindly do the needful in this regard.

Mobikwik [www.mobikwik.com] had announce to pay Rs.300 per month for 1 year to the customers who had purchased the device : Lumia 430, 535, 540, 640, 640XL, 730.

But after paying for only 2 months this company had taken his all promises and dumped into garbage by making us fool. They are denying to give Cashback again by making changes in T&C which is absolutely a cheat.

I don't what was deal between them and Lumia but peoples like me got cheated and we want justice.

And now they have closed the offer having been said they have t&c that they have right to close the offer this t&c was not mentioned properly anywhere

I buyed lumia 535 with Mobikwik 300 rs casback offer.When i purchase it They says you will get 300 Casback till Nov 2016.I got the casback till Jan 2016 but when i tried on Feb 2016 i got the message "Technical downtime, we will back you soon" when i add promo code.When i asked mobikwik they says Punit, offer is closed and we will not be able to credit any further cash backs on this offer.Our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused.Stay tuned for more exciting promotional offers! My online transaction (through SBI netbanking) to pay Act broadband bill via Mobikwik wallet had failed on 15th Jan 2016, and the amount Rs.1545 was deducted from my SBI bank account (SBI transaction reference number: IG0BHSOLL6).

I had raised complaint with Mobikwik regarding refund of money (complaint ticket#4233930 ). However, they informed me that they didnt receive money from bank, and asked me to check with bank.

Then I has raised complaint with SBI bank regarding this money deduction for failed transaction (SBI complaint # PT[protected]. SBI informed me that the money had been successfully paid to the merchant so wasn't refunded.

I again followed up with mobikwik (using same complaint ticket#4233930) infoming about update from bank and asked for my money refund, but no one from mobikwik is responding since a month.

It has been more than 40 days, and I have not got my money refunded.

Kindly look into this issue, and help me getting my hard earn money refunded.

I bought a Lumia 535 device tempted by MOBIKWIK and Microsoft offer of Rs 300 cash back every month for 12 consecutive months. The promo code was LUM300. I got the cash back for 2 months. Then the code stopped working. When I contacted Mobikwik customer care, they told me to add Rs 300 to mobikwik wallet and they would add the cash back manually. I never got the cash back for that month. The month after that when I contacted Mobikwik over the same issue they asked me to use the code which was given in the previous month in place of LUM300. In reality I was not given any code in the previous month. When I created a ticket regarding this issue, Mobikwik just quoted one line from their terms and condition that "Mobikwik has the sole discretion to withdraw the offer at any point of time" and so they bluntly refused to deliver on their promise of giving rs 300 cash back for 12 months. My mobikwik account is associated with [protected]@gmail.com.

Mobikwik is taking extra charge on booking ticket by iirctc app without my permission ..
I asked my query to Mobikwik help and they had registered my query as the ticket. My ticket number is 4446909.
After few days Mobikwik answered me that Mobikwik is taking extra amount as a TDR charges.
But it still not resolved as it was not not to mention at the time of booking so Mobikwik should tell me before proceeding money.

I know that Mobikwik is providing user much convenience but if it is taking some more amount than mentioned, it has converted its convenience to the inconvenience. so it resulted very inconvenient for me.


Also I am trying to call company from last month but no one is answering my call . you will surprise when you came to know that I had wasted my balance of more than rupees 300 and also I had requested Mobikwik to call me back by email but no one is replying and calling to me . I think that one of the famous website that is Mobikwik which provide recharge to others first they should recharge their own phones and then call the uses which are complaining for them and trying to call them.. I paid an electricity bill from mobikwik 1 bill is paid double and money is also dedected from my wallet . I recharge my wallet by 8030/- Rs but 8000 more is dedected from my bank balance.

I followed this process and this promo code was working fine for december and january, but when i tried this coupon code in february, system generates a message "technical downtime please visit after some time ".

I tried this for 4 days but it was not working so i contacted mobikwik team and raise a ticket with them.

I am really wondering how people can cheat like this first they offer the promo code in exchange of money and close it after 2-3 transactions. while it should valid for 6 transactions as provided in the T&Cs

Its a complete fraud these peoples are doing in the name of startup.

I had seen same complaints with there new scheme that come with the new lumia phones, and the coupon code is (LUM300), In that they says you need to add 300 INR to your mobikwik account and the same will be credited by them, but the same thing had happened after working for 2 months it stopped working so they provide alternative PROMO CODE for them.

But in my case they are clearly refusing to provide me any alternative code

Please do needful against such companies.

"Add rs 3600 and get cash back rs 3600" . after byeing this phone i redeemed this code for 3 times. Now its showing that coupon code is not valid. but at the time of purchased there was no terms and condition. As a result we are cheated by MobiKwik as well as by microsoft also. I believe that so many customers are facing the same issue like me.
